  I just got a replacement of HP printer because my old printer failed.  The new printer will not print my emails. I can print the files, but not email. At one point, he says a pop blocker could be on. I tried to remedy this, but without success.   I would me more then happy to provide assistance regarding your 7520 Photosmart not printing not e-mails.  If the printer is able to print files, then the material in the printer is OK and you are looking for just a possible software problem.

  When affected by a software to deliver the best thing to start with, it is a uninstall and reinstall the software.  If you could post back and provide the version of the operating system on the computer, I should be able to provide instructions on how to uninstall and reinstall the HP software.

  I have a Photosmart 7520 and do not print photos.  I have never replaced the black ink cartridge photo which he is now saying is empty.  My other black cartridge is 3/4 full and colours have toner left, but printing is faded.  I need to replace the ink cartrdige photo and if so, why?  Thank you

  I see you're looking which resulted in ink.  I would like to help.

  Photo ink is used in small intervals during cleaning and regular maintenance. Thanks to the design of the ink system, it requires little ink installed, for do not dry out and cause damage to the print head.

  I recommend you put a cartridge that contains the ink in the printer.  For more information, I included a document below:

  Sorry, it was not correct for a 7520 printer, but it drove me crazy and I went to the printer and kept trying it. Here's how you do it.

  1. press on copy

  2. tap change

  3. press on the size

  4. touch resize

  5 touch done

  Really very simple. Why in the world I couldn't figure out how. Thanks a lot for helping me to work on it.

  HI - first time here - I have a HP Photosmart C4480 printer and have recently installed a new black ink cartridge - genuine HP 350XL - bought in Tesco and already used a few times.  I printed a page today, and when I went to another printing, the printer says that the cartridge was incompatible.  I had not touched the printer between the prints. I tried out both cartridges and resettlement but still get the same message.  Also tried to turn again printer.

  I could understand if there was a problem with the cartridge and it was rejected as soon as I installed, but does not understand why this happens between the printing of pages.

I hope this helps. If you reach the end of the document and have done all the solutions proposed by the document, would seek to substitute.

  If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out.   What a pleasure to receive a response. Unfortunately, took all the steps without success. You took note of cliqueti noise that continues after all the inspection. I observe that the rattling noise occurs when the transport is on the right side of the printer. When you move the carriage to the left & with a flashlight, I saw a black glob in the extreme right under where the transport would be. What key it seemed to be a deposit of black as ink. Do not think that this isn't the ink as empty cartridge or showing empty.

  The printer has served faithfully for time Believe + 5 years came for the replacement. However, t would be nice to know how this has happened.

• HP Photosmart C4180 printer and HP Solution Center

  Bought new HP 3500 Pro tour MT series to replace the old tower HP Windows XP.  To use the HP Photosmart C4180 printer that I used with the old tower and have available HP solutions Center.   Data has been transferred from the old disk to the new HP Tower.  Then, I downloaded the printer driver and connected using the USB cable.  The printer will now print and scan but I can't find the HP Solution Center software that I used previously during scanning and photo editing.  I do not remember if I made a basic or complete installation install the driver.  If I do a basic installation and is not software for Solution Center, should I uninstall and reinstall the drivers for this function to work?  Would appreciate a step by step help to solve this problem.  Thank you very much.

  It's very strange that you do not see your printer listed in the list of programs (non - it would not be the framework of Solutions from HP Support).  This leads me to believe that your printer is not actually installed.  If that were the case, you should see something like this (note that I have more printers installed as a regular user )

  

  So you do not see your HP Photosmart C4180 listed here, then I would go and try to install the full driver.  The instructions in my previous post would be the same, but since you have Windows 7, it would be the right document to guide you through the steps.

  No, you can't. You need to analyze as searchable text and your photosmart 6520 does not have OCR software (when you bought this printer) in support. You can buy an OCR software.

It has been giving me problems in the sense that whenever I turn it on it would be the test of the printer which is routine, each time you insert a new cartridge. I opted to leave it on and like that I do not lose excess ink. Now the red light indicating that you are in paper or a paper or door jam in the broken back remains open on and I cannot print. Any ideas other than buying a new printer?
