  OK, if your computer works well here is how to save a huge amount of disk space and is sure to do. In your Start Menu, open computer. Check your free space, take a note. Right-click on OS(C:) et choisissez Propriétés.) Click Disk Cleanup and wait for it to complete the calculation. See the list of available items to remove. Click on an element and below, you'll see a descripion of what it is. Put a check mark in the box of files that you want to remove. If you want to keep some you should keep all or delete will delete all. You can remove all these if you want to that they will be downloaded according to your needs. Click OK and confirm. These files are recreated when you use your computer. Click Disk Cleanup again and choose the tab of Options more. Here you can remove programs that you do not use. Leave that for now. You will gain a huge amount of space by clicking on clean for the system restore and shadow copies. Click Clean up and confirm. It will take three to five minites then wait until it ends. IF it seems to click long cleaning again and confirm, and the page needs to close. Close the other page also. Now close and reopen the desktop page and you will see a huge difference.

  It seems that some of your plugins (Shockwave Flash 10.1 r102) might be buggy or obsolete. To check for updates, please visit the plugincheck page. If this does not resolve the problem, try to start Firefox with the disabled modules and see if it helps at all. If so, delete the Shockwave Flash plugin and maybe reinstall or uninstall Firefox and do a new clean install.

  I suggest to try the system restore to restore the system to a date before the problem started. Try this...

  No sound. There seems to be other audio devices on this computer, a legacy Audio Driver - unknown location. I also have a CD-Rom Mitsumi drive, if that helps. This feature lists location 0 (0). When I go to: Control Panel, sounds and Audio devices, and "Audio" tab all is Ghost and I am unable to change the sound settings. Volume tab says "No. Audio Device" and is also ghost. I have troubleshooted everything and told me that they all work properly. Don't know what to do next.

  Each computer has different startup programs - if you if you stop that you need you can turn it back on. See step 5 to turn them off.

  Windows 7 is slow

  (1) unplug all devices such as printers, external hard drives, microphone, webcams etc.

  (2) if the computer has only 1 GB or 2 GB of RAM, try adding more RAM.
  (3) make sure that your drivers are up-to-date.
