I ran into an interesting question and have not been able to solve for a long time... wonder if anyone has any input to share.
We have created a program of training with Captivate 5 and included within some developed with HotPatotos6 learning activities. Everything works fine, however, when I publish the project I get this warning message:The following files/projects are related to the open project. The related files/projects may require export.

It is also important copy all referenced files and projects with their file HTML in output folder.
I made sure bring more in the folder buplished times the file display htm and HotPatato6 working files and everything works fine when I run the project to the folder on my computer. However, the problem starts when I load the project on the training site. On the site, everything still works perfectly, but these files developed htm wit Patatos6 Hot do not open. At first it seems right that there is a broken link, wait until the link is here.

If I read this right, you have something on slide 17 which points to this .htm, is that correct?
It seems that the object is pointing to the location on your drive C, an absolute location. When the .swf is on the web server, it seeks a C:\documetns and folders\etc etc. on the server to training.
You have to give a relative path. If you put the .htm files in the same directory as your .swf, you should be able to simply point the target to the .htm itself, remove all C:\documents and settings\etc etc.

Have you changed the name of the page and then trying to access using menu items, because if the page titles are changed and even old menu is used then it will not work.
If you have changed the titles and the new master of that menu navigation does not work, then try to create a new menu and place it in the master page.

The Dell customer service is by far the worst service I've ever had to deal with dissatisfaction. After two weeks of owning my computer desk dell, the hard drive failed, when I talked to technicians from that day, that I wasn't even upset considering I was under warranty and I knew that my computer would be fixed for free. I was told that a tech would quote me the next day to put up once for what it Vienna repair the computer. Surprisingly enough has actually happened, only when he called me he was somewhere in Arizona and I live in New-Mexico. After having missed all my college classes and have to reconsider work waiting for technology to arrive, only to be told that my address has been updated completely wrong. After 4 hours on the phone with the Manager after Manager, I was finally told that I have would be by corporate overnight to express my disapproval of their customer service. Of course but one of the managers that I had spoken previously tried to contact me when I had specific said that I would be unavailable. But the call, which was supposed to come from the company has never even updated in my case, I discovered later when I called. After an hour on the phone with dell today absolutely nothing had been done to solve any kind of error on their part Ive heard I'm sorry for that, so many times of technicians that it is hard-wired into my brain at this point. But I don't want to hear someone halfway across the world tell me sorry and then take little action to solve the problem. If I could have my way, I would like to receive a full refund and buy a different brand outside of dell. If away from my experience with their products, I am not too impressed (given my hard drive couldn't do more than a month of use). When it comes to their "customer service", I have absolutely no faith that if ever they will do what they should do to not to lose a customer. If you are considering buying one of their products I can't EMPHASIZE enough that you will regret when it malfunctions. All I really wanted them to understand was that they made a mistake with my address, which should have been corrected with a work around my schedule to have my computer fixed. But also the fact that every single representative I talked to just kept sending me in a circle, saying: oh you need to contact someone else, we have to call them you or there is nothing we can do. So, I say with certainty of one hundred percent that dell customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I'm sure that nine times out of ten these issues won't happen, but he did it for me and none of the programs of care for the customer to dell had nothing to say that it was to the advantage of clients after continuous errors on their part. A less costumer in the long term of dell.

I removed the toolbars so I could see below thinking that I could easily get them back, but I can't. How can I get back them? I can't even put a new web address now. Or refresh a page. Or go to the front/back. How can I solve this problem?
It depends on how you
- Choose the Mode "full screen" or
- unchecked toolbars
The F11 key activates / turns off Mode full screen or not. Full screen, you have no toolbars, no tab and no bar Add on (bottom).
If unchecked you your toolbars (checked = displayed; UN - check = not displayed), and then do one of the following, then click on those you want to check/uncheck:
- Right-click in the empty space at the end of the tab bar
- Press the ALT key or the F10, the poster Menu bar, click View > toolbars
- Firefox > Preferences > advanced > General tabFirefox > Preferences > advanced > general tab
- Hold down the ALT key and type the letters of the keyboard V T
- the URL/address bar, buttons previous/next, refresh/reload buttons are located on the Navigation toolbar

I got the message to update my browser, I went on the site and download the latest version of Firefox. I update my plug-ins as well. However, I always get the message that my browser is obsolete. I need to know how to set the zoom tab 'View' option, shere I cannot re zoom everytime I open Firefox. I have a wide screen monitor and generally, when you view Web pages, web content on any page is confined to the center of the page, and I was wondering if there was anyway to set preferences to zoom on a permanent basis without having to change them whenever I open a Web page.
IE 8 and 9 has a function to set the magnification, and I put mine at 150%, which works perfectly for me. I wonder if Firefox has a similar function.

Cannot enable the Web Server (SSL) site on El Cap Server
' tLooking for help here, trying to put in place in El Cap 10.11.3/Server 5.0.15 Web services and the no - SSL server comes just in green in the admn, but the SSL server will not activate. I have an a record for the server to an external DNS server mdm.mycompany.com, and which is mapped to the external IP address of my network. I also have the port forwarding enabled on the router to 80 and 443. Customers outside the network can reach the site at http://mdm.mycompany.com on port 80, but not on 443 as told them the server does not accept unsecured connections. This isn't the same problem when the customer has to trust the certificate; The secure connection is totally denied. My intention here is to activate the Profile Manager, so that I really don't like whether or not the sites work, but the Profile Manager requires a secure connection. I use a cert Self singed at least for testing purposes, but I can't. Imagine that which prevents the site SSL itself allowing all the... Orientation/information appreciated, thank you!
Most of the browsers (and probably accessibility service Apple, aka the green dot) reject/warn self-signed certificates. I would go ahead and obtain a trusted certificate. StartSSL.com offers free class 1 certificates and they work fine.

The problem has been fixed (I think) but in a most unusual way. Let me explain.
When I was closing down to give the computer a rest yesterday, there was a pop up saying that vprotector expected to close. He really wanted the process of closing until I clicked on finish the process. Curious to know what vprotector is, I searched on the net and got a lot of shots, saying: it is a virus and should be deleted pronto. So I searched the hard drive for the vprot. * and found in the folder program files for AVG!
I then went to AVG to see if it's really a part of AVG and they said yes. If there is a problem with vprot, the toolbar is at fault and needs to be reinstalled. There was one click here to download and run the part of the program to fix the problem. However, I had WebRoot antivirus running that stopped the download of this program as a virus. Because I trust AVG, I've disabled WebRoot and reinstalled the AVG search bar.
I haven't restarted WebRoot and computer flying along as it should, and OE is the link to IE when I click on a link as it has always done.
Seems to me to be the faulty AVG toolbar and a cross with two virus programs upward was at fault. Thank you for your time. Your reply gave me a chance to think differently this problem could arise.
Computers are really complicated machines and we have to be complicated to deal with their problems.

Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...) Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.
If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue. Then get any drivers\software update for the device.
