  I suggest to uninstall the HP software and then reinstall the software from here.

  Also, are you connected with a USB cable? I would suggest trying another USB cord, that this might be the reason, you experience the problem.

  Your printer is configured with static IP address? Get the IP address of your printer. Click Start > run > type the IP address of the printer, and you should see the queue.

  Try in Services, locate the printer spooler, select it, and then stop the service.

  Then check if you can delete the print job, if so restart the service

  I deleted a few small print jobs to my printer which worked well.  But a print job rest that I can't delete it, it has been remove for more than 12 hours, it's only work in small characters (the application of 1 'Word' page).  The printer displays "error state".

  My B210A is fairly recent. I got it just for a few days. Shortly after putting up with the ePrint system, I was able to print a few test email attachments. I was delighted. The application begins to 'download' the material requested app and after a while there is a very quick flash of an error that goes by so fast I can't read. Then the screen jumps to the home screen. When I check the ePrint Center site, it shows the printing jpb applications has been cancelled. The most recent electronic print job, I tried the return e-mail message said, "your print job has been received.  Printing has been delayed because the printer is currently busy, other print jobs. The printer is busy printing anything. All my difficulties around the ePrint System Center

  I would like to mention that I have the impression of very good luck to my mother, using AirPrint iPad and the HP iPrint Photo iPad application. I felt just as good luck using the HP iPrint Photo app on my Andriod tablet.

  Click Start and type services.msc

  Press enter

  Scroll down to print spooler

  Right-click on the spooler and select stop

  Wait for Windows to stop the spooler

  Close the window

  Control Panel > printers folder

  Right-click on the printer icon and select open

  Click file > cancel all Documents

  Close the window

  Start > right click on computer

  Click on manage

  Select Device Manager

  Click on the + sign next to the Ieee... compatible printers

  Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

  Click on the + next to imaging devices

  Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

  Click on the + sign next to printers

  Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

  Click on the + sign next to Bus USB controllers

  Right-click on the printer driver and select uninstall

  Close the Device Manager

  Restart the computer

  Windows will reinstall the drivers

  Go to the manufacturer's website and search for updated drivers

  Don't forget to come back to services and start print spooler before printing again.

  Try to run delete print jobs to remove all print jobs stuck in the queue on the computer that is printing the document. If it continues, then search for malicious software.

  Cannot find out how to cancel a print job (HP-1000 J110 Office color printer). No instructions anywhere where I can find.

  Usually you can cancel a print job by pressing the Red "X" on the printer. This unit does not appear to have one.

  The only way that you can cancel a print job is go to the print queue of the printer and it manually cancel.

  1. click on Start Menu on the computer.

  2. go into devices and printers

  3 right CLICK on the printer

  4. choose OPEN or SEE what's printing

  5. you printer queue window appears.

  6. right click on the document which is printing and cancel.
