Why is my print job status for so long - awaiting more than 3 hours

If you are having problems with ePrint message staying in "pending" status for an extended period of time you could try follow them the steps to solve your problem:

1. If the printer is still lit, disconnect the power cord from the printer, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the printer. Once connected to the printer should automatically turn on.

2. If step 1 does not work then try this: first, unplug the printer power cord while it is still. Leave it unplugged and walk to the router. While the router is still lit, disconnect the power cord from the router, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the router. Once reconnected the router should automatically turn on. Now, go back to the printer and plug the power cord back. Once connected to the printer should automatically turn on.

Most likely, the issue is due to a connection problem minor and your printer or router needs to be reset to re-establish a solid connection.

    I am having trouble with my HP Printer D110a.

    I have a user in the IOM with object resource "AD User" in the disabled"" State.
    I need to change the status of the resource to be 'Activé' object, but the task of "Allow the user" showing the status "pending".

    Probably that's in a State of waiting because it depends on a task that is not in a finished State. To exit queue, you must obtain the correct dependent task, or go to the task definition and remove the dependency and reinsert the task.

    Hi Georgiapat465, welcome to the Forums of HP. If you want statistics of the month on the Date of your use of the instant ink, you can log into your account on hpconnected.com and go to the services tab and then find instant ink. This page will show you on the screen for your use.

  • LaserJet 2300: Printer error status

    Printer is displayed in the error state. Reinstalled the drivers, powercycled the printer and rebooted the computer several times. Question began with the last update of Windows 10.

    How is the printer connected?  If this is a known issue with the last update 10 windows parallel port.  Go to Device Manager and in the tab change the Port settings to "never use an interrupt" to one of the other options.

  • Posture for Smartphones - Android - pending status

    I'm moving through our infrastructure ISE smartphones.  I have Windows works properly, it assigns a certificate, joins the employee network, installed the client of the NAC and requires a remediation action.

    The detailed report on the pan authentication page and confirm that you get the authz profile. My guess is that you have found one for the assessment of posture because you do not respect the conditions of your authz android police. Take a look at the profile of endpoint entry and there is no doubt that one of the conditions is not met.

    for sure, you don't need the postural control included in the conditions.

  • Transition to pending status is NOT ALLOWED after a Switchback

    I created a physical primary and Standby. I was able to do successfully a failover. However when I do my switch back, my watch shows a switchover_status of NOT AUTHORIZED

    Any ideas what could be the problem. It seems strange that I have a failover but the switchback (while he worked that is my first is once more my first and my day is once more my Eve) has left the status of the day before as NO PERMIT passage.

    Y at - it somwhere (table or journal) that may provide a clue as to why the State is NOT AUTHORIZED?

    My headphones on the primary server and backup are running ok.

  • Time Machine: deleted backups of the status "pending".

    Hello world

    I manually deleted some old backups Time Machine interface, by clicking on the gear button in the backup Finder and selecting Remove backup.

    Now deleted backups are no more hard disk or in the trash, but they are always present in the Time Machine interface in a "pending" status and it is not possible any action on them.

    How can I remove them completely from Time Machine?

    Manual removal of the old backups is not a good thing to do. Let Time Machine take care of itself.

    I suggest you use Spotlight to reindex your hard disk and backup disk, then run a backup Time Machine and see what clears the problem. If this isn't the case, you might be better off erase your backup disk and start a new Time Machine backup.

  • HP Officejet 6500 Paper Out status on the computer but the paper loaded and test page prints

    We have a HP 6500 CB815A, which works well for almost a year. As of today, we get "Paper Out" status on the computer, but there is paper loaded in the tray... the same high quality paper as we always use. The test printer utility reports the same status. However, the printer can print a test page and fax without printing problem status.

    I unplugged for 30 seconds to reset, but we get the same status.

    Someone has had this same problem and solved?

    If you have not tried to reboot your PC, I would. If this does not clear the issue, I would follow the following steps:

    1. Click Start-> Control Panel
    2. Select uninstall a program (it's the heading programs)
    3. Find your driver HP software; Select it by clicking on it once, then select Edit. If the change is not available, select uninstall/change.
    4. Select repair and then follow the prompts for your software repairs itself.
    5. If your software does not have the repair option, it may be advisable to download the latest drivers from support.hp.com site. Uninstall the drivers for your printer, and then reinstall them using.

    If these steps do not work, please post and I can continue further with troubleshooting.

  • J6480 printer indicates "PENDING" when printing requested through MS Office 2003. How to change loan?

    Too many to remind all incurred problems.  Full update drivers, etc., followed twice more effects off site local tech who identified bad cable but now PC print unless print MS Office 2003 documents and prints also MS Works on another laptop! View this print screen, status of the printer appears IDLE, when you select find printer on the same print screen, "Active Directory Domain Service is unavailable.

    To the first printer diagnostics were incomplete Clean, calibrate and Test failed, but then ran OK on the next attempt!  Then a queue has been fixed, PC Doctor recognizes Smart "short self-test" stopped; which brings us to maybe replace the hard drive, then he put correctly by pressing the 2nd time.

    Now am wondering wht is my problem... the printer or PC?

    NOTE: I couldn't find some resources addressing the status of the printer idle!

    SOLVED!  Somehow Norton 360 started blocking the MS Word 2003 document PRINT request.

    Have no idea how the change took place, but thanks to a Norton tech to help solve this problem.

  • Windows 7 - after printing, we get a msg on the screen that says "printer status is not available."

    How do I put Windows 7 so msg printer unavailable status does not appear whenever we print. It's boring.

    It'll be something like the Toolbox that you try to use a two-way communication for you saying if its levels print, paper or ink and toner levels.

    Its probably a former pilot.

    Try the specialty page and see if there is a new driver.

    That old machine, probably not, often you can uninstall the extras for print drivers or remove and then install and use custom to not install the tools.

    Depends on the machine, the age, etc.
