  I downloaded the HP Officejet Pro 8600 Universal Driver from HP and install it on Windows Server 2003, but each print comes as spam continues (ureadable characters).

  I leaned over and started spoller printing service and also tried to uncheck the Enable bidirectional support but still having the same problem.

  ·        What happens when you try to delete the files from the queue?

  ·        Have you tried to restart the printer and check if that helps?

  ·        This happens whenever you print a document?

  ·        Did you changes to the computer before the problem occurred?

  If nothing works try the below given b = method and check if that helps. You may need to stop the print spooler and delete the files queued. To stop the print spooler and its files, we will have you create and run a script file that automatically stops the service.

  (a) ClickStart and then click Run.

  (b) in the options box, type notepad and then click OK.

  (c) now, copy and paste commands to the Notepad document.

  net stop spooler
  del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.shd
  del %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\*.spl
  net start spooler

  (d) save the document with the name and the path C:\DeletePrintJobs.cmd
  Note Note that this file name differs from most other file names that you might have seen. It is because this file is a command script file.

  (e) click

  (f) now to run the file, clickStartand then type run in the start search box and press ENTER.

  (g) in theOpen box, paste the path and the name of the C:\DeletePrintJobs.cmd file.

  (h) clickOK.

  (i) Note that the command prompt window opens to run the command script file that you created. Also note that this window closes automatically when the command script file is complete. If you do not see the open command prompt window, check that you saved the command script file by using the correct name and that you entered the correct command script file name in therun box.

  (j) restart the computer and check if that helps.

• HP Officejet Pro 8620: HP OJ Pro 8620 print several reports of unwanted situation

  I have a HP Officejet Pro 8620 and twice, it will print several reports on the State printer unwanted. Last night he printed 12 reports on the State and outside that of the total number of printed pages changingon the report, progress reports are the same.

  The printer is on a network, especially with Mac OS, but I have a laptop Windows 10.

  I tried the recommendations of the previous posts to run Doc Scan but this so far have found nothing wrong and has not solved printing unwanted status reports. Report added below printer if it helps.

  I see that your printer Officejet 8620 e-all-in One prints a lot of status reports. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once, while the printer is on, remove the power cord at the back of the printer for one minute. Then, please let me know if you print when beginning status reports or if they start themselves as well as if there are no messages on the printer when trying to print. Once I know more than I should be better able to help.

  It came up with a window named troubleshoot & help prevent problems,

  Click on: next and EXPECTED

  Although at the end it said it could not find no problem - after a second or two the printer suddenly burst into life and it worked great since and I could get my printing done on time!

  I have a HP Laserjet 2015 d in WIN7 (32 bit) with a USB connection.  I keep getting unwanted with pages printing:

  "GET /DEVMgmt/Discoverytree.xml HTTP/1.1".

  "Host: 127.0.02:8080".

  I found similar positions to the other HP LaserJet but their repair method did not work for me, because I don't have an option "Printer Status notice" which is noted below.

  When I print a MS Word, a summary of the document unwanted is first printed document that includes the file name, directory, model, etc., time Total of edition, number etc of: words, pages. and the characters.

  Hi CharlieM1,

  I understand that you get a summary page of unexpected (and unwanted) document each time you print something from Word. Take a look at the following stop printing with document summary sheet. Scroll to the first suggestion following the issue. Later in the thread, fold it explains that the "desktop" button is simply the file tab now if you are using a version of Word, Word 2007 at least.   You did not mention the origin of the document printed; What follows refers to Word 2010:

  Open Word Document > file > Options > display >

  Under Printing Options >

  Clear the check BOX Print Document properties

  We can not help you with this.

  We recommend that you uninstall PDF Complete and download & install Acrobat/Reader.

  You should make application of Acrobat/Reader for the pdf and it works fine.
