Print wireless 5530 want prints incorrectly Excel worksheet gridlines.

I recently bought and installed a HP Envy 5530 printer using the wireless printing option and everything seemed fine.  However, when I printed an Excel spreadsheet, I discovered that lines of horizontal gridlines printed unstable... some were and some weren't.  At first, I thought I could have a corrupted file, but the problem occurred on three other files.

I think that HP was updated some software printer a day or two before the problem, but my printer is so new that I don't remember if I tried to print Excel files before the update.  Therefore, I can't attach the problem to update for sure.

I was ready to make the printer at the time where my daughter, who has taught 8 great workbooks, gave me the solution. Just highlight the fields containing your data, click format cells, border, edge, inside and then the lines will all print them correctly. I'm surprised that no one from HP came up with the solution.

    Please uninstall and reinstall the software COMPLETE features, follow these steps:

    1 uninstall the software from your computer

    2. download and save the software COMPLETE features (do not install online)

    Once you have downloaded and installed the software, FULL of features, you will be able to print and scan.

    I see you are having a problem printing to an Excel document.

    I suggest you install a default substitution such as the jet pilot desktop 990 c driver.

    In Excel 2007, gridlines appear not on a workbook or a worksheet print by default.

    Steps below explains how you can display gridlines in your printed worksheets.

    Select the worksheet or worksheets that you want to print.

    On the tab layout, in the sheet Options group, select the check box print gridlines.

    NOTE: If the check boxes in the sheet Options group are grayed out, it may be because you have a graphic, image or other object selected on the worksheet. If you cancel this selection, you will be able to use the checkboxes.

    Since getting my HP Envy 4500 printer, I have problems printing from Excel spreadsheets.   The "Print Preview" shows the document correctly, but when it prints it jumps a few rows of the grid.   My ink cartridges are filled and I marked settings to print the grid (which is correct because it prints some) lines.    What is going on?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Also, I tried to cut and copy into a new doc, but it still prints the same way.   Also made a new worksheet test and print it likewise - lack of grid lines.

    I saved the excel form XPS docs and now print all lines of the grid.    I don't know why, but it worked for me.

    First of all, please make sure that the ink tanks are installed correctly in the printer and are in the correct order.  Order from left to right is:

    CLI-221BK
    CLI - 221 M
    CLI-221Y
    ERP-220PGBK
    CLI - 221C

    Then, a test of the printer must be made.  This will tell us if the printer works properly.  To do this, please load paper size letter in the PIXMA MP620 and follow these steps:

    1. press on .

    2. turn the button of the settings menu, and then press .

    3. press on maintenance.

    4. press the nozzle check pattern on .

    5. Press Yes on .

    The nozzle check print.  Here, you can compare your prints to the example which was attached at the bottom of this post.  If they differ, please do a few print head cleaning.

    To perform clean-ups, please follow these steps:

    1. press on .

    2. turn the button of the settings menu, and then press .

    3. press on maintenance.

    4. press on cleaning.

    5. Press Yes on .

    After a few cleanings, please print another nozzle check.

    This error has to do with registry permissions. The shell is unable to write to the registry branch that stores the default printer setting. See page 3 of this section for the solution:

    There is a known issue with Mac Office versions prior to 2007 version that results in release of Clipboard does not correctly supported. Firefox 3.0, being a more recent application, using the new format for the HTML Clipboard data. Unfortunately, Office 2004 and Office X do not support this.

    If you upgrade to MS Office 2007, it should work as expected.
