    Hey Samuel,.

Generally, these lines are caused by the print settings.  If you have not selected in the printer preferences option when printing correct paper type, the unit will not use the right time for the cycles of the printhead on the entire page.  If the drytime is not correct, then the movement of the print head generates lines seen in this image.

You have the full features software installed on your computer for this printer?

What is the operating system of the computer you're using?

For a print quality problems that I would recommend following the steps described in the document link below which will discuss with print settings that are appropriate for the job at hand.  I would advise using parameters such as: HP Photo Plus or the correct selection of the photo, correct paper size paper for work of the image and the best print quality.

  • Print with cyan does not

Our HP OfficeJet 6500 not print color cyan.  The cartridge is full.  Please notify.

  • Cannot view my pictures in Windows - coming souvenir photo gallery upward with a pink screen!

Recently when I go to in my photo folders and try to view an of my my photos or images it is endlessly with a pink full screen with a slight preview of the photo (a bit like a photo negative!) Have you tried to change the color and other levels out a bit of luck. This was never a problem until a week ago. Have just got a new Philips monitor 190SW, it would have something to do with it? Any help or ideas on what could cause this problem or how to fix this would be appreciated.

    Hi Dave D

Discovered that the problem was with the new monitor. The problem occurs because an incorrect color profile is used for the device to monitor in color management. When Windows Live Photo Gallery uses the incorrect color profile to manage settings of color for the images, the image may not appear as expected. Note: Microsoft Paint and Microsoft Windows Picture and Fax Viewer does not use color profiles to manage the parameters of color for the images.

I had to do the following (instructions for anyone else having a similar problem). For Windows Vista only.

    1. click on START, type color management in the Search box and press ENTER.

    2. in the color management dialog box, click to select the use my settings for this device check box.

    3. in the list of profiles associated with this device , click the color profile you want to remove and then click RemoveNote if you receive a warning message, click Yes.

    4. click close, and then restart the computer.

Hope this helps someone else with a similar problem.

  • HP8620: Print on 4 x 6 Photo paper with printer HP 8620/8625 HP

How to print 4 x 6 photo paper HP photo using the HP8620 printer? I can't believe there is no instructions in the manual of 30 language comes it with it. I loaded the document face down, the shiney paper flow, but I get the error "paper type mismatch."

Right now I am trying to print with Picasa. I have not had any problems on my HP C309g printer.

Thank you in advance. I'm about to take over this thing!

    @Raskolnyki

Good news, you can 'Add' a form for the 4 X 6 or the format of paper 4X6.5 (tabs).

The basic instructions are already available for the printer, but not where you expect:

Create paper formats in Windows 7, Windows 8, and Mac OS X

I have created a new form of 4X6.5in so I can use my photo paper 4 X 6-inch with tab in my new printer.   The printer was to launch "paper mismatch" errors in the form of 4 X 6.

The examples to create the form are included in this document:

  • Photos are not print with the photo cartridge

    Hello

I have a Photosmart e 7510 and am trying to print photos.  I have installed HP Premium paper and HP Photo cartridge installed.  When I print the photos that are green - I printed both a progress report and a report of print quality and the cartridge photo is full but the magenta is empty.  It seems to me that the photos are print with regular color cartridges and not the photo cartridge.  Or photos using all the cartridges?  I correctly on all the printer settings and chose to 'better' than the quality of the photo.

    Any help is appreciated...

The photo cartridge is just black photo, which is used to improve the nuances of black and colors in a photo. When photos are printed colours would be used to create the best possible performance. I could replace the magenta cartridge and printing resumes and see if that solves the Green tinting the problem you are currently experiencing. I hope this helps.

  • Directory printing with layout of propagation

I created a directory with a few pages using options available to spread.

Unfortunately I am not able to print the pages of available to spread properly.

Let me explain in more detail.  A layout of photo as spread covers two pages.

Photos merged the two pages together as one during printing. This is why I am not able to print two pages where the photo spreads.

I remember that I had no problem to do it in the opening. That means opening is to keep the picture as two separate pages spread and I'm able to print them separately and when I bind them they still give the feeling spread. Photos do not allow this. I tried searching the forum for answers or work around, but not able to find one.

I tried to print the book created using Photos into PDF file and print the PDF book. Spread pages is also held in a single page.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Thank you

    Seong Tatt

Have you tried to save a preview of the book in PDF format?  Not with the command "file > print" but by ctrl-click in the "Pages all" show pdf book somewhere on the empty background, select 'preview book '.  The PDF file will always spread like a page pages, but they will have twice the width of the other pages.  You can retrieve these pages with preview and save them as separate pages.

You could modify these pages with Acrobat or other tools to edit PDF or import them into Photos.

Now, replace your spread by two full-photo pages in the book pages and add the PDF re-imported to the left and right page, shifted once to the left, once moved to the right.

  • HP 7520 - cannot print custom size of the photo tray photo

I am trying to print a photo of small 2.5 cm wide on a 4 x 6 "piece of photo paper. If I choose the "custom" paper size then I can select 4 x 6 on the right and put 4 copies of the photo on the sheet.  But when I click on print it always goes for the main paper tray and then gives me an error (I emptied the main tray because I don't want it to be used). I don't want to use a large sheet of paper.

How can I force to take the paper from the photo bin? I tried every setting I can think. The selection of paper size automatically assumes that it is the size of the photo I want! If I choose 4 x 6 as my paper size it only allows me to print one full page. I need a tiny picture, preferably several times on one page. Without doubt, I should be able to say print the picture of this exact size and paper tray! Can anyone help please?

I use the HP Photosmart 7520 and Windows 7. Thank you.

    SeoulGal,

Thanks for the quick response. You have me a little confused, so I just want to clarify - initially you were trying to print on 4 X 6 paper, you then changed to 10 x 15, because the paper was not shooting from the photo tray? I assume you mean 10x15cm which is always the same size from 4 x 6 paper.

Anyway I understand that he won't shoot the photo tray paper, you place the tray in the photo tray when selecting to print? Have a look here at how change printer settings so it pulls the correct status bar: Print the Photos saved on your computer (Windows)

Please don't forget to take a look at the paper handling section in the printer Specifications as 2.5 photo size you are interested in is not, see here: 7520 Photosmart e-all-in-one printer printer Specifications

I could open my Windows Live Photo Gallery and play with the settings of the picture, when I select option 4 x 6 as you, I only get the option for "picture full page. Now when I select the letter or 8x10inches I am then given more options 2-4x6s, 1-8 x 10, 9-wallets and Board contact etc.. So that leads me to believe this is a limitation of the software.

Have you tried using another photo program to see if this allows you to get you exactly what you want? I open HP Photo Creations on my computer and did the following:

    1. click on the option of high prints

    2. navigate to multiple display prints and select display multiple impressions of grid.

    3. click on customize and print

    4. along the top, you are given the option to choose size, please make sure that the value is 4 x 6. See below

    5. now under the advance printing options, go ahead and select the following settings:

    6. you are also able to change the number of pictures you want per sheet, I've now fixed it 2. If you want to only 1 copy of the photo under Copies change this to 1

    7. now you can go ahead and select print (remember under the parameter to select the right printer tray)

You are now able to print the smaller picture on paper photo 4 x 6 size the correct status bar? I look forward to hearing from you, fingers crossed

    Hello

That's what I feared. This kind of banding appears in images when using normal paper for use with low quality settings. You can try to increase the quality of the prints or try using photo paper.

I tried HP paper glossy advanced photo

When I select plain paper, (the best) it works OK

When choosing among other documents, the problem occurs.

I tried settings such as (printer / mac color management), (settings of photo paper / glossy, mast... etc)

I tried advanced options - volume of ink slider to the left

I have tried electric bike/off voltage

I tried to reinstall the printer with the HP website software

Then I made an A4 composition in photoshop all white with a colored bar little degraded in the middle (not to waste ink during the test)

    Hi all

the problem is caused by Apple update for HP Printer Drivers Version 2.7.

This isn't the only failure in this package. (I'm not sure if it's great to use this same update for Mac OS 10.6 and 10.7).

Of course to restore the folder 'hp' in/library/printers/to using Time Machine should solve the problem.

Clearer to solve the problem is to do following steps:

-Remove from the list of printers HP printers (System Preferences > print and fax (MacOS 10.6) / print and scan (Mac OS 10.7))

-Move the entire folder "hp" / Library/Printers/in trash

-Download and install HP drivers Update Version 2.6 from the following link:

    FTP://hppsu2_6:7iy * [email protected]/

    -Restart the Mac

-Add the printer in system preferences...

  • Photos will not be printed in color of Windows Photo Gallery

Last year, I bought a Toshiba laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium.   I never had no problems printing photos in color in color until this week.  Pictures always print well in the color of the internet, inserted in a document, or to a printer test page.  However, they will be print in color directly from Windows Photo Gallery.   They would do so last week, but suddenly, all I get is black & white print pictures in color Windows Photo Gallery.  I even checked to make sure that I have a color cartridge in my HP Officejet 7310.  Does anyone have any suggestions how I can solve this problem?

    Hi Linda,.

Thank you for visiting the responses of Vista forum.

It sounds like your print options or preferences have been changed for your printer. To select print options, you must open the document, file, or picture you want to print. Most print options are located in the print dialog box, which you can access on the file menu in the program that you are using. The options that are available to you depend on the program and the printer you use.

To access some options, you may need to click on "Options" or "Advanced Options" link, a button or tab in the print dialog box. To learn more about the print options for a program, see the information for the program.

Printing options are determined by your printer capabilities are called printing preferences and may include printing separation pages, color or image quality options and Staples. Like program options, printing preferences are displayed in the print dialog box. Look for the buttons labeled "Préférences" or "Properties". You can choose preferences each time you print a document or preferences to default configuration to use for all documents that you send to a printer.

To set the default printing preferences

    1. Click to open Printers.

    2. Right-click the printer you want to use and then click Printing Preferences.

    3. Select the preferences you want to use as the default the next time you print to the printer, and then click OK.

    Use print preview

To see what the print will look like before you print it, open the document in a program that offers a preview before printing. Print preview is generally located in the file menu of a program. You should be able to get an overview of each page of the document. In some programs, you can choose print in preview mode options and then print directly from the preview. In other programs, you will need to close the preview, change the document or your printer settings and print.

  • Printing of multiple copies of photos

Let me my old printer to print multiple copies of the same photo on A4 paper picture so you can maximize the use of photo paper and just choose if you wanted to format Passport x however many, 5 x 7 x 3, etc.   On my current HP printer photosmart 410, I can only print 4 x 6 pictures - he will not even extend to 5 X 7 photo of the photo tray paper size.

I can now print on A4 who downloaded Irganview (tip of this forum - thank you).  But I cannot print multiple copies of the picture on A4 photo paper or get the printer to recognize the biggest paper in the 4 x 6 photo tray.  I changed the settings of the printer more than once - it makes no difference.  Any help gratefully received!

    Hi Caro03,

I understand that you want to be able to print multiple photos on one page. Usually this feature is part of a photo program. The HP Photosmart Premium Fax e-all-in-one printer - C410 has the HP Photo Creations software included with the download. Once you have scanned your photo in the program, you should get the option to put as much on one page as you want.

I hope this information helps, let me know.

    Thank you
