  As you may already know, VMware has just released a major update for 11 workstation (including VMware tools updated). Workstation now works almost perfectly. I don't have accidents since then. This means that I have was right in my post above. This is indeed nothing more than a BETA version of VMware buggy, lazy, masked as a "final". Wow, it looks like that a respectable company like this would not resort to such unethical practices. I mean that you would expect this kind of crap of a company like Electronic Arts, but VMware? In the computer a Dial Up connection PCI is installed too, but I disabled it. I used Dial-Up in 2002. So, I need help.

They said facilities were successful, but after a reboot, I always saw all connections and it has not responded to my ethernet cable.
  If I right-click on one of the cards and choose "update the driver software", then select the new drivers manually, it starts to install it and then says "windows has detected software driver for your device but encountered an error...".   Once they are off have you tried every day updates individually and you determine who updates is causing the problem with your hard drive?

  Maybe it's just that the update interferes with the driver that you have for your hard drive and it may need an updated driver.

• Mountain Lion Kernel Panic at startup after installing VMWare tools

  Installed OS X Mountian Lion Preview 1 on Fusion today.   It installs successfully.  The VMWare Tools installed and rebooted.  Very early during reboot, the OS takes a Kernel Panic.  It will take the panic on a reboot or a stop and then turn on the power.   Is there chance VMWare updates VMWare tools to take care of the mountain to allow developers.
