Problem HP solution center home screen?

Hi guys,.

I just ship All in one inkjet K209g I have installed all the drivers from the CD on Windows Vista.

And I have a problem in the home screen. Here is the photo?

Basically, I do not see the function buttons: scanning, printing.

I installed all the drivers correctly. It will print correctly, the scanning function does not work.

I also checked with HP Scan and print Doctor, "Scanning HP Twain" failed and he said: 'unable to connect to the scanner software?

I reinstalled, rebooted, reconnected, but nothing has worked so far?

Hi, I tried to uninstall and reinstall after rebooting, but it did not work.

I discovered that there was a problem with a conflict with the driver already installed from the CD and downloaded from the web site of pilots.

a. the problem is a conflict with the driver already installed to scan.

How to solve.

1. with the help of HPPSDr doctor, you can diagnose.

a. he finds the problem and asked to restart your computer, and then reconnect the device.

b. then restart by using the software HPPSDR doctor.

c. and again make the diagnosis. This time it will ask you to uninstall the driver (which is the 'Twain software' conflict, "He said that it is used by other software")

d. just say 'yes' to uninstall the HP driver with the HPPSDR software.

2. the newly stable driver downloaded and connect your device only when it is requested.

3. after that, it should work.

When I was just uninstall the software by myself it was not unistalling all the drivers. He created the problem.

I solved the problem using HPPSDr. just fallow the steps above and it should be good. I hope this helps for others for the same question!

  • Not report ink level HP solutions Center

I had problems with the running at all HP Solution Center.  After you have reinstalled the full driver support and the software of my Photosmart c7280 on my HP Windows 7 x 64 system three times (the last time with the help of a live chat session) the Solution Center software runs and communicates with the printer, but is no longer can / will signal the ink levels.  It is used to do it regularly.  The initial problem with Solution Center appeared unexpectedly a few weeks ago.

After reviewing the problem for several weeks, I finally found someone from HP to help me.  After doing a little troubleshooting, she decides to send me a CD with the HP Solution Center software.  I went through the installation and things as magically worked.  One interesting thing to note - side I did a little to compare bit of the file on the CD with the file that I had downloaded on the website of HP and they came out to be identical.  Explain this.

    Hello

I tried to learn how to fix my printer in your video

    http://WWW8.HP.com/h20621/video-gallery/us/en/customer-care/printers-and-all-in-ones/print-a-DIAGNOS...

The problem I have is that the printer prints all this trouble, and return to me the message "place the alignment on scanner page and press OK.

But the video was told to open a mysterious "HP Solution Center" which tells me that it won't open because I don't have a HP device!

    How absurd...

Now I have two problems, no Solution Center or alignment Page... actually three, because I have a HP printer that doesn't work too

    Cant believe it!

Please provide a screenshot of your control panel. Anything in red, you need to delete off your computer:

Once this operation is finished, continue to follow this HP document always above.

Your Solution Center shows that you don't have a connected device, then Yes, you have to go through all that in order to print an alignment sheet. You have two question right now I'm provides steps to set. You cannot print an alignment sheet immediately your printer, you need to use the Solution Center.

On windows media Center, there is no spot on the home screen menu to allow me to add extender? Can anyone offer advice?

    Hi Halam.

Thanks a lot for your help on this. I don't know if this method would work as I finally found a solution after hours of playing with different settings and downloads. For others who are trying, I found that you need the rollup2 update (which I got) If you have this, go to this link www.xbox.co:80 / fr-U.S./PCSetup/MCE05Lite and follow the instructions. I don't know if it works for the extension, however it worked to use my xbox as an Extender.

Now, I have these two pairs, unfortunately I have a new problem. As the menu tasks is not yet here, that I can't go on an Internet browser. Basically I try to videos from websites to my tv via my xbox and I have found a method to be very simple to do, if the menu tasks was on my version of windows media Center. If anyone can offer advice on this, I would be very grateful.

  • Printing problem after upgrade HP solutions Center / windows 7

    Hello everyone,

Since I've updated my PC for windows 7 (and a new version of the HP Solution Center), I can print is no longer any document (the only way to get something out of the printer, print a test through the solution Center page).  Communication is Ok (correct ink levels etc.).  Printed materials appear in the print queue, and then disappear as if they are printed, but nothing is (no error message).

I have Windows 7 Home premium, to C5180 all-in-one USB connection.

I already tried the HP diagnostic program and uninstall / reinstall.

    Any suggestion is welcome.

    Thank you!

I would like you to try this.  Unplug the usb cable from the printer and uninstall the printer software.  Then go to this link http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=1153481&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us select 32 or 64 bit and install this "HP Print fix software when upgrading Vista to Windows 7" then reinstall your WIndows 7 software for this printing.  Let me know if this solves your problem

I found that the instructions given by a member was more useful.

    First go to;

Start > Control Panel > hardware and sound > Device Manager >

Then go down to "sound, video and game controllers".

Then 'right click' on the 'Conexant 20671 HD' and on the left, click on uninstall.

Wait for the uninstall process to finish and then restart your computer.

Wait a few minutes after the start to the top and Windows should automatically re - install the driver, that invites you to a message in the lower corner box right saying: "driver installed successfully', with the name of the driver below. (Mine was the same driver "20671 HD"

    Bingo, problem solved.

    Help!

Hello @Jörg63, hope you are well!

Welcome to the HP Forum! It is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get help and advice.

I understand that you are having problems after update to Win 10 of scanning to PDF. I would like to help.

I'm afraid that HP Solution center may not work in the Windows 10 environment due to some compatibility problems.

I suggest that you use HP Scan and capture request instead. Capture and scanning HP is a simple application that captures photos or documents to your computer's built-in camera or scanning HP device.  These images can be previewed, edited, saved, and shared to other applications as well.

Go to http://hp.care/2bUVkrw to download and install the windows scanning and Capture app.
