    Hello

Your printer does not support with/without wire and your router cannot act as a wireless via USB port print server:

    http://www.downloads.NETGEAR.com/files/WNDR3700v3_SM_20MAY2011.PDF

You can purchase a wireless print server, BUT believe me, it would cost more than buying a new printer with wireless ready now and 50 percent chance he'll give you a lot of problems. You can also buy a new router that has the option of wireless print server. I don't know to connect two printers.

    Kind regards.

  • Problem scan pro 8600

I have a 8600 pr Premium printer. I also had a new ASUS 2 in 1 laptop. She has 10 pre-installed windows and office 2007 also. Here's the question. When I try to scan from the printer as was done with the old laptop, it is said "analysis to the computer to enter the computer to allow him to."  I can put the documents in the scanner bed and make the analysis away from the computer, but not directly with the machine. How can I get the two recognize each other. If it makes a difference, computer and printer are connected wirelessly on the infinite network of comcast.

I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled the software already. I installed also print and scan of doctor and who says there is no problem scanning. I installed the HP Solutions Center and it won't work as it says that the installation is not complete. And he tells me to reinsert the cd and reinstall (the cd is for xp and 7 and does not work.

    I don't know what else to do... H E L P!

    Hello!

If you can print wireless, go to the next step. If this isn't the case, please advise.

On the desktop of your PC, you should see an icon for the printer (with the name of your printer below). It's the HP print driver you have installed. Double click it and Printer Wizard should appear. There is an option called it 'manage Scan to Computer' , click it, and then select Enable.

Let me know if this helped.

    Hello

I have a printer HP LaserJet 1005 of good work and I found and downloaded a driver HP Support page

"HP LaserJet P1000 P1500 Hostbased Plug-and-Play basic pilot" to W8. I tried to install it but when it arrived

to the point "Waiting for user to connect the device", he stopped even if I connected the printer.

Before the installation, I unplugged the printer. I tried to install it from the office too as an administrator

with the same result. My computer 'sees' the printer, but it does not work without the driver.

    All suggest?

    Hello

What is your printer model correct and complete on her forehead?

The HP Laserjet 1005 and the HP Laserjet P1005 (which is the driver you are using) are different models...

If it's the printer HP Laserjet 1005, know that it is incompatible with Windows 8.1, XP was the last operating system supported:

  • Color LaserJet Pro 200 M27nw MFP - problem scanning ADF

Seems to me a new Color LaserJet Pro 200 M27nw MFP running on a PC with Windows 8 and have come to realize that whenever I scan from the ADF Document (CAD), no output file is generated. The original document is drawn in by the document successfully feeder and the printer display indicates that the scan is ready. However, no analysis file is generated. This happens regardless of know if I send the output to USB or to e-mail and if the original document leaves simple or multiple.

Interestingly, the ADF works fine if I try to produce paper copies, in other words, the printer is able to pull in the leaves o FRENCH original of the document in the ADF (as this either alone or several sheets) and to produce copies of the original successfully. Furthermore, I have no problem to scan multiple or single sheet documents when the original document is loaded by the Scanner flat, rather than the document feeder Scanner.

    Appreciate any help. Thank you

    HI @StephenScerri ,

I see by your post that when scanning from the ADF there is no output file containing the scan which is generated on USB or e-mail. You can copy the ADF and scan successfully of the bucket. I would like to help.

  • Color Laserjet PRO MFPF 377dw: problem with Color Laserjet PRO MFPF 377dw and HP network scanner

After removing the package of printer drivers HP, all attempts of resettlement via WLAN regularly fail before the end, which indicates that the device is not found. I physically connect the printer to the computer by USB cable to install the software successfully. When I go to WLAN Wireless thereafter, the printer works perfectly within the network. If I remove the USB cable, the following error message appears when I try to start scanning HP: HP CLJM377 Scan found . In other words, HP Scan cannot be used with a PC not connected by USB cable. All other remote features function normally printer in wireless, including HP Scan & Capture. Is there a possibility to correct this, via the Windows registry from my PC?

    Hello Chetan,

I think I'm in the wrong forum here because I live in Switzerland and here the Laserjet Pro M377dw color is sold to private users. I have no access to a support plan and use the printer in my home office network. Your proposed solution therefore does not help me, during this time, I have posted this problem in the forum on language German you need not to pursue this new. Thanks anyway

  • Problems with the LaserJet M1217nfw MFP - resolution of the Scanner and ADF feeding issues

    Feature: LaserJet M1217nfw MFP

    Connection: Ethernet

    OS: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

1st problem: using the TWAIN software, I am unable to change the resolution of the documents I'm scanning. It displays only the 300 and the menu drop-down does not offer any other parameters. It is having to make each document that I scan a lot more big that it must be, and the company I'm downloading of complained them of the overused storage space.  Device MUST be based on the network for the office.

2nd problem: the ADF is VERY picky. If the paper is inserted at the stop, it will not pick up and will keep scanning out of the original glass. I usually have 2 or 3 times to find the "sweet spot" where it will actually be a new Pick-up analysis.

I must say, I was very happy with this product when we got it first, the web interface with the drivers loaded on the printer was a great feature and the installation for each machine went very smooth. However, lately this device became more complicated than a time saver.

    Hi SilentbobSC,

    Follow the steps below.

    1. click on settings

    2. remove the checkmark of "Display the dialogue from TWAIN to allow cropping and low sweep"

    3. click on the drop down arrow to adjust your ppp settings

  • SOLVED: Unable to scan Color Laserjet cm 2320nf MFP

When I try to scan anything happening with scanner. After a few minutes, there is a dialogue box that appears "data transfer...". ", and then disappears. Tried to disable the firewall, but no difference. HP scan diagnostic tool finds the scanner but says that there is something wrong with the WIA driver and recommend to uninstall the driver and download a new from hp.com. Tried, but this same problem.

HP Color Laserjet CM 2320nf MFP on the network of Windows 7 64 bit computer hollow.

    Solved

The printer is connected wireless to the pit of the network a TP-LINK Access Point. In order to get the scanner to work I had to connect directly to the router with a network cable, uninstall and reinstall the drivers once again, until I plugged it hollow back the wireless AP. seems to work ok now.

  • HP 7520 problem scanning to e-mail...

When I scan to email in my 7520 Photosmart all-in-one printer, I get the message "unable to connect to web services.  Confirm access to the internet and try again. »

I saw the problem in the forums and tried the suggestions there. I got to the point where the suggestion was to open a session in eprint and download from there.

I don't have a claim code to add my device.  Ago great instructions on how to get the printer to print the code, but none of them correspond exactly to my screen to the printer. I'm fine until I get to the part "print report". The progression is tools, web services, eprint, active or inactive.  If I'm on the screen main and go to web services, settings, I find myself in the same place.

How to print the report? Thank you!

    Hey @jmccann1966,.

Welcome to the HP forums! I hope you enjoy your stay here.

I see that you have problems with a claim code generation on your Photosmart 7520. I can help you with that.

    To remove Web Services

    1. On the printer, click the ePrint icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
    2. Click settings at the bottom left.
    3. Scroll to the bottom of this screen and click on Delete of Web Services.

To generate a new certificate claim code

    1. On the printer, click the ePrint icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
    2. Click on accept.
    3. Click Yes.

This will force the printer to print an information page with your new claim code.

Let me know if it solves your problem. If it then please click on Solution to let other users know that it helped you. If it does not like so I would like to know what happened and I can help you further.

I hope it works and have a great day!

  • Photosmart 5525: Problems scanning with HP 5525

After installing HP 5525 in a wireless environment, everything works perfectly.

However, after 3 to 4 scans (made by the Panel of touch control on the 5525), the wireless connection between the HP5525 and the laptop disappears...

Anyone have an idea how this problem can happen?

    Thank you!

    Hello

    You can try this:

    Creating a TCP IP port

    1. Print a Configuration Page to get the printer IPv4 address (you can also tap on the icon wireless on the front panel of your printer to obtain the IP address)
    2. On your PC, go to control panel configuration, devices and printers, right-click the printer and on the left, click printer properties, select the Ports tab.
    3. Click Add Port, select the Port TCP/IP Standard, then New Port and follow the instructions in the wizard.
    4. Type the IP address for the printer.

Note that you can ALWAYS go back to the original port the HP software installed by selecting the HP port on the Ports tab (in the properties of the printer)

    Thank you.
