First thing I'd do is uninstall all the HP software, eliminate him as possible points of contention. If possible, also do a system restore to a point before for the initial installation.
This service would not affect internet connection as such, it watches DCOM, it is not fire events to network. My thought is that the HP software has caused a problem with DCOM, then removing is the first step. You can restore the system to the Windows recovery environment and check if you are able to boot to the desktop. Follow the steps in this link to boot into the Windows recovery environment and select the system restore option.
Note: When you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

RAID1 (15K 146 GB SAS) on Dell R710 and VMFS is on table EQL.
What I did during the ESX4.1 excavation, it's that I have used ALL the space in 146 GB (mainly for / and / var), after adding this ESX host to vCenter, VC and EQL ASM/VE started to complain about the following points:

Technically there is no reason to let the space... but also no reason to have a big service console
Usually, you need 10 to 20% free space for each snapshot data store and Exchange files... but in your case, you will not have these files.
If you have any problems, but you receive the alarm until you do not disable them on this specific data store.
PS: I suggest you switch to ESXi, is quite simple and it doesn't have this strange vmdk for the "console".

That's very true, I used gparted before checking this again, and it was corrupted. Very well! I ended up installing windows 10 home using a free student license. It's perfect, since I have windows 8.1 before running on the 1 TB hard drive and it was filled with bloatware, thanks to HP (no offense). So, it is nice to have a clean install. Everything works fine now, I had to change some settings of 'Legacy Boot' in the bios to boot from the USB.

I got the error "registration for the service is missing or corrupted" when I used the diagnostic download bits of one of your answers to someone else. I can't download the updates of windows from 08/10/16 - the latest downloads on 08/02/16. I did a full scan with McAfee & there is no problem in that. Given that the system sought & found these updates 08/10/16, the fan noise has served continuously as in a loop. I managed to stop that noise will 'services.msc', choose 'windows update', by selecting Properties & stop. If I start it again, it seems to go on and on but updates still do not download. I have Windows 7 Home Premium on a laptop. Can you help me?

You can check if System Event Notification Service is enabled and set to automatic.
Here's how you do it;
1. Select start > run > and type services.msc.
2. scroll down until you find System Event Notification Service and make sure that it is running and set to automatic.
Also make sure Remote Procedure Call following the same steps above.
3. restart your computer.
If this does not help, try this:
1. click on the Start button.
2. type Cmd in the search text box.
3. press on Ctrl-Shift-Enter keyboard shortcut to run command as administrator prompt. Allow elevation request.
4 type netsh winsock reset at the shell command prompt, and then press the Enter key.
5 restart the computer

Satellite C660 is unable to start for the first time
I have a Satellite C660 - PSC0AQ-03C019 + 1B194392K
For the last year laptop worked fine in the last 2 months, however he had a problem starting. My question is this. I have 5 unity servers that use this service account in any area, which includes Europe and the United States. If I change the password in AD all services will continue to work with the old password as long as they have not restarted with the old password? I know I need to change the password for each service that uses the account and then restart the unit, but since AD taking so long to reply, I was hoping to change the password of the account one day and then the next day or even longer when I have planned for my failure, I can then change the password for the services on each server and then restart the unit and make sure that replication is complete and the services start again with the new password.
I think as long as I do not have to restart services can I change the password of the service account in AD a day or two before I schedule my outage can I change the password for all services, and then restart the unit. I know that I can force replication, but it would be nice to be able to change it in advance as long as it is not flexible, whatever it is. Even force the replication takes a lot of time in our environment and I want to be sure, can I change well in advance without having a negative impact.
