Problem switch and gum color

I get the message "Could not process the request because of a program error" every time I open a document or start a new and try to pass my colors.

Also, adjustment transfer, even when deselected, does not have this effect. Whenever I have untick and turn the spring pressure by triggering, he returns to his original in just a bit.

Here's the last couple error logs.

  • Details of the 536304-001 HP Power On / Off switch and cable LED Assembly for the Z400

Can someone help me with the P5 front header pinout on the motherboard Z400 or on the HP 536304-001 power switch and LED to the Z400 Cable Assembly?   I'm getting to is a Z400 motherboard in a case of XW8000. I know that 536304-001 does not fit in the case of XW8000 but the XW8000 part equivalent seems to have mostly the same connections. double color led, led hard drive, power button / stop.   I can see an illustration that 536304-001 use 4 connections on the side to key of header and 2 on the other. Cable colors are red, green, black and 3 white. There are also other connections to the temperature thermistor that I would not intend to use (unless explicitly required for Z400 motherboard).

    Here's a panel header pinout before Z400 P5 motherboard:

Find "missing" pin key 14 to steer this diagram properly.

Pins 2 and 4 go to the power LED.  This LED is two-way, with green in a sense (normal) and Red (diagnosis failure) in the other.  If the LEDs back to back are installed between pins 2 and 4, on lights.  If green it does not illuminate during normal operation, move the pins to the pair of diodes.

Pins at 15, 17 and 18 are chassis ID pins.  It's OK to let those pins unconnected.

Pins 6 and 8 are the power button pins.  Connect a normally open push switch between pins 6 and 8.  Do not attach any tension or Chin-ups to this switch.

RESET # may not work, but it is a prototye signal.  A switch push-button normally open between pin 7 and 6 (GND) could make it work.  It's OK to let those pins unconnected.

Terminals 11 and 12 are the thermal diode in the panel cable Assembly before Z400.  The system starts without the thermal diode, but fans can operate at full speed all the time, or may oscillate in speed (several times to go from slow to high-speed and back).  This will make the system very noisy.

Problem running on this series with the Magenta.  Yellow it is possible also, but more than likey you have a bad toner.  See instructions attached on how to fix.  A lot of work but not so hard.  Usually I leave the track of wire black plastic which crosses the upper part as it is a bear to get back up and is not necessary.  A couple of tie wraps will do the trick.

Note, once the profile is deleted, by clicking on the

  • White shows like glare and light colors like white

Screen flickered then colors white shows like (too bright) glare and light colors show that whites. Brightness turned down to almost nothing and still no improvement. Test another monitor and even with that one

If this happens on two different screens that work fine on another computer, then it is probably a problem with your video card.

Go to the Device Manager by going to start / find and type Device Manager and enter and then double-click on the program icon that appears.  Check each device to a red x, yellow! or white?  These identify devices with problems probably (drivers, but also of conflict or something else).  Click on each for more details and troubleshooting tips.  If you need to get the drivers (and you should definitely be for your video card and any other device you have time for - it can only help even if it is not helping to solve this particular problem), do leave the computer dealer or the manufacturer of the device (NOT of Microsoft Updates).  In fact, you must disable automatic updates in Windows Update driver as follows: http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/how-to-disable-automatic-driver-installation-in-windows-vista/. Follow these steps to get the drivers: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/ht/driverdlmfgr.htm.  Once you have the drivers, you can install them via the Manager device as follows: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-device-manager-install-driver.html.

If it does not, then it is probably a hardware problem with the video card and you may need to take to a computer repair shop (NOT Geeek Squad or one of these centers of department store) or go back to the manufacturer for repair.  If it's a PC, you can be able to do the replacement yourself if it's a separate card and is not part of the motherboard.  If it's a laptop don't even try not to do it yourself, get professional help.  If you have a spare video card that you can put into the computer rather than the one we think is bad, you should try first to see if it solves the problem.  If the problem goes away, then you know for sure it's a faulty video card.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

  • error 'remove and check color cartridge '.

I have a HP all in one 7400 printer / / scanner/copier/fax. All of a sudden I get an error 'remove and check color cartridge. I made several times and cleaned all of the excess ink that I see. The printer/turn off has no effect. Disconnection/reconnection of power also no effect. Any suggestions on other solutions?

I had the same problem with my HP Officejet 7410 so cleaned the contacts of carriage and ink cartridge by directions on this link:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c01423559

After my first attempt to cleaning these contacts, I reinserted the cartridge and tried to print again, but I got the same error message.  Then I removed the cartridges (color & black) of their slots and after transport, I discovered the lower part of the cart was covered with ink, pointing a flashlight so... using more than a dozen cotton pads, I cleaned the bottom of the cart at best.  In addition, thinking that maybe the ink cartridge no was not manufactured exactly the right size and shape, when I inserted the cartridges in their slots I slightly pressed them to make sure the contacts could touch.

I was happy to see that now the error message is gone and my printer print again... Oh well, at least for now.

  • HP Deskjet 3050: Problems with printing in color?

Hi all, I have problems printing in color. No idea what to do. Here's the problem: I'm trying to print in color and the colors look darker on one page, my colors are fine then saw green to halfway through until its finished. On another page, the colors are ok, but some colors are missing.  I tried the cleaning test, the colors seem to come out ok! Tried to see the ink and the remaining portion. It seems to be more left black and yellow, cyan and magenta. No idea what do then, never had this problem with the printer before. Thanks for any help!

Looks like you have a cartridge that is short of magenta or default.  This can happen to cartridges that are very old, even if they still have ink or third party cartridges that were not filled out properly.  The steps of troubleshooting in the paper here may help, but I suspect that you need a cool color cartridge.
