Problems of film to 36.0

When you enter text in a form web text is more "envelope" at the end of the box. The first part of the text runs away from the left side. It is works well in THE text entry area, but is now a problem on other sites.

See: http://www.thedirectoryclassifieds.com. To place an ad and then start entering text in the description box. Once you reach the end of the line, the text wraps not, just keep flowing on the left to type. After this test, just out (return) without continuing to place the list.

When encountering this problem I did a test on another computer that had 35.0.1 and packaging of Word worked fine. Then I upgraded to 36.0 on this computer and now the problem's there also.

So it certainly means a problem with 36.0 as it wasn't there in previous versions.

This particular form control has:

< textarea id = "main_description" name = "[description] b" style = "" space: pre; " " Class = 'field of the editor' > < / textarea >

For the first time in 36 of Firefox, the white-space property is honored for text box controls. So there's your sentence: "pre" means Firefox should emulate the pre-formatted tag, which requires manual line breaks.

It would be great if you can convince the site this is to change:

< textarea id = "main_description" name = "[description] b" style = "" spaces: envelope pre; " " Class = 'field of the editor' > < / textarea >

that is supported by all modern browsers (according to the table of compatibility here: https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/We.../white-space#Browser_compatibility).

But that will probably take some time, so what better workaround in the short term? I need to think a little.

To manually hack this form control, you right-click and choose inspect element (Q). This should open the web console of the Inspector in the lower part of the Firefox tab should highlight the tag HTML I listed above and on the right, show first style for her rules. Under "This item" you can uncheck the box for the rule to have the text box using default style rules. But you would need to do after every time you load the page, which is a chore.

The current version supports the white-space for a text box property and it is possible that the Web site uses spaces: pre instead of spaces: pre wrap.
The former will prevent Firefox of text wrapping.

You can check that out in the Inspector via the context menu.

    See:

The white-space property is currently working on HTML < textarea > (bug 82711) elements.

  • MG5520 of printing is "Wavy" - text printed not straight

    Background:

I have a MG5520 printer, I got towards the end of the spring semester of 2014 for the school.  I kept it stored during the summer in an air-conditioned environment. I have a MacBook Pro and a configuration of Document Microsoft Word 2004. My ink level is sufficient (1/4 full) and I will on their evolution.

Current issue: it is printing all text which is horizontal in a kind of wavy training.  I don't know if this has to do with the ink levels, but I'm positive that I have a sufficient amount of ink.

Current moves performed to solve problem: I carried out the maintenance of the machine of 'Print [ing] the reason for the nozzle control', 'Clean,' 'Deep cleaning', "Auto seat alignment", "print [ant to] the value of the head alignment," "Cleaning roll" and "The bottom plate cleaning."

Result: Currently, all these movements were in vain, and the problem persists.

What I need: advice and Assistance on how to solve this problem.

    Hi FastTuhNap,

According to your description of the problem, the Film of encoder inside the printer can be stained.  Please follow the procedures below to check the status of the film and clean it if necessary:

    1. press the power button to turn off your PIXMA MG5520.

    2. unplug the power cord from the printer.  Don't forget to turn off the power to the printer and unplug the power cord first.

    3. open the cover of the paper exit.

    4. check if the movie Encoder inside the printer is clear.  The Film of the encoder is the transparent thin layer.  Please see this image:

    5. If the movie Encoder is laid out as shown in the picture, it should be cleaned.

    6. pour a few drops of neutral detergent (2 to 3 drops of detergent 1/4 cup of tap water) on a q-tip with water. CAUTION: Do not use any other detergents.

7 dampen a q-tip with the prepared cleaning water. Remove extra water so that the water falls.

    8. use the moistened swab, wipe the movie Encoder.  ATTENTION: Be careful so that the water falls inside the printer.

ATTENTION: Do not contact the rail. If the rail is contacted, the print quality may have deteriorated. The Film of the encoder is fixed to the printer with the springs at the ends. If the movie is pushed too hard, it can be dislocated. Do not push the film. Just gently move the q-tip on the surface of the film.

Also, please keep your hands off the printer and clean the film with the tip of the swab.  Replace the new swab frequently.

9 remove all stains or burrs of the film until that whole movie becomes transparent and clear.

    10. If the trail of detergent is left on the film, clean them with a cotton swab moistened with water.  If moisture is left on the film, remove it using a cotton bud dry and wait until the film dries well.

    11. close the paper exit cover and plug the power cord of the printer.

    12. press the power button to turn on your PIXMA MG5520.

    13. Please print a test page.

    14. If the problem persists, check and clean the Encoder Film again.

If the print quality still has not improved even after several Movie Encoder cleaning, it is recommended that you contact the direct technical assistance. There is NO charge for this call. Information in real-time to a technical assistance call live would be very beneficial in this case.

Please call 1-866-261-9362, Monday - Friday 10:00-10: 00 ET (excluding holidays). A Canon technical support representative will be able to solve this problem more quickly.

Really break your face on the keyboard did not work? It still works for me!

In all sincerity you have installed new software that can be played with your drivers?

It could be that repomen uses a sort of different DVD format that your computer is used to. On a high level, there is PAL and NA, maybe, you have sort of a PAL version.

  • No sound when you import .mov files in PPCC

    Hello

I'm almost at the end of my rope.  I'm working on a project that uses .mov files.  Problem is that every time that I import them into the bin, no audio appears (not even in the preview window).  I tried to use the media encoder to make a copy of the files to .mp3 and .wav format, but the files just released silent.  None of the waveforms or whatever it is.  Then I tried to encode as Quicktime, PP does not recognize the file type.  I am now at a loss.  Honestly, I don't have a problem with it until this last update.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I installed filmic Pro on my iPhone and pulled two clips, one with AAC audio and the other with audio AIFF. Of course, one with audio AIFF lost audio when importing Premiere Pro and still when I dragged into Media Encoder. Seems to be a bug that's worth logging: feature request/Bug Report Form

Could be a problem with film recording Pro with audio AIFF, could be a problem elsewhere.

Moral of the story for filmmakers: always test your workflow before shooting. (This should not be a new morality either.)

  • Image frequency constant filmic creation Pro

    Hello

I don't see an option for a constant rate.

    1. How can I configure it constant?

2 is it automatically constant or variable in its new version of the app?

3 and/or the real question: what is the fast solution for sending video from my iphone 6 to Premiere Pro so that audio and video are in sync?

I have lived these forums and there are a lot of answers, but none that have managed to solve my problem. Here's what I did.

I have the latest version of Pro-filmic. I shot the video with dorsal pro, it has exported to the camera of my iphone and then my computer via "image capture". When I imported into Premiere Pro, the audio and video are out of sync, which was the reason I got the app in the first place.

Looking through these forums, a recurring theme is the constant/variable rate.

(The only time where what I tried to convert to constant with the brake hand, he did a huge file and it was virtually unusable because he stopped and started once I imported for the first, outside that it changed the size of the image and there is no way to set the presets for 16:9)

So now I see a post that says I have to set the constant cadence on film Pro, but I can't find an option to do so.

If you can solve this problem, I will love you forever.

    Thanks in advance,

    Lucas

    Hi Lucas:

I would like the chip as a film Pro user who has experienced the same problem with the audio desynchronization when imported into Adobe Premiere here. For your information, I use an iPhone 6 and Premiere CS6.

Now, it is my understanding that all of the videos from an iPhone is a variable rate. Since film Pro is an iPhone application, therefore, there is no way to put it at a constant rate. In General, when you buy a real camera and recording 24 fps or 30 fps, it is exactly what you found, and that's exactly what Premiere Pro see. On the other hand, with iPhone videos, 24 fps is actually 24.02 and 30 frames per second is 30.02 and so on and so forth. This is the Premiere Pro has a hard time keeping things in sync.

Note that most of the people have no problem with film images Pro audio sync when using Final Cut Pro as their editing program. It seems that Premiere Pro just don't like variable pace, never and will probably never. Therefore, a solution for you may be to use Final Cut Pro instead of Adobe Premiere.

On a side note, know that when you save your Pro film images in the camera roll on your iPhone it is a bit compressed. Best practices to avoid any compression of the GET go is to connect your iPhone to your computer, choose iTunes and select your device, select 'apps' and scroll down to the filmic app Pro where you can then select your videos and save them on your computer without any compression. It's just a side note, though, and obviously, you are free to continue to import your images as you did if you don't mind to spend a little compression of the EEG.

Now for the big question! How to turn Pro-filmic images in a constant rate so that it is usable and not out of sync in Premiere Pro? The answer is handbrake.

I know you mentioned trying the handbrake only once, get a huge file and it was the bad resolution to start. Personally, I think that the problem is that you gave up too early and has not taken the trouble to learn how to properly use the hand brake.

    Using the brake to hand:

    1. you need to import your file, or the files or folder containing the files.
    2. in the column on the very good, under the title "regular", you can select "high level" If you want a level of codec H.264 4.1 rather than the default level of 4.0 H.264 codec. And very important, do not select a preset under "devices." For example, if you select 'iphone & iPod touch', you will notice the tab 'Picture' the width of your video goes from 1920 to 960. It's probably how you ended up with a video that was not 16:9.

    3. in the 'Image' tab, there is nothing to change, leave it as what. Unless you want to crop your video, or reduce the resolution of your video (from 1920 x 1080 to 1280 x 1080). But as I say, there is nothing to change here since these are things you would do in Premiere Pro in any case (cropping, exporting in lower resolution, etc..)

    4. as a general rule, there is nothing to be changed on the "Audio" tab, "Subtitles" or "Chapters". Leave it as what.

    5. the 'Video' tab is where you want to make changes, but only in one or two areas. (A) you will want to choose "Constant Framerate" instead of "Framerate Variable". And (B) If you wish, you can play with 'constant quality' under the heading 'quality '. As a general rule, you can leave this default setting of consistent quality intact: 20. There is no need of constant quality: 0 (Placebo quality) that it will increase your file size only boggles the mind without necessarily improving the quality of your video. My general recommendation is something between 20 and 10 for consistent quality. And, with this, you should actually get by with a size of the video that is slightly smaller than the original without actually losing quality.

For example, my original film Pro 1920 x 1080 video has 370 MB. Once I ran through the handbrake in constant quality: 20, it was 80 MB. And, once I ran through the handbrake in constant quality: 10, it is 114MB.

In addition, the resolution remained the same (1920 x 1080 or 16:9) because I did not any changes on the tab 'image' (size or cropping) and I select a preset in the column to the right. Yet once, just leave things as they are. Handbrake will keep the same resolution as your video source unless you begin to select the presets and changing sizes and other things. Yet once, everything you need to really make select your file, pass the value of the Variable in constant under the 'video' tab and export it (Start button).

Now, a few notes: it seems that the issue of the audio sync is more serious or more frequent during the longest video short video vs (10 minutes against 1 minute). Also, it seems more widespread when shooting at 24 fps instead of 30 frames per second.

If all goes well, you can try good brake hand and have some success with your cinematic sequences Pro video editing in Premiere Pro. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

See you soon and good luck. :))

    Jade.

  • Question of the overprint preview

I try to print a positive film for a job of UV spot that is supposed to have a text reversed out of it.  Overview of the output does not show the text. My RIP not to see no more. I don't see the text struck-out when I turn off Preview overprinting in the Acrobat preferences. I guess my question is what did the artist do poorly when he did the PDF? Also, is there a preflight profile that I use on all files that I get, to avoid this confusion doesn't happen?

    I use Acrobat 9.5.1 on Windows 7

    RIP is Roland VersaWorks

Do you know what software the work was created in?

If I don't see a reverse text, I would first check the reverse domain object was not set to overprint - which would eliminate the type of output inverted. Other issues may interfere with the type reversed — in a font not available for example, or the text not set to white and many more exotic settings and techniques. Some DP software bad knocking out a type if it is not the first plan on the page object.

BTW, the title says 'Preview overprinting Question' but I think you're asking just on 'output' overview, although it make me thinking of the overprinting being questioned.

About preflight profile, please make sure that everything is set for your particular output device/printing conditions. You may want to run a profile that checks missing fonts, images low resolution, CMYK inks, non - anything that would give problems in film/plate or the press release.

Also, when I have problems with text, I try to print to other devices - laser printer, inkjet, whatever - to see if the problem is specific to the device.

    Hope that helps a bit

I have need for this project is registered as. GIF and the animation should repeat only once, not much like the other. GIF make. I can make any movie a. GIF that repeats only once using Camtasia Studio, but here's the problem, when film extension can keep transparency I want on my. GIF borders? I don't want one. GIF with black corners. If I save it as a PNG sequence, I can not set the time I want between frames in Camtasia Studio. I know it's hard to understand because I suck at explaining things. Can you help me please? I have no idea what to do. After Effects is unable to save as. GIF.

After Effects is a bad tool to create animated gifs. It's like bringing a pneumatic hammer in the living room to put a thumb tack into the wall.

  • RTL and XML

Hello, what is the best way to use the new component text to import the Arabic language via xml in flash.

In the demo with the spinning globe, I noticed that the Arabic text is unicode, the unicode string is actually LTR, then it is displayed with RTL. Obviously, this works very well with wordwrap etc.. Is there some sort of converter that I can get to convert Arabic RTL unicode LTR?
I also wonder if its possible to import the Arab police a string of XML and have things like the word wrap work correctly, I assume here (perhaps naively) that it is not a format XML of RTL and if there is flash dress not her head around it. I can't imagine writing whole paragraphs of text backwards in xml. To do that I have to use the markup code following the bidi.xml file in the examples, where it separates each row for display to face the problems of film.

Any ideas would be great, I'm sorry if my explanations are a little newby, I'm no gun.

    K.

This is the application that displays the XML code as to how it will appear to you, so I can't speak to see if it the XML will look like LTR or RTL when you view it. But the idea is that Unicode characters are stored in the reading order. For TLF, it gets the Unicode in the reading order, and then the player converts them to "atoms" which are classified either RTL or LTR according to Unicode values.

The example of bidi.xml doesn't have much shorter lines, but the same principle works on longer paragraphs as well and TLF, using the player, will correctly paper wrap regardless of the orientation of the text. In order to get the order of the columns, dashes and punctuation to look right, you need to decide if your TextFlow and paragraph is mainly LTR or RTL and set the direction of appropriately attribute.
