  I have problems with playback when you change a small project (4 min).  I had a few problems on previous projects, but this one is particularly bad.   When I read my edition, the (unique) audio plays normally but video lags or freezes completely.  I can get around it temporarily by parts of the sequence rendering, but that's a lot of time and as soon as I make a change, the problem reappears.  I updated drivers etc. After reading the other reviews but it now becomes impractical, and I'm seriously considering whether I should continue with first or look for something more reliable

  The only area I think needs expansion is the disk configuration.  Here's what I recommend as a starting point.

  C: Windows and programs

  D: project files, audio, and still images

  E: cache and Scratch

  F: media camera only

  G: export

  In addition, a form of backup solution in place.

  The above will give you excellent disk performance, spreading things to prevent the creation of a bottleneck.  It is based on the use of the HARD drive, simply because they always have the best bang for the buck.  But if you have the scratch for some good sized SSD, the situation changes a bit.  You could probably combine D and E on a single SSD and F and G on a third party, without slowing things down significantly.

• Problems with SIP scheduling TMS > TP server

  I have a problem of planning where the TMS seems to say my TP server to dial a number to the preconfigured endpoints rooms/external to H323, despite endpoints being configured only with a SIP URI and no ID of H323.

  My external termination points are added as 'rooms' to TMS.  They 'allow reservations' and ' allow incoming SIP URI configured dialing, but all the other slots to be unchecked. "  They have no ID H323, E164, or configured firewall (gatekeeper is set to "off".

  When I have distributed them in a conference, connection settings developed as 'SIP-H323"instead of just"SIP", so he tries H323 numbering first.  It is a problem because many of these external endpoints are CTS-3000 units and if composed as H323, TIP does not work they only connect with a single screen.

  If I manually dial the SIP from the server TP, or if I add an external endpoint to the Conference through TMS and specify SIP, it works very well. It is only a matter because TMS seems to want the MCU try H323 first, despite the configuration 'House' with no option availible H323.

  It just came out recently is because we use TP Server 2.2 in conjunction with the CUBE and manually add endpoints to TP server as "legacy" systems of CTS.  We're heading TP Server 3.0 + VCS - E where TRICK works automatically, but it doesn't seem to work if the call is interoperability of H323, SIP.

  Any ideas how to get MSDS to compose rooms as SIP only (or at least first try SIP)?

  I had the same problem with TMS 14.2.2. I have fixed only after you have configured the 'Active SIP server address' field in the configuration page / equipment of the room. You can put any IP address in this field, any.

  It seems that TMS sets TP server to call using SIP only when this field is set to the configuration / the equipment in the room, if I leave this field blank, the result will be the same problem that you are experiencing, a configuration of the connection with H323--> SIP.

  Just to repeat, these are the areas that I have configured in hardware Configuration room to have work with SIP only:

  SIP mode: on

  Active SIP server address: 10.10.10.10

  SIP URI: [email protected] / * /

  Gatekeeper discovery: Off

  Allow the reservation: check

  Allow incoming SIP URI numbering: check

  You also need to set "Maximum bandwidth IP" field. If this field is '0', you will get an error message "no possible route between participants: TPserver and participating: tests.

  Hi Sumit,

  This looks like a problem with the session handling in your application. You can check to see if a session is already established with UserB before allowing the UserB join another session with UserC, or ask us for UserC to join your existing session. TicTacToe sample shows a logic similar to the former, it blocks the second user tries to join and sends a message if a game is already in progress.

  I have some weird problems with LR6, I bought a couple of months.  I took pictures of the Moon in a black sky.  When I try to crop the image to get a larger 'Moon', the black sky turns into brilliant blue pixel.  The only way to get rid of them is to adjust the exposure all that change the way upward, which in turn ruins the pic of the Moon, of course, having an exhibition also, when I try to adjust the blacks, I get blue pixels.  I have a friend who has the monthly fee of 9.99 and don't have this problem at all.  Everyone knows this and what is the solution?

  You have the lit black clipping indicator.  To disable it, click on the small arrow in the top left of the histogram Panel.

The mp3s are inside audio.swf, it is not streaming. When I play just audio.swf by himself, it sounds good, but if it is loaded within home.swf it doesn't.

  I have a scenario in which I need to call a service several times based on header lines. I used the following approach to reduce the execution time:
  
  1. use flight with "n" being the no. lines in the header.
  2 call the service inside the flow with nonBlockingInvoke set to true for the PL. The assignment of the var of entry for the service takes place inside of flight activity.
  
  The problem with this approach is that the assignment happens correctly. for example. LineId1 is assigned to the service entrance in the first stream, LineId2 the second rate and so more..., but in the used input variable values by invoke remains constant in the first mission that produced the first stream Viz LineId1 will be happened as an input for all activities of other flows, despite the copy in entitled operation happening properly.

• Problems with bullets when importing FM in RoboHelp

  I need to convert FrameMaker 10 book with a list to bullets in HTML using RoboHelp 9.

  When I first imported the book in RoboHelp, everything seems fine. However, when I published the file as WebHelp, first level bullets appear as a "n".

  Now, to solve this problem, I tried to change the map style settings when importing FrameMaker book.

  When you import, in the Conversion Settings dialog box, I navigated to the relevant bullet style (for example, FM_LB1) and does so:

  1. Click Modify Style. The Styles window opens.
  2. Click AutoNumber. The list for Autonumbering window opens.
  3. Deslected the box inherit the property of multilevel list numbering .
  4. Select disc list numbering.
  5. Click OK. I now return to the window Styles.

  Now, before you close the window Styles, I clicked on the AutoNumber to verify that the settings are saved. To my surprise, I saw that:

  • The Property Inherit multilevel list numbering is selected.
  • Class List is rl-p-FM_LB1.
  • List level is 1.
  • The preview showed a numbered list instead of the ball that I had selected previously.

  How can this happen? Again, I changed the settings. But it was of no use.

  For this reason, I still don't get the bulleted list in the required format when I publish this course as an HTML tag.

  My ultimate goal is to use the backup settings in this example the file as a .isf file and help to users who are not familiar with Robohelp generate HTML output directly from FrameMaker. So I want to avoid making the changes after importing wherever possible.

  Please guide.

  I solved this problem after a lot of trial and error. I give a detailed step by step procedure here.

  Summary of the issue:

  This problem has existed for a multi-level and balls and not only the first level bullets as I mentioned earlier. In addition, even after having obtained the right of the bulleted list in RoboHelp, the format of the balls not appeared correctly in FireFox (balls have been replaced by a symbol resembling "n"). However, they appeared correctly in Internet Explorer.

  Solution:

  So, here is what I did.

  Creation of the settings file

  1. Create an empty project to RoboHelp.
  2. Go to file > project settings. The project settings dialog box opens.
  3. Change the importing CSS file by default FrameMaker - RHStyleMapping.css. The Styles dialog box opens.
  4. Create lists of several levels with the required formats of ball. In my case, it was the square bales of first level, second level circles and dash for the third level.
  5. Bind the list of level first level paragraph style, second level list to paragraph style BodyLevel2 level and third level paragraph style BodyLevel3 list BodyLevel1 .
  6. Set the size required for the bullets.
  7. Click OK.
  8. In the project settings dialog box, export and save the new settings in the .isf file.
  9. Click OK to return to the main window of RoboHelp.

  The FrameMaker file import

  1. Import FrameMaker book / file using the new .isf file. Note that the CSS for Style mapping is RHStyleMapping.css
  2. Click Edit to change the settings for file conversion. Opens the dialog box settings of Conversion.
  3. Map the Level1 style of chip FM to RoboHelp BodyLevel1 style.
  4. Click Modify Style. The Styles dialog box opens.
  5. Make the necessary changes to formatting such as the police and indentation.
  6. Click AutoNumber. The list of Auto-Numbering dialog box opens.
  7. Select the box inherit the property of multilevel list numbering .
  8. In the category list drop-down list, select the first level multilevel list style.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Repeat the last six steps for FM level 2 ball (HR Style BodyLevel2) and FM ball level 3 (HR Style BodyLevel 3) by selecting the list to several levels 2 and 3 styles respectively.
  11. Keep the default settings of AutoNumber convert text for all three levels.
  12. Click OK to return to the import dialog box.
  13. Export and save the settings as the .isf to reuse them.
  14. Click OK. The file is imported in RoboHelp.
  15. Preview/publish and display the result in FireFox. It appears correctly.

• I have problem with itunes when I connect my idevice

  I have no problem while I use itunes without any connected devices, but when I connect my cell phone to any device, itunes no longer works. I tried to remove itunes and reinstall it, but nothing has changed. What can I do? I thank in advance

  It seems that iTunes on your Windows PC does not recognize your iOS devices. I see that you have already tried to remove and reinstall iTunes, but that still may be the problem. I'll be happy to help you with this.

  Remove and reinstall iTunes and software components related to Windows 7 and later versions - even if you have removed iTunes from your computer, if the components that go with iTunes are not deleted in the order set out in this article, drivers cannot be set correctly. Follow this article to remove, and then reinstall iTunes, and then restart your PC. When your PC back upwards, connect one of your iOS devices and iTunes should be able to see it now.

• Why is there a security problem with Gmail when it is used in the WLM

  When I check my mail account gmail gives me asecurity problem "cannot send or receive messages for the Gmail account (kendixon69). Download header for the 'AS SEEN ON TV' folder did not complete. The IMAP server has issued an unrecognized greeting message.

• Windows 7 - the problem with the photos saved in XP

  I used to have a Dell XP desktop computer. I've saved 200 + photos from a digital camera on a CD - R disc. I now have an office of Novatech Professional running 7. When I insert the CD in the drive, my computer can say how much of the Conference on Disarmament has been used and gets the name of the right folder but cannot see any of the pictures (files). When I run the XP emulation I can see perfectly all the files. How can I convince the 7 to recognize files?

  Problem solved - I used the XP version available through Windows 7 Professional.
