Proof of payment is not displayed / cannot access CC applications

How can I prove that the subscription that I use has been validated and paid for and regain access to my Cloud apps creative?

I have checked and rechecked my payment details, but I'm not be able to restore access to the applications.

Also, the regular "history of applications" does not display the last payment as having been already treated...

  • Not able to access the application

    Hi all

    I faced a critical question in the production server. I have an admin and a managed server. The managed server is used by my teammates. Today try to restart the authentintion and also the server is restarted.

    Thank you for your help.i found the error and I solved it. Recently I installed oracle HTTP 11.1.1.9 server so it updates some jar files that it is under the oracle_common and oracle_common/modules folder. The version of my application is 11.1.1.6 but the pot that lie beneath the middleware folder is 11.1.1.9. The method I outlined above is amortized in the 11.1.1.9 version. So I copied the jar to another environment and paste it to my environment. Then after restarting the whole area the problem is solved. Thank you all for help.

    Just upgraded iPhone 6s more iOS 10.1 of the latest version of iOS 9.x.x

    Used Notes app all the time without ever upgrade to iCloud version.

    Notes were always stored locally.

    Never signed in iCloud for Notes app.

    Now after the upgrade to iOS 10.1 I am unable to access my notes.

    Whenever I start the application notes I'm only given the opportunity to UPGRADE NOTES.

    How do I access my local notes?

    Never received the memo that I loose the access to my notes after upgrading to iOS 10.1 without upgrade to iCloud.

    To the best of my knowledge, the upgrade does not require that you store your notes to iCloud. It updates of features such as the ability to add documents, photos, etc. As long as you turned off in the settings of Notes > iCloud, they should continue to be stored locally.

    There are normally 3 possible reasons of this error you have.

    1 BIOS Boot Oder set to Network Boot: BIOS settings to check the boot order.

    Check the boot sequence, if possible and make sure that HD is set to 1 in the boot order

    2. check the cable connections between the motherboard and the hard disk to ensure that they are not loose

    3. doesn't have a hard drive.

    Test the hard drive.

    Go to the website of your computer manufacturer > search your computer specifications > know brand of hard drive > access the Hard Drive manufacturer's Web site > find and download hard drive Diagnostic software and make a record of start of it on the computer that you use to get here, following their instructions > test your hard drive to see if it has failed.

    To me it seems strange that you can not enter the Bios. I just suggest you plug the keyboard external usb and try to enter the Bios (maybe, for some reasons allowing the quick start, the laptop keyboard doesn't work pressing f2). Then try to remove the hard drive and check.

    I've no idea what to say, maybe other users will also suggest something.

  • Virtual disk is not accessible, cannot access file

    I am unable to vMotion 2 VM from ESX 3.5 to another host. See attached screenshot. When I change the settings of the two VM, the location of their data VMDK files starts with "[]". None of my other virtual machines appear like that, and they can all vMotion successfully.

    Also, I can only power over these 2 VM if I point my VI client directly to the ESX host. If I try to turn on/off or the other VM when my client VI points to Virtual Center, I get this error "unable to access disk.

    The Datastore LUN containing these 2 VM have recently migrated to one EMC CLARiiON to another using SAN based EMC SANCopy. After the LUNS migrated, we detattched the ESX hosts and old CLARiiON system attached to the new. I had to will nothing because prior to attaching hosts to the new San, I deleted all the VMS to their inventories, them restarted without any SAN connectivity, then attached to the new San and OK reappeared data warehouses and then I got to browse\ for each file .vmx and re - add to the inventory.

    Help!

    I recommend that you use a direct connection to the host ESX by VI Client for troubleshooting but cancellation of registration and registration of the virtual machine would require the virtual machine be turned off.

    The pivot must be enabled for these columns.  To do this, you can upgrade the application developed in 4.2.6 as follows:

    -Click on the application

    -Click utilities

    -Click on the Application upgrade

    -Activate the IR Pivot should appear.  Click on the number of candidate object

    I need your guidenace I'm unable to access planning through workspace to help navigate - Application-> planning-> Planapp1 (my request that I created in the planning planning URL); Hyp Workspace Error: Invalid or to find the configuration of the Module; --> required application module HyperionPlanning. It is not configured in planning. Please contact your administrator; --> communication error;

    I use Hyp 9.3.1 on windows 2000 Advance Server with SQL server 2005. while I have no problem to navigate directly from URL planning. Evenes am able to load data using the Regional service.

    I configured: Shared services, Essbase server, services of the Essbase administrator; Reporting and analysis services, Reporting and UIservices analysis and planning.

    Kindly advice.

    If possible send me details of correct order of departure services. I need to use planning through the workspace.

    This problem can occur because the proxy setting or if any application of party third conflict.

    Please help me with the following information related to this issue:

    1. What is the brand and model of your computer?
    2. Have you installed a third-party security software on your computer?
    3. You receive an error message when you try to use the apps?

    Please follow the steps mentioned below:

    Method 1: If the proxy is enabled, you will not be able to use the metro apps. I suggest you to check the proxy settings and if the proxy is enabled, go ahead and disable it. Refer to the steps:

    I tried to transfer the applications of EPMA exisitng but it has been abandoned with (HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error)

    Have you tried to redeploy planning again?

    In theory, you should be able to install/configure additional products at a later stage if because they are produced of foundation it may have caused problems.

  • Cannot access the applications tab in the creative cloud without download error message. Have tried all means to suppested to correct

    1 first, I got the items PS 14 and 14 first installed on my computer. I installed the creative cloud with the Ps and Lr to try with trial. I've had internet problems and had to recover the system in the first part of Jan2016. I then had to reinstall the trial version of ch & Lr with creative cloud. This is when my problems began with the installation of creative cloud. I tried all the solutions I could tell with my installation problems, and nothing worked. I'm still in evaluation mode and am seriously thinking about buying the Ps and Lr combo for creative cloud, but would like to finish my first trial.

    Any help would be appreciated.
