Provide information on what measures have been carried out

Troubleshooting is the process of elimination.  When someone says they have a problem and they have done all the troubleshooting steps, it leaves the members of the community at a loss. We do not know where to start, and I always have to ask what has been done in order to find the starting point. A "best practice" would be to list the problem and what has been done.

For example: I can't get the printer (Officejet 6700 premium, - CN538A) printing an email I sent to her.  I send him my Gmail account, I already made sure the printer is listed as the sole beneficiary and ensured that I type correctly the printer email address. I am happy to send 1 attachment and is a PDF file.  This is the first email that he had failed, other al sent printed. »

In this way, members of the community who want to help will have a better understanding of what was fact/removed from the list of possible causes.

As always, I hope the community finds it useful.

  • see what processes have been made on a project

Is it possible to see easily what process/settings I used on a project? I have to add a new record and I want to be sure, I do all the same things.

If you are talking about the multitrack session projects then you may be able to open the old session and replace audio files and use some of the settings that have been saved in the session. But it does not tell you everything and what order you have made. If this was done in the waveform display, while it is destructive and only the settings that you have saved as Favorites or as new Presets in the effects are reproducible.

  • Wonder what effects have been used to do this?

I make a version with a different logo.  Anyway, it * seems * like a relief, but it is not one that I've met before.  Doesn't seem like any of stamping out-the-box emboss options for me.  The gradient is not a problem, except with respect to the stamping.  It looks very sexy, Chiseled, strong that it difficult to recreate the use of gradients House and integrated features emboss (that I know).  Any thoughts?  Thanks, Bud.

It's probably a 3D extrusion of Photoshop with a small amount of active bevelling, items of information to be very reflective and the scene rendered with lighting to base Image which has been properly configured to reflect only the parts on the right blue/violet.  Bevels represent parts of the IBL, giving the polished look.

    I also like that look.

  • I have been scammed by Mindbrix last week. Is it possible that they could have downloaded Malware in my Macbook Pro? The computer works fine now, but should I run a kind of diagnosis or that someone check it out?

I have been scammed by Mindbrix last week, and this community let me know... Thank you! Is it possible that they could have installed some sort of malicious software on my Macbook Pro X or am I protected? My computer works normally at this stage.

Is it possible that they could have installed some sort of malicious software on my Macbook Pro X or am I protected?

If you don't give them access to your computer or download something on their request, you should be fine. If you allow them access or downloaded something, you must erase and reformat your hard drive, then restore your computer from a backup taken before when you allowed them access. Change your passwords and other critical information also. Not sure what software have been installed. If necessary, contact your bank to make opposition and cancel your credit card.

  • Cloned credit card - can a virus have been responsible?

Recently, my credit card has been cloned and the thief has exceeded the limit (involving us in a rather embarrassing situation in a restaurant in Livorno, but this isn't the question!) It was suggested that this could have been made possible by a virus on my laptop which has allowed the author to hack in and clone the card and also the same problem can occur with the replacement of the map well obviously all the information about it will have been changed.

You have any suggestions on this subject?

    Hello

Is this possible? If you have information on your computer, perhaps. However the most likely
situation was that the map has been duplicated when you used it in a restaurant or perhaps other purchases
where they can copy the entire strip for another card. The computer power off or even identity theft

  • Review all patches that have been installed

We are reviewing all patches that have been installed in the PLM in our different landscapes.  Is there a table in the database of each patch is installed we can examine to make sure we are insync in each environment?

    Hello Jason,

You can see Document 1400204,1-"How to determine what PLM for corrective processes have been applied to the database ?" "I know that you are using an Oracle database, use the following SQL command to see what patches have been installed:

    SELECT * FROM VERSIONHISTORY WHERE LENGTH (RTRIM (id))<30 order="" by="" applied="">

  • Is it possible to tell which presets/external publishers have been used?

    Hi experts:

I have a few different presets that I really like to use, as well as some favorite external editors (Topaz Labs being my favorite external editor). It's probably exaggerated, but I'd like to tag photos using various editors and/or the presets. Is it possible for me to get in my catalog (metadata or else watching) and determine what presets have been applied, or when an external editor was used and if so, which?

I searched and google, couldn't find a way to do... I'm guessing there isn't, but thought I would ask. Thank you.

You can use the filter LR bar to find images that have an applied preset development. I would also check to see if the "Topaz" app puts something in the EXIF data file that would identify the source of the edition.

  • How can I find out which attributes / elements have been changed or are dirty?

    All,

With the help of Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.3.0.

At the time where I did all my questions, I'll be able to write my own book for noobs. Here is another one, query in line with the questions of "How do I...". "" asked in the hopes of shrugging off this carpet coat Flandrin, wet, JDeveloper ignorance. "

How do I know which attributes or elements have been changed or are dirty?

This is different from say if there are any available updates, or if a line is dirty. IE, if a specific attribute or a component has changed.

    Installation program:
< Ol > < li > parts-(1 to *)-> PartHistories tables, master-detail relationship. Parts has Part_Number, Description and comments. PartHistories is essentially a copy of the parts, with an additional column named Update_Notes. < /li >
< li > when editing a component inputText Description or comments, and the user presses tab, the values are auto-soumis, PPR happens, and a button of validation is enabled. < /li >
< li > the user based on the validation button that calls a method AppModuleImpl that inserts a copy of parts in PartHistories. The Update_Notes column records the columns that have changed. < /li > < /ol >

Oddly enough, JSF isChanged() method of a component always reports by default, even if the content component changes. According to an article by Lucas Jellema, http://technology.amis.nl/blog/4223/adf-11g-use-the-changed-indicator-to-make-ajax-originated-value-refresh-explicit-to-the-user, the Changed value field must be updated manually, which seems odd to me. The article goes on to describe how to set these values programmatically.

What is intriguing, it is the comment below by Steve Muench
< Ol >perhaps you can expose a dynamic display of card type generically line attribute that returns the Boolean result of ViewRowImpl.isAttributeChanged (String, attrName) so an application based on the ADFBC could offer up to a convenient expression to flag automatically what values have been modified in the user interface. Just a little thought after reading this... < /ol >

A close example of this is on the page of the ADF not yet documented by Steve blog. Example #46: http://smuenchadf.samplecode.oracle.com/samples/ExposingRowStateOnClient.zip. This example shows how do I know if a line is dirty, but in my view, that it points in the right direction. The problem is that I'm not sure how to convert this code example showing a dirty row to show a dirty attribute. My biggest problem is that the QueryCollection.getViewObjectImpl the .notifyRowUpdated () method signature has changed. the code example does compile anymore; and I do not know how to follow the Bug # 4547474.

Any suggestion or ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    Will be

I guess that isDirty returns true if the attribute definition has changed, not the value. It's on AttributeDef, so it cannot logically be used for changing values. Use isAttributeChanged for your purpose
