  Settings - general - storage - Storage - find the app - delete

  Do a forced reboot - after all open applications using the app Chooser - invoked by fast double pressing the home button and drag upwards on each app until it disappears from the screen.

  Then re download the app

  From your description, I understand that after Windows Update, you can not load Windows.

  To better understand the question, please answer the following questions:

  1. What is the version of the Windows operating system that is installed on your computer?

  2. what happens when you try to load the system? You receive an error message?

  3. what application or anti-virus security suite is installed on your computer?

  4. you remember after installation of update, you are facing this problem?

  Remove any external device connected to the computer without keyboard and mouse and then perform the methods.

  If you are using Windows 7 and Windows Vista, follow the mentioned methods:

  If the computer does not start in safe mode, perform the last known good Configuration.

  Unfortunately I don't have a solution to your problem, but it can also be a technical limitation. I'm also interesting to buy this docking station and I would like to know if there is the same problem with memory external HDD or USB sticks.

  1. don't you get an error message when you try to activate?

  2. don't you refresh, Reset or any other hardware or software fact replaces the PC before the show?

  Is it updated?  Assuming that it is connected wireless network and that Web Services are enabled on the front of the printer: configuration > Preferences > product update.

  Thank you.  Found the answer in the Apple community.  I had to reinstall Quicktime in order to get iTunes to run.  They had lost their association.  Everything works now.

  Rename the OOBE OOBE_old folder location:

  Win 7 64 bit: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\

  Win 7 32 bit: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe

  Delete the opm.db file located in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

  Then try again to install MAA, it should install without any problems.
