purchase creative cloud issues

I read other people having this problem, but I found no solution. I tried to buy a subscription to creative cloud last week, but when I put my credit card, the payment request told me the address I provided wasn't the same credit card.
The address is in fact identical to the card, and also in my Bank, I have 6 counts of 1 euro to adobe.
It was last week. I still don't have that back € 1 charge, and does not have subscription to the progress. In my plans it backs do not appear the creative cloud subscription.
I don't know why pay is so difficult. I had never any problems with other similar services such as spotify.
Please, I want to start using the creative cloud!

I'm unable to download the apps and I don't know why. I thought it had something to do with me having the prior consent of the trial, so I advanced and deleted. And I can not even download applications. Am I missing a specific step in all of this? I was under the assumption that when I bought the creative cloud, it would be a kind of command prompt to install the program (the way adobe works normally) then I would be able to install applications separately.

The first thing is to download Creative cloud desktop application that will help you to download all the available applications, go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and download it.
One time downloaded, launch it and select any product to start the download/installation of the app.

Adobe Creative cloud issues after passage of payment method
I just changed the cards to use to payments so that I could continue to use Adobe Creative Cloud, but for some reason, all my apps appear as tests only. What can I do to Exchange my full apps? It would seem that it is a big mistake, because I already paid for Adobe Creative Cloud and all applications in the package.

A question to purchase creative cloud
I am currently a student and I'm becoming a Graphic Designer, because of this I wanted to get Photoshop. My father also needs Photoshop and he is a professor for photography at a University and forced him to work at home. I was wondering if we bought the version student/teacher of the plan we both would be able to use it? I am on a Windows computer, and it is on a Mac.
The license allows you to install and activate on two computers, but the license does not allow sharing

Lightroom 6 and Creative cloud issue
I was enrolled in the plan of creative cloud and I decided to upgrade and buy 6 Lightroom. Well I uninstalled everything and installed 6 Lightroom but this CC continue to flow at the beginning initial upward! What gives? I am frustrated beyond!

With Windows, everything works fine, but when I want to install apps on my Mac, appears in trial mode.
In both cases, I use the same adobe ID.

Can not register CS6 Fireworks with newly purchased creative cloud
Hello, hope someone can help. I'm having a big problem you are trying to start using Fireworks CS6 on Mac (version 10.7.5). Please forgive me if this topic has been raised elsewhere, but I can't seem to find it.
I just bought a creative and downloaded of the CS6 Fireworks cloud subscription. I was using before CS6 of fireworks as a test just now. When I now try and start the application the following is happening (see screenshots below):
(1) a screen comes on Adobe Application Manager saying "trial has expired" with a single button that says "this software license.
(2) sign-in required with adobe ID: I click on connection
(3) third screen says "creative cloud is now allowed for" my e-mail address. Click on continue
(4) goes back directly to the screen 1
Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

So I just bought cloud creative and for some reason I'm not able to download it! Everytime I try I am asked to pay for it, once again! Someone has to do something for me now or I "a refund!

I get "trial has expired" even though I bought the composition of cloud about 3 weeks ago. I did chat with someone that had me take off my cache, which worked for me running Photoshop, but not for Dreamweaver. I installed a patch for the download manager that were not as successful. I have installed and uninstalled several times without success, and now have a project due Thursday! Help, please!

I am owner of Lightroom, but just purchased creative cloud. If I uninstall my purchased Lightroom version, then install the CC version, I'll be able to access all of my presets? I have quite a few presets, free and purchased. I'm afraid to lose.
Nothing happens to them. Creative cloud uses the same catalog and presets, only the licensing has changed.

Yes, you can activate subscription creative cloud on both machines however, you cannot use both machines at the same time, check point 1.1: http://wwwimages.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/legal/servicetou/Software_Terms-en_US-2015 0407_2200.pdf .
If you purchased creative cloud subscription, please make sure you use good Adobe Id to connect to the creative cloud app.
