  Apart from the mentioned measures check the dates of warranty on the cartridges as shown here.  If they are years of the warranty period, is it possible the cartridges have failed, even though they were new in the box.  Also gently pat dry the printhead on a damp cloth to ensure that there are stripes of color cyan, magenta and yellow.  If there is not a task of strong color on the fabric the cartridges are probably the cause.

  The only black test page confirms that the issue is in the printer or cartridges, not with the computer or the drivers.

  When I buy new songs and they begin to download, they are in a queue behind several songs previously downloaded which start to download again. There is no logic for the songs in the queue, they are just random songs from different albums already purchased. My problem is that I can only pause downloading these songs, I can't get rid of them except by allowing them to download completely and then their removal from iTunes files. After that iTunes install 12.4.0.119 and the next sync iPad 2 iOS 9.3.2,and half of my large number of songs in each playlist are grayed out and indicate 'Not available Element' when selected.  The songs exist and play in the sync playlists iTunes version.  I deleted all the music on my iPad and resynced with the same results.  All the songs in iTunes are MP3s.  I don't use icloud for backup.  None of the music is purchased.  The problem appeared after update of iTunes for Windows.

  A HD 5450 should have works great.

  The HD 6450 was the graphics card optionally available on the 6200 Pro SFF.

  There are no jumpers or BIOS settings to change.

  The card should have been automatically picked up by the BIOS, and it should have disabled the onboard video.

  What happens when you turn on the PC?

  It works and you don't have a video?

  If so, all you need to do is to remove the card, re - turning on the PC, uninstall the Intel HD graphics card and driver, turn off the PC and install the new video card.

  To uninstall the graphics card, go to Device Manager, click to expand the category of device adapter screen, right-click on the Intel HD graphics card, select uninstall and check the box uninstall driver.
