  I use profiles customized Papa John's for Photo Story 3, it says the audio is supposed to be at 320 Kbps, but when the video is finally created the audio is very fixed, is it possible to improve the audio quality until it should be? I use it for videos from YouTube because it allows me to remove black borders and have the image full screen of the player, if it can not be helped, there there other video editors that allow to remove black borders?

  Then I read the WMA or WAV files work best. I tried several WAV files and the sound is beautiful!

  1. What is the serial number and model of the printer?

  2 have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

  I understand that you have some problems with printing to your Windows 7 PC to your 7520 Photosmart e-all-in-one printer. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

  1. If the printer is connected to your PC via a USB cable, remove it.
  2. Close any programs you have open.
  3. Click on start and open devices and printers.
  4. Right-click on any icon of your printer listed.
  5. Click on remove the instrument.
  6. Repeat for all other icons of your printer listed.
  7. If you removed the USB cable, connect. If this is not the case, click on add printer and follow the prompts to add a new queue for your printer.

  Thank you for your response. Now, I found that my problem was actually confused by a number of coincidences.

  I install the printer and run test print page & copied from the scanner and printing from an sd card until the problem of the "band" appeared. When I tried to print from a photo already stored on the computer, it was when he showed first really upward. I ran the Print Tool of doctor and no problems have been reported. Similarly, the printed test page seemed ok even though of course only small colored sections there. Finally, after running test after test, the ink ran out and I had to put in a new cartridge - Eureka! problem disappeared.

  I find, therefore, that I had a faulty cartridge that was causing the problem. I have since run a photo on the 'best quality' on Photo paper and it looks perfect. The high price of the cartridges, it was a costly exercise, but at least I'm now able to print my photos which is what I bought it for.

  Normally the scanner is better than the scan on a printer AiO funtion. If you want to use only SCAN function, the 300 Scanjet is much better than the AiO 6520 and LESS hassle than the AiO.

  Migrated to a Photosmart in one Officejet and, even if I'm happy overall, I find the 4620 Officejet does not print photos very well at all.  Two questions:

  1. in case the Officejet print a photo on photo paper as well as the Photosmart?

  2. If the answer to question 1 is Yes, then can someone provide me with a correct installation sequence?  I tried the standard stuff (but no, I can't change the pixels beyond 600 - although this should be sufficient.  Any thoughts?

  The photosmart line has an additional photo for the best photo printing cartridge. The officejet line is designed for the small office where they would not necessarily print a lot of pictures. You should always get a good quality, printed photo of the Officejet printer. When you print to make sure that you have the preferences of printer defined on the appropriate paper type and make sure that you print in optimized mode. Let me know if you need assistance?

  I bought a new acer chromebook C720. Everythings are perfect, except the image quality. Photos either on Youtube or resemble other pages on photo of day old negative (sepia). He did the chromebook useless for me. Can someone help me find the solution. Is that the question of parameters or the problem is the machine/operating system.

  I found the problem. I had checked for high contrast. Once I unchecked, all right. I found the Acer excellent C720 chromebook.

• Cannot print on photo paper

  I have a HP 7510 all-in-one printer running Windows 7 64 bit.  I ran all the diagnostic tests offered by HP.  Recently, when I try to print photos or graphics and then select Photo paper or paper of presentation I get a very bad impression - color is faded and is not clear.  If I select plain paper it works fine however I don't think I get a picture quality which is what I use the printer for most.  In other words I can't print in the 'better' quality.   I updated the driver, clean the heads, etc.  All of the suggestions.  I bought the printer last summer so its not yet old.

  Be sure and check the ink levels and replace any weak inks.  It is also important to select photo paper on your computer which is as close as possible to your real photo paper. The quality of the printed photo can also be strongly affected by the quality of photo paper.  Differences in paper can make a big difference.   You could experiment with different settings and verify their results.

  I bought my Hp Envy 4500 all in November last one. It worked like a charm for the first 2 months. I tried to print photo 4 x 6 a day. 2 first impressions were good, and the third image has begun to fade from the half. Documents not threatened by more than a few pages. I tried to uninstall/re-install, printing via USB, set static IP address on the print and followed by other solutions on this forum. I was lazy to lift a question myself on this forum. Now, I'm totally frustrated and disappointed by this product, I wanted to just try my luck.

  Welcome to the Forum from HP Support.

  I understand your ENVY 4500 HP e-all-in-one printer is not printing documents to the end and there is a print quality problem when you print photos.  I would like to help.

  I have some suggestions that can solve these problems.

  First, I recommend that you only perform a "hard reset":

  1. press the Power button to turn off the printer.
  2. unplug the power cord at the back of the printer.
  3. wait 60 seconds.
  4 reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
  5. press the power button to turn on the printer.

  Click on the title of the following article:

  Try Solution two.

  If this clarify two questions, great!  If this solves the problem of document but still the problem of print quality with photos, click on the title of the following article:

  Printer prints a blank Page or does not print black ink color for the HP ENVY 4500 and Deskjet Ink Advantage 3540 e-all-in-One Printer Series

  Work your way through the Solution one and go until you are satisfied with the print quality.  Test photo print - does clarify the issue of the photo?

  That can certainly create a problem. The photo black is made a little different than the standard black, giving it a better penetration and quality in photos the sustainable standard black did. If you make a photo printing, the printer will always try to use the black photo cartridge above the ordinary. The colors do not have this problem because they are made with a dye which has this deeper penetration as well, so it translates better than black only.
