I have installed many pilots and all do not work. icon said everything when I place the mouse over, it's ' no speakers or headphones are connected. Please help me because I am naïve now. I also went to the Device Manager window and I notice only that the audio intel 6 series/c200 Series chipset family high definition has an exclamation mark above. • Pavilion 15-n019wm: no sound on hp Pavilion 15-n019wm

Since Friday, I have no sound on my laptop, no internal speakers or the headphone jack and the led of the button mute does not work, but if I hit the mute button, the symbol will appear on the "speaker" icon, and it disappears if I hit him again. I did tests and bars light up as if his fate, but there is no sound at all.  I uninstalled the AMD and the Realtek, reinstalled the drivers updated, reset my laptop, replaced the keyboard and changed the setting in the bios so that the 'FN' key should be used for the functions of the keys F1 to F12.  I had updated for Windows 10 well over a month, and everything was working well.  When the sound did not return after the reset, I wiped the hard drive and reinstalled Windows 7 (64-bit) and still no sound.  The led for wifi, the power button and everything is operational, except for the sound.  I'm about to try an update Windows 10 again, but at this point, I am not very optimistic.  Any contributions to this issue would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!!!

  • No HDMI sound on hp pavilion g6 option

First off I'm from Sweden so I'm sorry if the language isn't 100%.

I have tried to get a sound 5.1 on my hp pavilion g6 1240so to my brand new LG HDMI smart tv, but when connecting to TV or even my LG receiver I only get 2 channels and no option for 5.1.

Which is really annoying, is that I don't see the HDMI option in the option audio device on the computer so I can't configure anything either.

    [IMG] http://i48.Tinypic.com/4iditu.jpg [line]

What I see is the speakers (IDT high definition audio codec) and no HDMI option even when a right click and check to see the devices 'hidden' or disconnected.

If I plug the HDMI to my TV, it is admitted directly to the audio device TV LG Manager but it is still only 2 channel stereo. Still no option for HDMI showing, only the LG TV.

All my drivers, IDT high definition graphics card Intel has the latest updates and I tried to uninstall/install both a bunch of times.

I did a lot of reading and it seems it could real the grapics card sending the audio too when she is on the hdmi output and if I go into the settings tab in the audio Manager with hdmi connected to the TV, I see that it is managed by the Intel like this card:

    [IMG] http://i49.Tinypic.com/2rdf621.jpg [line]

What is the map Intel that is the problem, is only capable of 2 channels? I know not what to try next since can't seem to activate the hdmi in audio device manager, no matter which is so there any other driver that I must be able to output 5.1 since I can't believe such a new computer will not be able to output 5.1 sound. Any help is deeply appreciated.

Edit: do not know what is goin with the photos, but they work if you click on it.

BIOS has a lot to do with the way Windows and interface of various hardware components.  I highly recommend the BIOS update, when a problem is present as the BIOS updates are designed to solve different problems.

The laptop has switchable graphics?  Is the laptop with Windows 7?

I don't see 5.1 surround sound, listed as a specification here.  Where have you seen that unity has supported 5.1 surround sound?

Try to update the BIOS and let me know what happens.  In any case, it can't hurt to have the most recent BIOS.

  • Question about sound quality software

    Hey,.

Is there any software that you can get it if you use mixer that is an external audio device connected via the headphone jack, minimizes your comments and interference? or would I better off buying a USB audio interface for external connection? or an external sound card?

If so someone can recommend a?

Maybe this forum is not the right place for this question. Try to collect this info on some forum with this theme. Maybe some forum where you can read about the use of sound devices external, DJ equipment or something similar.

  • No sound on hp Pavilion ze 4800 oct windows 7

computer hp laptop Pavilion ze 4800 windows 7 ultimate

My hp Pavilion ze 4800 has no sound with windows 7 ultimate, I know that HP support service does not include drivers for windows 7 on this product only for windows xp. However, this laptop has enough resources to run an operating system of windows 7 except for the video card, but this is not very important because I use it to make the common task only, also microsoft stopped supporting windows xp and if Hp can take a windows 7 then why to make it useless.

I FEEL SORRY FOR THESE LONG LINES

I need your help with the audio driver for my laptop running windows 7.

    You are the very welcome.

It's the only way I know how to get the audio to work on your laptop.

You can use this Windows XP driver, that I modified.

All you have to do is to install the driver manually through the Device Manager (Driver tab > Update Driver > select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the folder decompressed pilot (sp30399)).

You can see that this method worked for that other Member of the forum on the link below which laptop has the same audio chip.

    http://h30434.www3.HP.com/T5/notebook-PC-sound-and-Audio/Conexant-audio-driver-for-Windows-7/m-p/740225#M13850

I have compressed upwards and attached the updated driver, and you can download, unzip and install it using the method above.

  • I get not much sound on my pavilion dv6 notebook

I bought my Pavilion DV6 two months back. But the last 15 days I only get much sound. (sound out put is very less)

    Hello

One thing that can help is the following.  Do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select "playback devices".  Left click the device once to highlight default (it is usually 'speakers & headphones') and then click the properties button.  Click the enhancements tab and put a check mark in the box "Loudness equalization.  Click on apply to save the changes and then click OK in all other windows and see if allowed at all.

    Kind regards

  • No sound with hp pavilion media center m8020n

Almost 2 years, I got the video card replaced in my HP Pavilion Media Center m8020n.  Shortly after, the noise disappeared.  I have Windows Vista and an HP w1907 19 '' LCD monitor.  I have tried everything I can think to restore the sound and would like to know if the problem is the PC, speakers in the monitor, of which.  Thank you.

    Hello:

Your replacement video card has an HDMI output port?

If so, probably disabled video card audio system integrated.

To activate the onboard video, enter the BIOS, find the onboard audio setting.

It will be set to auto or off.  Change the setting to "Enabled".  Save the configuration when you have made the change and again when you exit the BIOS (save settings and exit).

When you restart and return to windows, you should have the on-board audio back.

If your new card video has no hdmi port, or your audio settings on the BIOS is already active, then unfortunately, I don't know what could be the issue.

  • Question the p7 - 1207c HP Pavilion graphics card update

Hi, I currently own a HP Pavilion p7 - 1207c and I play NBA 2 K 15 on settings at 1600 x 900 in low and medium perhaps only 25 30 if I have the chance. The map I intend upgrading to is the GT 630 or 730 WG. My question is if my motherboard supports one of these cards and I see an increase in the rate of display in 2K 15? I have tried to find an update of the BIOS on my HP computer page, couldn't find. I was just wondering if the 730 GT would be compatible with my PC.

    Thank you!

    GarrickLee, welcome to the forum.

There is no update of the BIOS of the computer.  HP expand them once the computer is more than a year.

Yes, the GT 730 is compatible with your motherboard.  However, I can't tell you for certain if she will provide more FPS.

Please click on the Thumbs up button '+' if I helped you and click on "Accept as Solution" If your problem is resolved.

  • Chrome numbers + Windows 8.1 questions... on HP Pavilion p7-1534

I posted here about my problems with Google Chrome...

My computer is HP Pavilion p7-1534 running Windows 8.1 Basic.

I don't get any error messages when running in these errors. They are mainly just to stop and load and nothing happens.

I did not change my system until these errors have occurred. These errors were held for at least a week.

    Questions-

    1. I downloaded the Vevo app several times different (mobile and desktop) and I've never been able to watch videos. It is used to close on itself without error/warning, but now is not just to play the videos.
    2. Issues of Chrome that I linked above.

That's all that I have for now, but if I encountered several I will modify this message.

I had to use Revo Uninstaller completely uninstall chrome and then I reinstalled it and everything is working 100% correct.

  • Need advice - questions of m8100n and stop Pavilion

    Hi all!

I need some technical advice, because I do not know what way to go now with my m8100n Pavilion.  He began to act up in March of this year and died in total.  Once troubleshooting with support online from HP, it was determined that my motherboard (Nettle2) is bad and that it has replaced.  As it was out of warranty, we decided that a new Office was a more cost-effective solution, so the m8100n has set aside for me to tinker with later.

Two weeks ago, I had the nerve to replace the motherboard myself.  I'm handy with all other aspects of the inside of a PC, but the motherboard was the "last frontier" for me.  I found a MCP61PM-HM on eBay that was v2.20 (thinking that the original motherboard had been improved since the v1.08 which was in my m8100n), so I bought it.  Replace the motherboard, I discovered that I had bought a Nettle3, who would continue to work with my m8100n but would lose a PCI slot.  No biggie!  I replaced the Nettle3 and all connected together and voila!  The m8100n puts as it is supposed to and no closing fast and constant.  I am a camper happy, right?

Here's my problem: I installed Windows Vista on the m8100n using the motherboard Nettle3 (Yes, I know about the need for the new motherboard tattoo the recovery discs to work, but I wanted to use this office as a backup/file server, so I was not terribly concerned about the recovery discs) and everything seems to work very well.  However, after leaving the unit top during the night or during the day while I am at work, I find that the unit has stopped.  The green light at the back of the Unit indicates that the power supply is always powered, so I don't think that is the question.  Just for fun, I installed PC Wizard 2009 and SpeedFan to measure the temperature inside the device, and it doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary.  I did the other night while I was watching TV and suddenly noticed that PC Wizard 2009 showed that Core 1 (which I suppose is one of the mainstays of my AMD Athlon 64 X 2 Dual Core 5600 processor) climbed about 25 ° C to 60 ° C and 70 ° C, then 80 c, and finally almost 90 c, while Core 2 showed a steady 15-25 ° C.  I shut down the system to avoid any damage, but now I think the unit is closing itself because the processor overheats.

Is it possible that one of the mainstays in my Athlon is defective and it is originally the stops, or is there something else I could be dominant?  PC Wizard 2009 tensions seem to be well, and temperatures inside the case seem to happen as well.  I don't want to give up this PC, because it seems that it is something simple that I could be dominant and am thinking that I might be too close to the issue to see what is really bad, and I'm hoping to pull out of the collective wisdom in these forums.

Thank you in advance for any advice or suggestions that you might be able to offer!

    NEW UPDATE:

After sitting the PC side for some time over the holidays, I started to do research on the processor AMD Athlon X 2 5600 +, given that all the indications suggest a heat problem with Core 1, who was leading in the PC by stopping.  After researching this CPU Model (Brisbane), it seems that Brisbane processors have a known issue with faulty temperature sensors core, which was probably, leading to a temperature reading fake being reported and causing PC stops.  This would also explain why the radiator or the CPU were always warm to the touch just after a shutdown due to overheating occurred.  I ordered a replacement AMD Athlon X 2 5600 + (not my workhorse PC, so I didn't need to upgrade the processor) and one both installed the CPU, memory, video card, DVD-R/W and finally the hard and everything seems to work normally again.  I ran a few stress tests on the PC from one day to the next, and the max reported temperature was 45 c 42 on Core 1 and Core 2.  It seems that the issue of the arrest was related to the CPU after all!

Thus, after the better part of a year on and off with the PC, DIY replace the original motherboard to solve the problems of power cycle that I had originally, and replacing the CPU to solve overheating and issues which occurred after replacing the motherboard seems to have given new life to Pavilion m8100n.  What will make an excellent secondary / media server PC and will compliment my Pavilion m9500t nicely.  Thanks for all your help!

  • I need an external device to produce sound on my pavilion desktop computer?

is an external device must be connected to a desktop pavilion in order to produce a sound?

    Hello:

You need a pair of speakers.

No consumption of HP desktop PCs come with an internal speaker.

I do not believe that Dell desktop PC is.  None of my friends did.

Only the most professional PC come with an internal speaker.

  • No sound on HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC

I have a HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit Service Pack 1.  I have NO sound what so ever!  Nothing bings, pings, ringing when I get by e-mail, turn on or off, are updated, errors etc.  I can't play music by the window / iTunes, I don't hear any sound on the videos (which also take FOREVER to play... almost as if they are buffering indefinitely).  I just tried, made sure nothing is on mute, passed through the control panel and tried to change the sounds.  I even tried to make a forum put in place and will parade a test tone when it is in the sound, but I get an error message that says "error!"  Unable to play the test tone.

I recently installed a scanner cared (about 2 weeks ago), but honestly don't remember if I had sound for a while before that.  Yesterday, I installed a new program from Nikon for a new camera, I got.  We have also reinstalled Trend Micro last Friday and have performed a thorough analysis.
