  Thanks for posting the details of your system. I'm skeptical about the "CompTool0234 Community Toolbar". Could you disable some add-ons and see if that helps.

  On this tab:

  Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > addons > Plugins category

  Disable «Conduit Plugin»

  On this tab:

  Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > addons > Extensions category

  Disable the CompTool0234 community toolbar.

  Then very probably a link will appear to restart Firefox to make the change. Does make a difference?

  I came across the solution. In addition to download creative cloud, I needed to return to the site and download the trials for the programs I want to use - Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did, I was in business. Save bad if this was done in light on the download site.

  I understand that you're having trouble to open a document Pages 5.6.1 on your MacBook Pro.  Have you recently updated or changed on demand?  Have you tried to open a Pages document on icloud drive, in addition to your computer? One thing I would try is to use Time Machine and go back to an earlier date and see if you can open a document.  If you can't, then you must uninstall the application Pages and re-download from the Mac App Store.

  I heard that this may be due in Internet Explorer when the popup blocker is enabled. Turn it off so popups are allowed, and can load the Flex Start Page.

  Yesterday, Firefox does not open. It hangs at the "stage of connection." For hours. Now, it connects perfectly - several times faster than prior to this incident (I have installed v 12.0; previous version was 11.0). I use the Microsoft Firewall, if while the firewall solution suggested above has not worked, he put me on the right track.
