(Like co. who stand their products, she said with irony).

  kglad-thank you. My husband checked the "hosts" file (whatever it is) & activate adobe found blocked; He made some changes & Viola! Activation zip thru & burst open with all my files. It is so good for me like that. He did agree with you however & said early on that it was a good idea but I didn't lose my settings, etc... If possible. It was the next step if the host thing didn't work. Still think I should use the "repair" disc In any case, thanks again (to be sufficiently involved to help.   McAfee Site Advisor 3.3.1 expansion was the number 2 cause accidents in one of the versions beta Firefox 5.0 and Mozilla Blocklisted it. This extension is disabled in Firefox 5, Firefox 6.0beta and Firefox 7.0alpha versions. McAfee is working on a new version of re-written extension of the Site Advisor to solve their problems - ETA is mid to late July.

  It has worked to safeguard the 28/08/2012. However, it will not activate a backup for 30/09/2012 what do I change to reactivate the plan again?

  When I click on 'Backup now' nothing of backup jobs does not start and I can't change my backup settings, what do I do?

  Hello DonaldEdmunds,

  Run SFC/scannow to see if you have corrupted system files. It may take a long time to run depending on the size of your disk.

  Click Start
  Type: CMD, according to the results, right-click CMD
  Click on "Run as Administrator"
  At the command prompt, type: sfc/scannow

  This will check for any violation of the integrity and repair any damaged operating system files.

  Reboot your system.

  Try the backup again and see if you can make it work.

  Then check the event viewer to see if there are errors on the backup. Check the system event log and application logs. Then copy and paste errors in your response.
