  • How to install the 'real' Microsoft Bluetooth Driver for Windows 7

I'm a developer.  My system uses Bluetooth and is designed to use socket connections.  It works very well with the 'real' driver for Microsoft.  I distribute a USB radio that works with the real Microsoft drivers (work and tested on Windows 7 with the Microsoft drivers installed) I continue to turn in computers with OEM (non-Microsoft drivers) taking control of all Bluetooth devices.  In XP and Vista I could usually update the driver and choose the right pair.  I find computers on which Microsoft drivers seem to be missing and so I can't select them in Windows 7.  It may also be that Windows 7 is not allowing me to choose (tells them best driver already installed).  Is somewhere to download and a way to install native drivers Microsoft Bluetooth of Windows 7 on an OEM modified system that does not include these drivers?

    Hello

Your question of Windows 7 is more complex than what is generally answered in the Microsoft Answers forums. It is better suited for the public to Microsoft on MSDN Developer Network. Please ask your question in the forum of the development of Microsoft network .

  • I was selected by Microsoft as a false Prize winner

My name is Abdu Nadir Tutu, I am from Sudan. Last month, I received an email from Microsoft Corporation Center of Marketing in London in the United Kingdom where they congratulate me and informed me that my email address was selected as winner in the powerball free messaging of Microsoft Drawn organized by the center of marketing (Microsoft Game Studios) in London-United Kingdom (UK). They asked me to provide with personal information in order to guide me receive my prize, but the latter I realized it was a fake, then you might verfy that and let me know the truth. As you have now done, it was a scam. Please see:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/resources/microsoftlottery-whatis.aspx .

The first thing to do is to try to stop the payments. If you have paid by credit card or gave them the card number, contact the emergency credit card company and ask for advice. Simialrly tell your bank if necessary.

The rest of what it is based on the information you gave them - read it again and use your common sense to think how it could be used. For example, if you gave them no password, change emergency.

You can also keep an eye on your bank accounts and accounts for any unusual activity.

  • Is this a real site to buy microsoft software?

.msonlineshop - it's a real site to buy microsoft software?

    Hi kumar,.

I don't know, but it feels good.  It is said or IMPIOUS, it is the MS Store but it's NOT the Store Ms.

More information on this link are available here: http://who.godaddy.com/whois.aspx?domain=msonlineshop.com&prog_id=GoDaddy and to be honest, it is not legitimate for me that the coordinates are not sensible.  A legitimate business would have been better and more detailed.  And they probably would not be saved in this mode.  I think that I would avoid to be on the safe side.

The REAL Microsoft Store can be found here: http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/DisplayHomePage.

I would use the link I provide instead of the one you did.  If you want to buy articles, I suggest somewhere else that this place makes me very suspicious.  Note the lack of company information and the use of one address gmail to support the customer.  I admit it looks pretty good, but there are some details that are simply not good.  Legitimate companies just can't do things this way.

I hope this helps.  I guess that prevention is better than cure.

    Good luck!

PS I guess I have to run some scans malware again because I clicked on the site and even some links in there to check it out - but no alert came, so I hope I'm OK.

Have you contacted "their team" on the scheduled date? If so, it is probably legitimate.

If it comes from a microsoft.com, silverlight.net, or a known (other than MSN, Hotmail or Live) Microsoft site, it is legitimate. If you are not sure, after return the domain name (the forum deletes e-mail addresses so I don't know who told you that it was).

I tried the survey and it seems fine.

  • Microsoft is aware of a rogue security alert that mimics alert Microsoft Security Essentials?

See this site for more details.

    http://Clubhouse.Microsoft.com/public/post/001648ea-976f-4cfa-A528-0e4ffe23a8ec

I was wondering if Microsoft knows about this threat.

If Microsoft knows about this alert, how they classify this threat? What they call it?

I know that no anti-virus software will detect all at the same time, I only meant that Microsoft should be aware of this, because the creators of thugs try to imitate Microsoft Security Essentials alert them and attract users in the purchase of products not authorized.

I know how to check whether or not the alert is Microsoft Security Essentials.

When the time protection real Microsoft Security Essentials detects something, it always appears from the tray icon, it shows not directly from the alert, whereas the fake one appears directly on the center of the screen of the computer.

Anyway, the whole point is that I don't want too many antispyware software on my computer, I prefer to use portable applications for the detection and removal, such as rescue of vipre, portable superantispyware, doctor web cureit, norman malware cleaner. I don't want to have separate antispyware software more, that drives me crazy, if I have these installed I will need to be updated regularly, they don't have no automatic updates unless if I buy the full version.

I know that it will be easier to tell if the alert is false or not, once Microsoft Security Essentials 2.0 is installed on the computer, because Microsoft has removed the "Clean computer" button in alert details, it does appear on the alert since the icon of the status bar, while the false, they imitate the alert from MSE version 1.

Maybe the alert doesn't really matter, the thing that matters is the threat to which the alert draws in

Well, it seems that now, Microsoft has finally got the hang of this threat, the threat is now classified as Rogue: win32.fakepav

Hope that Microsoft Security Essentials 2.0 coming out soon, so the user can make the distinction between the legitimate and the fake more easily alert.

  • Is it possible for Microsoft to scan any computer for reasons of "public security"?

is it not real elements like Panther allow a virtual environment that is almost undetectable by the IT Admin means? My data and user / open safety of MS changed at a session using the virtual environment that is secretly activated through programs / "features" like the Panther and CBS (sp?), etc.?  Has been done for one user so far?

I'm not the first and I think that this technology is used to violate the civil rights of others on a mass scale.  Given that this could be a matter of national security, I am reaching out.

I'm being hacked by what appears to be aggressive MS security, using the Panther, and other 'features' of this virutualize my PC... .ESP all drivers seem to be based USB mimicking their physical counterparts.

I think that this is done to steal information in real time. Each device can be controlled and even crime prepared by the staff.

My directories are deleted esp my user profile and all files under it.

most patches are disabled as any device to save the data. my SD card is not recognized, and when that I log out I get windows blue screen which I think happens when the profile is deleted during a session.

It's very dangerous for me.  VERY so... I need help!

No restore points left or I'm not familiar with the operating system to learn how to restore them since I do not know where they live.

I did this activity more and more malicious for more than a month on several PC.  I keep two on sneaker net so I have a database of illegal activities.

I have never agreed to any person using my hard drive, steal my personal and because files that I am involved in a case of corruption of local authorities in the County, I hope that charges to go to the way a federal investigation since I posted this question for some time.  This isn't a joke.

for example, the trash is moved or deleted, but to help to restore I have much evidence to prove my case to the FBI.  I am trying to get a response from Microsoft before I go this route.

  • How authenicate a Microsoft Update?

We received an email that says Microsoft but it installed a virus called MSOclean. The virus has blocked access to the Internet and all programs. It offers protection for one year antivirus & if not accepted, there is no way around it.  Our hard drive has a partition, the system so I didn't know if I could reformat. Without Internet access, we reinstalled XP from Microsoft, but lost all of our personal files.
Since reinstalling XP, we continue by train a window pop up when you turn on the computer. He says it's a real update from MS, but that's exactly what the e-mail virus said, too. The flight window & star in the form of logos on the email seem to be authentic Microsoft.  Is there a way to authenticate if this window is a real Microsoft Update?  I don't want to go through what happened last time... The virus was so subtle, that he deceived us... Thank you for any ideas or help with this problem.

Microsoft does not updates by e-mail.

After you have reinstalled XP, have you immediately go to Windows Update and get the necessary service packs and other updates to security critical?  See

What antivirus application do you have?  What's his current subscription?  Have you installed it before you the computer connected to the Internet?

What other anti-malware software do you use?

I suggest that you download, install, update and run analyses with each of the following free tools.  Do not run the scans at the same time.

    MalwareBytes AntiMalware
    SUPERAntiSpyware

For Windows XP, Windows Update can be configured to behave in 3 ways different (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306525):

    • Automatically download and install updates (this is what recommends Microsoft and does not require further work or the decision-making process on your part)
    • Download the updates and let the user decide when to install automatically (this requires you to make a positive decision to install the updates, you can see what has been downloaded before installing)
    • Inform you that updates are available (this requires you to manually get updates, for this reason, you can see people recommend its use, because users can forget getting updates after timely notification and thus increase their exposure to malware, on the other hand, it gives you complete control and shows you what are the available updates before download you; otherwise after) you receive the notification, you can manually go to the Windows Update site and make sure you get Microsoft updates and not malware)

It wouldn't be long before the service stops again. I did 2 restorations system. One of the dates worked briefly, the other did not work at all. It still would not begun.

Now, I get the following message: Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime LIbrary, this application has requested the execution in an unusual way. For more information, contact the application support team. There is no location in this message, and it appears once the computer is completely closed and powered up.
