(Redirected) Accessory order visibility

Having been a customer of Dell for more than 20 years and were very pleased with these two PC and part order, I was surprised when I ordered a Dell XPS 12 under a separate order accessories, I had a 7-8 weeks delivery date! Order tracking contact and support sales and these two organizations have no more info / visibility than what you see on the Web site. Have you tried now some 4 times or so, I all I get in a very polite way "sit on your chops and wait the eight weeks to go in" after this contact Customer Support. I was totally surprised that I couldn't find what the long pole in the tent was on my order. I would have simply canceled this item for now in order to get the rest. Dell has no info on my order, will not get any other idea in my order until the delivery date. I talked with people from everywhere in the world except for Africa, Europe and the Americas. Don't know what to do next, except to make sure on my next order, I have to vote with my dollars. Dell Canada has no phone number listed for a person in Toronto or Montreal. Need the special dongle for the Dell 12 to get connected to a projector. This issue should be part of the basic Kit if it is unique. Very disappointed! Always get the e-mails addressed to 'Dear customer' etc etc LOL

    After years of shopping and to recommend the Dell brand, I came across a problem of factory and Dell hell simply.  I ordered a laptop that has been clearly described as having a clocked at 2.7 GHZ, and when I was not able to install a program last night, I went to the news system and realized it came with a 1.7 GHZ processor installed.

    After 2 + hours on the phone and 20 minutes on a cat, their response is "it is not under warranty more because you bought 4 months ago.  This is clearly not a matter of "guaranteed"!  Their customer service is here to serve the customer, it is there to give you a pre-written response, one answer solves all problems.

  • Mobile redirection problems

    Hello, I am fairly new to dream, and I'm having a problem since the last update that changes the interface to the top.

    I used the front mobile redirection feature, but now the interface has been changed and "office redirection" option is visible in the PHONE options panel.

    The problem I have is when I check the redirect, my site office begins is redirected to the mobile version, even when played on a desktop computer.

    Am I missing something since the interface changes?

    I checked the link published by you on BC and the two links are correctly redirect on the desktop and tablet.

    He gave me an idea that maybe there is a problem with the codes of muse on third party host. So I published the site on a third-party host with the redirection settings and it worked fine.

    He concludes that the issue isn't with Muse created problem codes is however limited to your machine. To be sure of this conclusion can you please share your original URL with any of your friends who do not use the same networks like yours and ask to verify if the same thing happens.

  • How to set up a Windows VM internet access?

    I have 1 server with VMware ESXi 5 installed.

    It has 1 physical NETWORK adapter with 1 static IPv4 address.
    I can connect to the host with vSphere Client and SSH.
    It has 2 windows (Windows XP, 1 Windows Server 2008 1) VM installed and running. They have all both VMWare Tools installed.
    I have no access to the physical switches or routers.
    How to configure networking for virtual machines can access the internet?

    I'm afraid that you won't be happy with ESXi with only a single IP address. What wshould is a hosted as VMware Workstation solution. With this you can configure NAT network for the virtual machine as well as the redirect in order to access the virtual machines outside port.

  • question about comapring Toad scheme

    Hi all
    I tried to understand what that means but I couldn't find the answer.
    I have a file which is the result of the comparison of two schemas bewteen Toad.
    There is something that I couldn't realize:

    I couldn't understand what visibility means?
    I thought of visible and invisible, index

    is someone can you please tell me what is this to say that I'm stuck here.

    Not sure about your version of oracle. Maybe its 11.x.x.

    Perhaps that is bound to differ between folded down and invisible clues.

    where n 11g, we have possibility to create indexes invisble

    CREATE INDEX index-name ON table_name (column_name) INVISIBLE.

    ALTER INDEX index-name INVISIBLE;
    ALTER INDEX index-name VISIBLE.

    Oracle 11g allows index must be carried as invisible. Invisible index are maintained as any other index, but they are ignored by the optimizer, unless OPTIMIZER_USE_INVISIBLE_INDEXES is set to TRUE

    There is a sales order that is visible from the liability order management Super user.

    Now, this same sales order is not visible from another responsibility that got the same menu as the responsibility of super user of order management.

    MO: Control unit
    GL: Set of books

  • order a fan with USB6251 and the Daq signal accessory

    I have a school using Labview project and the USB6251 connected to the Daq signal accessory card.

    The Labview program must read continuous temperature (Ia 4 channel, internally) temperature probe connected to the accessory of Daq Board signals. When the temperature reaches an established value, then a led on the front panel should be lit and a singal output data acquisition should start a fan connected to the acquisition of data which cools down the sensor, then stops.

    Would it not be possible to do something like that? Even if I generate a square signal and the fan only works on the State of the signal. The fan requires at least 120 mV DC current. I'm afraid that if I take these courses for the acquisition of data, I could damage the unit.

    I guess you mean 120 current my DC . If you look at your spec of daq card, you will find that the current max are far below 120 my. This applies to the two analog out and digital out. Take a look at this site, it may be useful to some. site nice http://www.me.umn.edu/courses/me2011/robot/TechNotes/motorcontrol/motorcontrol.html . If you want the speed controller, you have two options PWM or voltage of the motor regulation.

    I ordered a laptop - order # ADMIN NOTE: number retired by the privacy policy of order > thanks to the Dell EPP program.  Pay with Visa and charges appeared on my bank account.  load is now defunct.  Activated order status and it is cancelled.  called support numbers (4 or 5 so far) and I always went to someone else or the appeal is abandoned.  Let two answering machine-the one with the supervisor, but no callback.  There seems to be a problem with the Visa payment but no o9ne can tell me what and I can't go to the person who can help...  Worst. Customer. Service. Supported. Never.

  • (Redirected) Dell XPS 15 4 k display order cancelled by Dell?

    On 4 February, I ordered a Dell XPS 15 with 4K display, their configuration more expensive and had a Feb. 25 date.

    Every day, I check my status of order, to see if there is no change. and last night when I did I noticed that my order has been cancelled.  I didn't cancel it, so this morning, after an hour and a half on the phone I know that Dell cancelled my order because of the incorrect system configuration.

    When the representative the customer Dell told me this, I told myself; Hmmm, maybe it's a blessing in disguise and I will get a faster processor, or better video card... while I stayed on hold when you rep the new correct configuration set up all kinds of visions of faster systems has crossed my mind...

    Then the rep comes back and lists the new configuration...  Dell XPS 15 basis, CPU Intel, 16 GB RAM, SSD 512 GB, etc etc...  I watch my old configuration and there is NO CHANGE!

    I asked the Rep, Wow; Wait a second, you listed the same configuration I initially ordered... what gives?  The answer that gave me is that the old configuration had different components... I asked who is different and we cannot give an answer.

    In addition, the new delivery date is March 10.

    Wait, I can go to Dell.com; and the same configuration is publicly available with a shipping date of March 4.  Why is mine is longer?

    Because I want to really this notebook, I advanced and accepted the new order.  I hope that it does not get cancelled just before 10 March too...

    I was a proud owner of Dell XPS M1710 and then a MacBook and an ASUS laptop; and now I decided to go back to Dell and this is the treatment I receive...  I hope that it goes better, not worse...

    Anyone else have this same problem?

    I just got an email this morning saying they have trouble dealing with my order. I ordered an Alienware 17 yesterday afternoon and it charge my debit card shortly after. Later last night money was placed back in my account, then email this morning. I checked my Dell account and it says on the order: in production. So I wonder if I should dial the number in the email for me contact my order is really approved and my laptop is put together.

  • (Redirected) Order received cancel - don't know why

    I'm having a lot of trouble to order from Dell.  First, tried to use my credit card, and they keep complaining that the authorization has no pass by... and call my Bank, and they claim that they have approved.  Spent more than a few hours on the phone between Dell and the Bank.  It was a nightmare.  So, I saw that someone claims that they used gift cards to dell and have a better chance to place an order... I don't really like it because I'll lose the cashback, but still no luck... Order was placed on Friday, canceled Monday when I check the status.

    I don't know what went wrong.

  • (Redirected) Dell just keeps delaying my order, not happy!

    I ordered the Inspiron 23 "the 14th of this month, when I bought the site shows that the product will be available the next day.

    Then, the next day came... they changed on 25 August an estimated delivery date and I was okay with that. but by the 5th day, they have not even ship my order I call Dell customer service and said I'll get it the or before August 25, certainly.

    So, today I went to check my order, the estimated delivery date has changed to August 29...

    I tried to call the number that Dell customer care had gave me and name extension, the automated system was told that the name extension is non-existent, so I askd for representative transfer and asked the person who told me to track my order. However, the person does not pick up so I thought he was just busy at the momment, so I left a voice message and I never received a call back.

    Dell should have just to tell us that the order will not ship soon or something like that so I can watch another all-in-one desktop computer.
