(Redirected) Blue screen

My computer is 2 years, XPS 8500, Service Pack 1, Windows 7 Professional. This year (2014) that I have already lived 10 x blue screen. I have all the information on these accidents.

I have consulted with Microsoft Community and found a solution in the modification of records that I did - it did not help. Then I posted a question and they advised me to perform a test of my system, ending find no problem. After they examined the records of the last three accidents, they said I should update the drivers. I downloaded the drivers from the Dell site and applied according to the needs. However, 2 pilots wouldn't, namely Seagate Barracuda B765JC47 and Realtek Audio driver RM3TP. These are both announcing failure error whenever I try to apply them. What can I do? And most importantly - these drivers will take care of the blue screen?

Your advice will be appreciated.

    So last night, my computer has experienced many problems that seem to just get worse and worse.

    It all started with a Google search I did; I must have clicked a bad link or something, because then my computer kept asking me permission to install some kind of .exe file (I don't remember what it's called, but I knew it was sketchy, so I clicked 'Cancel', but the guest has continued to pop up whenever I tried to close.) Then I closed Firefox and the pop - up's order, but then shortly after, a message came up on my screen saying:

    "A problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
    INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR
    If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
    etc etc.

    After research I discovered that I had the unfortunate Blue Screen of Death, which now appears whenever I try to restart my computer.

    I did a system restore to a time before that day, a malware scan using Hitman Pro 3.5 that has detected a bunch of malware that I deleted, but the BSOD persists. Later in the night, I was unable to run the .exe files and kept getting an error message "the dependency service or group could start", but fortunately, this question is left today (or at least for the moment...)

    Apart from this question, I also have the Google redirect Virus, which I think is related to my BSOD problem. I had a few weeks ago and managed successfully to remove it with Hitman Pro but now he's back with a vengeance. I did multiple scans with Hitman Pro with no results, I tried to launch the Device Manager looking TDSSserv.sys with no luck and I'm starting to feel like there is no hope :(

    I'm not extremely proficient in computer science so absolutely any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm also running Windows Vista on a HP Pavilion laptop if this is useful information.

    5. To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.
    6. Do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.

    The other day I noticed that I had a virus that was redirecting my searches on Google to scour.com. I used my anti-virus installed (PC-Cillin) and downloaded Malware Bytes removed the virus. Since then, my computer always gives me the blue screen of death once it starts. Startup of Windows and the programs that are supposed to start start to leave, but after a few minutes I STILL get the blue screen of death, and I'm getting various messages including IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (no driver is listed), I also gottene PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA; It seems to be a different problem each time. What is going on? I still have a virus or something?
    I tried the system restore, does not solve the problem. When I try to change the registry through the command prompt in safe mode to copy the \RegBack\ file beforehand, I get a "sharing violation". How can I fix the registry through safe mode?

    While to my desktop screen (don't remember if I was doing anything however), the BSOD appears, indicating the system stopped to avoid any damage occurs.

    The following was then shown (exactly as you see):

    STOP: Ox0000000c5 (Ox00000002, Ox00000001, Ox00000004, Ox805515A1)

    Then a memory dump has been launched.

    The only way to get rid of the blue screen was to unplug the computer from the power source, then turn it back on.  After reboot, "error reporting box" appears asking if I wanted to report this error to Microsoft I did), then closed the box.  Almost immediately after, the computer I connected to the Internet to a site that says "Microsoft error report" in the upper left corner of the screen.

    Then, there was some additional information about the page displayed on some system functions in my computer does not.  I was directed to click on a link to the so-called "Roxio...?  & then asked to download, "Pxengine 4_18_16A.exe(Provided by Sonic Solutions, version 1.13.37.0, created on 20/07/2009).

    This is now a 5th time a blue screen appeared during 5 days.  This time, the only difference is in the codes and being redirected to the page described above to download something I've never heard of and have no idea of what it is supposed to do.

    I would appreciate any information that someone has just what it is.  I'm simply puzzled.

    1. don't you make changes on the computer before this problem?

    2 do you have software Roxio installed on the computer? If so, then Uninstall the software and check.

    You can also check if the problem persists in the clean boot state.

  • Windows XP does not start, I get a blue screen with STOP: 0x0000007E (0 x 0000005, 0 xC0000001, 0xF7AA13D4, 0xF7AA1D0)

    so I used Spybot S & D to get rid of a virus on my computer that I thought was spyware. (basically what made the virus was redirect all my research on google for websites ad). After what's happened, he said I had to reboot my computer so I don't, Spybot run and then asked me a bunch of changes and whether to 'allow' or 'ignore' or 'refuse the change. I don't know if this has caused, but I clicked on 'allow' or 'deny change' for many of them, and then neither firefox nor IE would work because both would be would break whenever I tried to use them.

    so to remedy THIS problem, I tried to use "System Restore" last week when my laptop was working fine, but the system restore everything screwed up my worst computer. Now XP will not boot even upward, and I get a blue screen with the error "STOP: 0x00000007E (0 x 0000005, 0 xC0000001, 0xF7AA13D4, 0xF7AA1D0) ' and its a cycle with no end of restarting but XP never works.

    I tried the safe mode, last good configuration, all these options, known and none got XP to start.

    I am so lost on what to do, can anyone help me?

    Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.  If you can try to boot mode safe mode with command prompt, and then run the following commands.

    If you cannot start mode safe mode with command prompt, then you need to boot from your XP CD recovery console and run these commands.  Post back with the results.

  • Blue screen on vista boot even safemode

    Only change I made last week is to install roxio.  I had started after that.  Also have had the problem since the week last on my url automatically redirected to other sites.  So think, it may be a virus/spyware.

    How to debug the blue screen?  It is not even stay long enough for me to this Reed continues.  I think the code is like 0 x 0000005.   This happens after the vista boot screen gets up and I select vista boot - load all the drivers etc. then shows a black screen, and then a quick blue screen then reboots.

    I am able to get connected via the CD of vista - but not to create the administrator account for me to use the recovery.  But I can access the prompt - ran the check disk, memory check etc - all the utensils that difficult is fine (no new material not added)

    I also chose start with logging and log file ntbt*.txt doesn't seem to have problems.  Even safe mode is a failure.

    Can any help on how I debug?

    The code confirms everything you have already said - 7th with the parameter 005.

    That your drivers to work has little to do with the question of whether if they work now. They could have
    become corrupted, an update might make them unstable, other causes may force in
    Unstable States (for example, some games on some hardware) and a host of other issues.

    Try the Recovery Console if you have one and a Vista disk, if not to run the system restore back to a point
    before that happens.

    Another tip on a PC is trying to replace the video card for a good market in the hope that the video driver is the
    issue. This can be done with video embedded by turning off the edge in the settings (BIOS/CMOS) if
    some require additional methods. And of course there does not guarantee that the video driver is the question.

  • Windows Vista Blue Screen of Death - what is a virus or malware?

    My computer automatically restarts on its own. It gives me a message "Windows closed unexpectedly". When I try to look for a solution on the internet on the computer it redirects me to a link. Every solution I see there as a hardware problem, but the way it is it seems to be a virus or malware. I ran Malwarebytes on it with no luck and rank just the sight of the blue screen NirSoft.

    My level of knowledge allows me to do some research, but it is not enough where I feel comfortable playing with files of material.

  • Blue screen and bad RAM memory?

    My MBP 2011 early all just stopped working yesterday, it worked very well without any problem of performance for the last 5 years, and then suddenly a blue screen (of death) and it has problems starting.

    He will ring the Bell to start, display the bar loading and Apple, and then there will be a glitch on the big screen (horizontally) 1 inch above the Apple, after that, the fans speed up and all that I see a gray screen, not user interface.
