(Redirected) Disconnected and nothing solved... once again

It started about 3 months ago with Dell, trying to get my data I recorded using their software.  They followed a few times with me to let me know, they had not been able to resolve the issue again, but then they just stopped to communicate.  It's been about 6 weeks now and I had intended to follow myself, but sometimes things get busy.  I spent 2 hours on the phone today to see that they had closed the file number and because I was outside the 30 day warranty, and I didn't have their premium support they would need to charge me. 2 h in this whole mess, the tech support guy who is connected to my computer says that it has to transfer me to another technology.  Finally the line goes back to their main line and when I request technical support that he ends up by disconnects me around the same time that the remote session is disconnected.  I've been a customer of Dell since 2002 and I think that's all for me. We had any other problems with our Inspiron 2350 since we got it.  We had it replaced and then has a new screen and motherboard on the second.  I don't care whose at fault (software/hardware) I just want it to be resolved and I want that my 211 GB of data to restore without paying on the nose for it since all this happened in the 30 first days anyway and Dell never solved.  Sorry, but the number of cases of fence does not solve everything.  It's my last time with them and I will not recommend the most ever at this point.  They need a serious make-over from top to bottom.
