(Redirected) The worst experience with customer

I've been buying Dell computers among more than 15 years for me and help my friends for more than 15 years.  I would say that I've spent more than $20 K with them.  The most recent experience I had with Dell is the worst and I will no longer consider them as a source.  Here is a chronology of the events:

11 August 2014: place an order for the laptop computer Inspiron 17R for a customer.

August 14, 2014: received the laptop.  I tried to turn on the laptop.  It feeds for 5 seconds and stops (not "Dell" screen).  I checked all cables power, power supply and plug different.  I was very disappointed because the customer needs of the computer by the weekend.

August 15, 2014: at 10:00, I called Dell to try and get a replacement via 800-822-8965 computer.  Dell said that they need the computer in front of me to help diagnose the problem.  I told them that this computer does not stay on.  They indicated that they me to run the installation program and a diagnostic problem.  I told them not possible because the computer does not stay on.  I said at this point, I want to send it to dell and have dell ship me a new.  They asked me to call 800-624-9896.  After you dial the #, they said they can't help me and asked me to call the # original (800-822-8965).  I have re-made the original # and they after me in good number of different departments, I need to call another # (800-624-9896).  I called the # asked and they have sent me everywhere in places (and repeating the problem each time).  He is now 6 hours later.  I retried the # more later in the evening and give all the information.  At this stage, they said that according to the information I gave them, it is not a Dell computer.  I said "(pas possible-j'ai obtenu l'ordinateur par l'intermédiaire de dell.com, a reçu avec un dell boîte avec l'ordinateur a un logo dell)."  I insisted to speak to a Manager.  Roy's came on the line and said that I can call 800-695-8133 day and next call and they would take care of her.

August 16, 2014.  At 10:00, I called 800-695-8133, and they said that, because I want to exchange the phone, I need to call 800-822-8965 and they will refer me to a special division to have my computer fixed and that they are available during business hours only.

At this point, I'm a bit fed up!  Why don't dell.com help me when I call during business hours to resolve the issue and rather me directions in all directions.  At this point, I want dell to take the laptop and give back me the money.  I will NEVER buy another computer from the new.

    I really need someone to help out me but not give me a number to contact verification service.

    Last week, I ordered a 13 Alienware and it comes with a free TV.  When I checked the status of the order this week, he showed my orders have been cancelled, but I have received no message, phone calls from DELL. What they told me, was that there is no problem with my orders, but it is different from the information that I have received the email and the website. So, I asked them could they double check my orders, they said yes and just hung up. I thought that they could hang up the phone accidentally so I called them again. Same thing happened, they just hung up after getting my order number. I don't know if it's because I'm not a native speaker and they might can not understand me. Then I discuss with a representative to ask is there any problem with my orders, he said that only the Department of audit can help me.

    Well... so I called the Department of audit on four times yesterday afternoon (they hung twice), finally, they said that they had already turned my laptop and retired from the TV. However, if I check the status on the Web site or by talking to a rep, it lists still canceled TV and laptop has confirmed, but put on hold. The representative said: "only the Department of audit can help you." I was so frustrated when I saw "contact the Audit Department. But I had nothing else to do, except calling.

    This morning, I've talked to the audit service once again, for the seventh time now. They even told me that there no problem with my orders but when the representative helped me check the State, two of them still had questions of verification and I learned again and again "Just checking Department can help you."

    I am a user of Alienware for eight years and this is the worst experience I've ever had. I wonder now if the Audit Department really works on solving problems. I love DELL products and their online customer service, but the service with the service of verification is not rosy. What should I do now to get my orders processed?

    I understand your frustration about the attempt of Dell to protect your resources. If there was a bad purchase, we would much rather or cancel delay control and someone denied the opportunity to take advantage of your good credit record. There is a fine line to balance the quick product shipping vs illegal purchases. Long-term, I think you would agree that it is better to err on the side of caution.

    A wedge of audit cannot be circumvented. You must talk with them, to address the issue of verification and then place a new order if necessary. You can contact the order audit team by calling 1-800-571-3355.  If your order has been cancelled and must be re-booked, you can call 1-866-383-4713.

    There is no such thing as the NULL field label

    You must create the field back in the form of process and map this field with search for provisioning. In this research CodeKey should be your form field in process and Decode __UID__

  • combine the simple search with custom search option panel (date)

    I have a simple search with AutoCustomizationCriteria Panel. The search includes the number of columns in a table. A column is of type DATE and I need to have a search interval criteria (date time) a way to 'Date From' and 'Date' to provide a date range for the search.

    Is it possible to include this type 'date' of the criteria on a panel of simple search to perform this search? Alternatively, the only way is to have a query that is run on the original Version that will build the result set based on the values fields "Date of" and ' Date to '?

    The client is reluctant to use the Advanced Search Panel.

    Create two search boxes in the control panel simple search on the page for the same date field.

    I had a few problems. How do I obtain integrated HP in order to make a return of new products and help give tickets to future products?

    I ask this question for several reasons.

    1 HP Source - they have no products in stock in mobile work stations with the exception of eltiepads and this does not include accessories. Basically, I just can't give customers the best experience with HP products. How can I get HP for operating inventory more in its warehouses in North America? 10-15 business days from China is simply too long.

    Another example, why the jacket of productivity promotion is available but so much back ordered(-246), I essentially have to buy the product at full price to get it to my client. Don't you think you should withdraw the special offer if you don't fill it within a reasonable time or give credits on the non-promo for the goodwill of the customer?

    Another example, how long does take to update the HP Source when a new SKU is offered? In my mind, I would have put references to day first in the system and then announce it on the ground. For example, HP Elitepad sleeves.

    2. more products convincing. Why consumer groups becomes the s 2-n-1? I would sell those corporate clients. Why the revolution has not made within a 2-n-1? This product is so expensive. I would recommend a low end 8770w before the revolution. The revolution didn't even a discreet graphics card!

    Why HP still offers dial up 56 k/v.90 connections to the PSTN with their mobile workstations?

    About the screen, why wasn't the elitepad designed to work with this product? It is an ideal situation. Laptops how have you had where the display of the monitor/a failed, but the computer/CPU was still good? This is a no-brainer... you need to apply more common sense in the development of products.

    3. why the attachment button does not work?

    Why the mug shot? I had a client who died for laptop. If they use me, they will get a solution for 2-3 weeks. Why would they want to do business with me?

    Unfortunately, the money in this industry is in the intermediate process...

    As a reseller, there is nothing that prevents you from working with HP Source, Ingram, Tech, Synnex and D & H at the time and buying where it makes sense based on the price and inventory.

    In truth, Source of HP does not almost as many stock on site from what I've seen from the chain of distribution. And I also think that each Distributor is different as to which specific SKU in stock - many times it will be a SKU which is well stocked with a distinct but no where to be found elsewhere.

  • (Redirected) My experience with the Service the customer of Dell and Dell has been and is still awful

    The Dell customer service is by far the worst service I've ever had to deal with dissatisfaction. After two weeks of owning my computer desk dell, the hard drive failed, when I talked to technicians from that day, that I wasn't even upset considering I was under warranty and I knew that my computer would be fixed for free. I was told that a tech would quote me the next day to put up once for what it Vienna repair the computer. Surprisingly enough has actually happened, only when he called me he was somewhere in Arizona and I live in New-Mexico. After having missed all my college classes and have to reconsider work waiting for technology to arrive, only to be told that my address has been updated completely wrong. After 4 hours on the phone with the Manager after Manager, I was finally told that I have would be by corporate overnight to express my disapproval of their customer service.  Of course but one of the managers that I had spoken previously tried to contact me when I had specific said that I would be unavailable. But the call, which was supposed to come from the company has never even updated in my case, I discovered later when I called. After an hour on the phone with dell today absolutely nothing had been done to solve any kind of error on their part Ive heard I'm sorry for that, so many times of technicians that it is hard-wired into my brain at this point. But I don't want to hear someone halfway across the world tell me sorry and then take little action to solve the problem. If I could have my way, I would like to receive a full refund and buy a different brand outside of dell. If away from my experience with their products, I am not too impressed (given my hard drive couldn't do more than a month of use). When it comes to their "customer service", I have absolutely no faith that if ever they will do what they should do to not to lose a customer. If you are considering buying one of their products I can't EMPHASIZE enough that you will regret when it malfunctions. All I really wanted them to understand was that they made a mistake with my address, which should have been corrected with a work around my schedule to have my computer fixed. But also the fact that every single representative I talked to just kept sending me in a circle, saying: oh you need to contact someone else, we have to call them you or there is nothing we can do. So, I say with certainty of one hundred percent that dell customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I'm sure that nine times out of ten these issues won't happen, but he did it for me and none of the programs of care for the customer to dell had nothing to say that it was to the advantage of clients after continuous errors on their part.  A less costumer in the long term of dell.

  • Experience with the service coverage in Bulgaria

    I am one of the sysadmins of a large international company, which has offices in Sofia. Bulgaria.
    I would like to share my experience with the Toshiba products and service coverage in Bulgaria.

    Months ago, we bought an external USB hard drive - STORE. E PARTNER 2.5 500 GB USB 3.0 P/N PA427E-1HE0. After you have deployed the HARD drive, I noticed that the computer constantly loses / restores the connection to the external drive.

    As I have suggested that the cable is not inserted properly, I just pulled the cable to the USB connector to check that it fits fully into the socket. To my surprise the just USB connector broke and fell inside the HARD drive chassis. In my opinion, this is a factory default, a badly welded connector.

    We talked to the service allowed in Bulgaria: STEMO and they sent the disc with a protocol that it is a physical damage that violates the terms of warranty service.
    I can't imagine a way to prove in this case that we have not jumped on this HARD drive and that's the way it came from the box... We went to buy Hitachi after this case, and I can say that we had not a single complaint of users or technical staff.

    I would like to say that it was really a bad surprise for me that a multinational company could offer this customer service the poor in Bulgaria, especially given a STEMO dealer who are so famous here for their complete lack of quality of service and poor standards.

    This will avoid for sure choose me no matter what other Toshiba products in the future.

    Sorry to hear about this. It is very unfortunate to have such an experience with the authorized service provider but I n t think that such a negative experience such influence negative on you.
    One issue doesn't mean Toshiba products are bad.

    You know very well that Toshiba is one of the largest companies for HER and material production in general. A few production errors can happen to anyone.

    Problem is that many people don t care much material and very often some hardware components can be damaged very easily. Can you imagine how much money Toshiba or any other hardware manufacturer will fix these issues where everybody says it's lack of production?

    On a path, I can understand you, but otherwise I can understand Toshiba to be skeptical about these mechanical defects. You as an expert in computer SCIENCE know these issues. Can you imagine how you will react when you give your new notebook your co-worker and a few weeks later it brings you with broken keyboard? I don t think you will accept his argument on construction of bad keyboard.

    You know that's not easy to discuss these issues.
    In any case, thank you for your ad. This forum is the right place where people can exchange experiences and opinions.

    So, I was using some of the CS6 products, but not have all the applications and get an email with an offer to get a 1 year subscription price reduced.

    I got it. It has been for automated PayPal payment. I was happy for 2 months.

    The month of 3d, I received a message there is a problem with billing information. I immediately contacted support and they told me to check the billing information. I checked and I said it is set to PayPal and I can't change it. They told me not to worry because everything is good.

    After that some days I contacted them again as I have not received the message about the payment. They said, don't worry, everything is good.

    I received an email there is a problem of Adobe Portfoilo. I contacted the support again. They said not to worry and forget about it.

    Then... The subscription was cancelled. I contacted the support again.

    They told me to get a full subscription for a full price.

    I'll now try old CS6 products instead of cheating wonderful Creative. In addition to spending a lot of time, I am not able to make the urgent work for my clients how costs more then the price of the subscription. I understand that Adobe does not want to keep their promotions, but it's just a... I can't describe all the emotions I have. I will certainly NOT use creative cloud. It is not worth to spend a dollar on this issue, given that the level of support is the worst I have ever experienced. They have not even say sorry.

    Don't worry, we you fool you. Stay away from creative cheating and be sure that they won't help you when you have a problem. We made a mistake? You pay customer and have a nice day.
