registered as 1080 60i 1080 30 p? (Jeff B. or Ann)?

CS6 using.  I put my camera on 1080 p 30, but job watch mode this:

PF 30.JPG

After having looked further, I found that the explanation seems to be that 1080 60i is the wrapper.

When I put the Pro CS6 P. 1080 p 30, said P.Pro me, it's the wrong setting and asked me to choose this editing mode.

Top field in progressive video?  No mention of progressive here.

Settings.JPG

When I export my project as progressive, using again, I can see little aliasing where contrasting colors meet.  Very much like I used to see with interlaced video.

I tried 2 x VBR encoding and quality of rendering of Max, but I always get the small effects of stairs.

Proposed solution?

Stick to AVCHD.

Export to mp4 with 8 Mbps cbr and progressive field.

    Hi there will...

First of all, as I see many others, I'm new here HD edition, thanks a lot for all the help of those who have the knowledge!

    Ok.. My problem,

I have a few fottage .mts recorded on my new Sony HDR-CX550v

I use CS4 master suite (first and still)

    Remains with HP PC

    The source is 1440 x 1080, 60i

I want to convert to serious SD and play on a regular DVD, again using

I went to Jeff Bellunes Tutoriels (who have been great, I learned a LOT) on the HD - SD conversion... BUT...

all his examples use HD 1920 x 1080 xx, so...

I shot some test footage at 1920 x 1080 60i and intervened although its procedure and it worked great... BUT...

    (and that's the problem)

As noted above, the actual source footage, I NEED to convert was filmed in 1440 x 1080 60i (widescreen)

I used the same procedure as 1920x1080i Jeffs tutorial, but when I took the result, then out again

(nothing special yet... just did a simple a word-transformed into a button in the menu, linked the timeline button, related the end action of the calendar back to the menu, then returned to a folder and engraved on a DVD)

When played on the DVD SD the result low high Squashed crushed another drive... makes everything look small and bigger...

When I started the project in first, I adapted the source: X.V. 1440x1080i30 (60i anamorphic)

that, in the first are States in the preset description box:

And then following the tutorial by Jeff for 1920x1080i

    I'm in the media encoder,

    Export media

    Choose MPEG2-DVD Format

NTSC widescreen high quality as a preset

In the video tab: change the order of the fields to stem

Bitrate settings changed: Encoding Bitrate VBR 2 pass.

Change Min.Bitrate to 2.8, flow target flow and 7-8

    make the selected maximum use,

    left on zero multiplexer

and kept the default audio settings

then moved on to M2v and associated .wav file

Here's what I imported as assets in, made to a TS file and burned on a DVD

I also did a .wmv export by using the windows media format / NTSC widescreen to download high quality preset

for a file to load up on youtube... and it seems well... no crash and the quality is very good.

the settings in the tutorial do not work for 1440x1080i? Like I said before, when I used the images of test 1920x1080i, he played on the DVD SD player perfectly with GREAT quality...

Please any help would be greatly appreciated... hope I'm not on for more details...

What setting did you use for the format of pixels?  Did you leave it by default?

What your DVD player?  What you set as the display format (Normal, wide screen, stretching, etc.)?  What type of TV?  You have a big screen HDTV or a standard 4:3 CRT?  The settings in the DVD player matches the type of TV?

Finally, when you import the M2V file in en, in interpreting it correctly, IOW, it appears correctly in the preview yet?

Test this would have taken a very short time. And think about this... There are many codec options available some inckude options that you list. PrPro is designed for the export of these options.

    Why wouldn't it here?

  • How to get the best resolution on Blu - ray (1080/60i)

I'm experimenting with my new AG-AC160A camcorder and have been shooting young hockey games in AVCHD, 1080/60i, 1/120 shutter mode, white balance manual gain layout file properly resolved and fluorescent scene due to the lighting in the arena. I have PD CS5 and I'm disappointed by the relative sharpness HD lack when the release of the Blu - ray play on my HD set LED. I used the settings above, based on the recommendations that I saw in the forum somewhere. Any suggestions on what I can try differently? Thank you.

Your sequence is defined on the framerate bad (time base)

Your camera takes snapshots 60i which means the framerate is 30 (29.97) FPS.

The video preview is also strange.

You can use one of the standard avchd presets, that you will install nicely.

I would not use Dynamic Link, I find that you have control over what you do.

Use the Media Encoder and export to H.264 BluRay upper field.

That are still important, do menu and burn.

  • How can I combine a 16 x 9 aspect ratio and progressive settings on the rendering of 1440 x 1080?

In the first CC made a project with 1440 x 1080 results images in a video "hurry" on the sides. Change the siza of pixels "hurry" even more. THEN, by clicking on the button Source of Match have solved the problem, but since the images with the superior was initially video rendering is also superior first, but I want to do it's progressive, and as soon as I chose progressive I get "hurry" videos made once again. How can I get a life normal 16:9 result of rendering AND make progressive at the same time?

    You have two options:

    • CHANGE in the sequence of 1440 x 1080 to match sequences, and when you export option 1080 29.97 p (1920 x 1080) chose and he gets then deinterlace
    • CHANGE in 1920x1080i sequence, and again, deinterlacing happens when exporting to the 1080 p format

If you want to edit in 1920 x 1080, not even mess with the creation of a custom sequence setting. Simply choose "AVCHD > 1080i > 1080i30 (60i) AVCHD. Note that I didn't use a sequence of 1080 p - this is probably why you see the lines. Change 1080i as 1080i (if 1440 x 1080 or 1920 x 1080), do not fall in sequence 1080 p 1080i clips!

I've been editing HDV for many years and no problem suite above workflows. Edit 1080i and 1080 p for export and it looks great. Never export in 1440 x 1080. Follow these steps and you will have no problems with lines or proportions.

  • Scaling 4 k to 100% looks sweet in 1080 p timeline?

I work with red media with specifications of

Type: File Raw R3D RED, file size: 1.36 GB, Image size: 4800 x 2700, frame rate: 24.00, pixels format: 1.0

I work with the original red Raw files, in my sequence RD3, I na not convert raw files.

I created a sequence of these clips using new sequence of the clip in first Pro CC. I changed the size of the frame of my sequence up to 1920 x 1080.

My editing mode is Red Cinema. I balance clips 40% whereas they are full frame, and they are really strong. However, I noticed when I balance a clip at 100%, it seems SOFT on my screen HD monitor and the computer. I thought that I would be able to move to 100% and that the image would still look sharp. In my calendar I have other media that was shot with a 1080 p camera and these clips look more net red clips scaled to 100%

Do I have to change my way of changing my sequence to something else instead of Red Cinema or is there something in my framework of sequence I must have set? My pixel format is square Pixels (1.0)

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

    Harry

    Hi Harry,.

Right click on the item in the timeline and choose the game to the size of the image and not scale to the size of the image. SET is the one that you want to preserve the initial when cropping with wheels pixel resolution in a smaller sequence control.

  • 1080 clips in a timeline k 4 are pixelated on export

So I OSMO 1080 p images that I mix with images of RED (R3D). I created a sequence of the Red sequence (4K) since this is 80% of the content and then dropped those clips of OSMO 1080, as well in and resize them up to match the frame. Until I saw quality in my calendar set to 100%, all seems to be fine, but then I try to export to 1080 p/h.264 for web broadcast and OSMO pictures are very pixelated. The only work around I have found so far is to uprez/transcode OSMO to 4K footage before their use in the chronology of 4 K. Of course, this isn't my only option...

How about this - edit in the sequence of 4K, then export copy and paste content into a sequence of 1080 p to 1080 p. In this way, the 4K clips are being reduced in order, because they should be anyway for export, and 1080 p clips are left natively, no scaling only = no burrs.

Of course, if you have created all the titles, you will need to scale or recreate 1080 p versions. May have scaling on the 4K clips, etc. Depends on the edition. If you have glitches, for example the scale applied in the order of 4 K, that may all look different in a sequence of 1080 p, but for the basic edition it should, for the most part all transfer ok

    Thank you

Thanks for the reply to my comments to complete Responses to your subject.

    Factors in your planning...

First elements 13/13.1 does not support Windows XP, Windows Vista or Mac OS 10.7.

First items 10, 11 or 12/12.1 on a Windows computer is 64-bit application when it is run on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit computer. Otherwise, it's a 32-bit application. This has implications on important it resources, particularly for your biggest projects in Premiere Elements.

Video mobile phone registered with a variable rate is a consideration for any version of Premiere Elements. If your cell phone video shows with audio out of sync and you use the hand brake to correct this condition, you should get good quality of the handbrake H.264.mp4 (just make sure that the export rate is comparable to that of the original in addition to changing the frequency of images to a number (use same as source) and selecting constant for this frame rate).

If any clarification on the above, do not hesitate to ask.

    Thank you.

  • Best export/encoder for HDTV 1080 p display?

I'm looking for the best practices of today for the encoding of an animation that is going to be a loop on a 1080 p HDTV Panel at an event.

What codec and container, bitrate etc is the best for quality, yet reasonable file size? I want to make it as strong as possible, but want to keep the file less 1 GB if possible.

My animated film is 1080p25 fps, lots of images and text, about 1.5 minutes.

    Thank you!

What device will play the file? Many televisions now have a USB port for multimedia playback from a USB key, or you can use a device of Western Digital WDTV or similar media player.

There is no suggestion one size fits "best" results, but I start with the H.264 format and then choose a preset to match your needs (1080p25). There are presets for AppleTV, YouTube, Vimeo, or simply choose "HDTV 1080 p 25. The resulting file will be the .mp4 extension, which is pretty universally accepted today.

  • Video jumps after rendering in first CS5 - 1080 p settings

    Hi all

I worked a bit this week and I decided to make the film as a H.264 as 1080 p 29.97 with a more standard configuration.  Except that I changed the EN of 29.97 at 30 fps.  I did this because the last time I had to download Vimeo, I needed the 30 FPS or it would not load.

The images are images 1080 60i.

As a side note, I normally use the preset for Youtube HD and change the EN at 30 frames per second when first exporting and have been happy until the end of last week.  After seeing one of my movies on my buddies 26 '' widescreen LCD, I noticed a ton of artifacts in the film that do not appear on my LCD 19 ".  So I thought the YT parameters much need to compress the data.  So I tried to make out a better price compressed configuration (at least that is what my brain tells me) fast forward to yesterday, I made the short and is 560MB and I'm happy with that.  Quality seems good, but I noticed some of the audio to points and other LAGS the video jumps.  If I still play the video once he jumps and stumbles across the parts of EXACT same.  I have check the sequence first and everything seems fine.  I'm always thinking I missed something and it has the same.  I made out as the YT HD Preset and it's about 110 MB... and he plays very well.  But I ASSUME the artifacts will return to larger LCDs.

    This 1080 p H.264 renders to 19? x 1080

    YTHD preset 1280 x 720

Just curious if anyone knows immediately that I could hurt.

    Thank you

    Rich

    UPDATE

I ran a couple more makes the preset standard 1080 p 29.97.  I changed the Audio settings and frequencies of images, but to no avail.  I thought maybe it was my PC could not handle (what I thought was odd) so I tried on another PC and it works fine.  I'll upload this version on YT and see if he jumps then as secondary test.  Perhaps there are simply too many things with the 1080 p file, that it is lagging on some PCs.  Seems odd to me because my PC's processor Quad Core and 8 GB RAM.  256 video card.

    any other suggestions?

  • mixture of 1920 x 1080 w 1440 x 1080

    Hey guys/girls

Finally am about to get a sony AX 2000 as my camera has in addition to my HC - 9 B camera for the installation of the interview

My question is - HC - 9 is only HDV 1440 x 1080 60i and the 2000 AX is 1920 x 1080 60i - then - I mix these 2 together and what is the best way to do--(dois je modifier toutes les séquences dans la séquence de 1920 ou la séquence de 1440 (vers le haut ou vers le bas à l'échelle)) I did some research on the web - but thought I would get a better answer here - I use CS4 - my cpu is I7 980 x

    final output is the web - 30 probably 1280 x 720 p

    suggestions/ideas much apprciated

    Thank you

    Tony

You do not have wide 1440 x 1080 1920 x 1080 sequence, this is done automatically by the first. The main difference between hdv and avchd is pixels.

HDV has non-square pixels. AVCHD is square pixels. First "correct" it.

Nor do you need to nest.

You can put everything in the same order.

If you are uncomfortable on this topic do 5 minutes of testing.

Drop type of film in the panel mounting, 720 p export and upload to the web.

  • 720 p to 1080 p timeline video has black borders

    Hello

I have the first Cs6, with Windows 7.

    1. when I choose timeline 720/25 p, 1080 p videos looks like zoom (in the middle of the video image can be seen). 720 p videos are very well

    2. If I choose the timeline 1080/25 p, 1080 p videos are fine, but the 720 p those a border on all 4 sides of black:

    http://img861.imageshack.us/img861/6306/69202278.jpg

Please help me how to do it correctly, tho to be able to get a good 720/25 p video from these sources, without borders.

    Thank you!

In first preferences, there is a check box for "default scale to frame size". If you enable that, when import you the clips they will adjust automatically the current mounting size. Does not affect the imported clips before checking the box. On the timeline, click with right button and choose "Scale image size" to change individual items.

As Jim recommended if your expected delivery format is 720 p, not high-end 1080 and then back to 720 p, will cause unnecessary losses of quality of scaling. Change just like 720 p.

  • How better to convert AVCHD 1080/60 p in MPEG2 SD to bury on a DVD?

    Hello Forum,

I use Pr CS5.5. I imported and edited files AVCHD 1080/60 p (from a Panasonic TM700), made my editing, and now I want to burn the project on the DVDs. send it again, using the default settings it and burn a DVD produced pretty ugly results. I guess using Adobe Media Encoder to do the conversions would be much better, and I watched a tutorial by Jeff Bellune on how to do this in CS4. Two things that have changed since then are a the new format AVCHD 1080/60 p, and that Pr CS5.5 has a few features more in his window to the SOUL. Someone has suggestions on what settings to use? Also, looks like 1080/60 p 720/60, p where the recommendation of Belluno must perform the conversion in two stages, one for design and one for interlacing? Thank you!!

The first question is - do you have a card CUDA?   If so, export directly from PP (using export instead of the queue) to the use of DVD MPEG2 highest bit rate that you can while editing always the footaage on the DVD (do not go beyond "8" for reliability Issos on older players).  Set the Dolby audio, 192.

CUDA cards produce the best down to the level of all the other options (i.e. not CUDA or queuing in Media Encoder) because of the algorithms used.

If you do not have a CUDA card so make sure you check "Use Maxmimum render quality" in the export dialog box.  This will significantly slow down export, but it worth it.

DO NOT export directly to still and still have to do the conversion because he will be less good quality all round.

95% of all to delivery needs a manufacturing of DVD, so we went through a lot of trial and error to get the best possible quality!

  • 10 can import files in avchd 1080/60 p format?

I am considering getting the Sony HDR-CX700V camcorder and I was wondering if the elements can import the files of 1010/60 p?  Anyone know?

Premiere Elements should junction beautifully with this camcorder - if you are shooting in FX mode, FH 1920 x 1080 60i.

    Premiere Elements cannot edit a 1920 x 1080 60 p or 24 p.

AVCHD can also require a quite heavy computer. Generally, we recommend a processor i7 or core quad for optimal performance.

  • Standard NTSC 1080 p frame rates?

Hello and thanks for having me! Very new (b) to Adobe Premier, so I'll throw something basic, thanks for your advice:

    the short version:

What is the 'standard' NTSC 1080 p framerate? This framerate differ from what you would use to output 720 p,

and you would choose different framerates according to the delivery method (web vs bluray)?

    the long version:

I have at my disposal a very capable of working platform on and just do some basic for my audio RESUME reel changes. The source material is usually 1080 p and 720 p, if it be listened in my playback sources HDMI capture card or original complete production which I scored for the customers.

Therefore, when change my reel together, I would like to work in full 1080 p and downconvert to PostScript to formats smaller.

However, I am very new to video editing and I don't know what framerate to work in. I see the selections available NTSC 1080 p to several display rate

I am aware of all available framerates in the United States and abroad, so my question is:

What is the frequency of standard NTSC 1080 p used for web transmission BluRay or wide images? Some people tell me '60, its standard of use. " Others tell me its 24. Others still say 24 is only for work with the film or interpolation from other sources to 'make your stuff look like film'.

Thank you for the answers or resources and have a good evening!

    Welcome to the forum.

Changing the frame rate may cause problems, possible mixture of frame rates.

For a chart of still supported sizes of BD and frame rates, see Jeff Bellune to the FAQ.
