  Step 1: (x 86)

  Go to Control Panel > program and features.

  Under the list of programs, look for " 2012 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package (x 86)" and uninstall the same.

  When you are prompted to " reboot" the computer.

  Then uninstall " package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 86).

  Once you had uninstalled package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 86). Click on the link below and the "vcredist_x86.exe" download and install the same.

One thing I can tell you, is that you can not activate creative Lightroom of the Cloud with a serial number. There is no serial number for the creative cloud version. It must be installed from the application cloud Creative Manager. You will need to uninstall Lightroom and then reinstall it from the application manager. Other than that, please explain in detail and more clearly what your problem is.

  Use the same serial number. There is no problem to do that.

  I came across the solution. In addition to download creative cloud, I needed to return to the site and download the trials for the programs I want to use - Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did, I was in business. Save bad if this was done in light on the download site.

• Problem with Lightroom and printer Epson

  I suddenly have problems printing from Lightroom. I have Lightroom 1.4.1 installed on an iMac G5 and have an Epson Stylus R2400 Photo. I use this combination from the beginning without any problem. Now all of a sudden when I try to print I get an error message that says media is released or not loaded properly. Is the case. I tried to restart my computer, the printer, and all I can think about, but nothing works. I can print from other applications without problem, so I guess it's a problem with Lightroom.

  Someone knows something similar? I was going to uninstall lightroom and do a reinstall, but I can't find my installation disk. Now I am at a loss to figure out what to do.
