  When I originally installed the software I got a D drive, but the reformat/distribution and remove it due to the fact that it is running out of space. Now, I'm just a player C. problem, it's my document Manager software has been installed on the D drive and now I can't "Uninstall" because it shows as already installed using the installation CD. I can not also uninstall through the windows add/remove program. Since I can't find it and cannot uninstall it, I can't reinstall it on the C drive.   I have not touched all your suggestions yet, but I downloaded CCleaner and made little cleaning, including the registry. But when I reinstalled, I had the same thing.
