  As far as I can see the printer uses black 140 / 141 color ink cartridges in Africa, which should also include the Morocco.

  Be sure to get two authentic ink cartridges in order to get free technical assistance for this porpuse, then contact local support center to reset the printer to accept the ink cartridges for your current location.

  I understand that you do not use the black cartridge only. I find the features page and the manual for the PSC 950 but did not find that I was looking for. I would suggest trying to use the printer in mode single cartridge, but I am not sure if the printer supports this feature, that's what I was looking for.

  Try out both cartridges, then put in black only. If this does not work, the only other suggestion I have is to replace the color cartridge.

  My daughter is a teacher and received an officejet 4620 community agency that helps teachers. There is no ink in the box, so she bought a black cartridge and the package of three in a color (#564).   Thanks for the help... I was on the phone with tech support for an hour. It was very useful, but the printer must have the cartridges that came with the printer to set up.
