Rendering question

I have to shoot an event of 40 min. and add a few graphics. Finally, it will be downloaded on YouTube, it will be inserted on a Web site and sent via Dropbox. What is the best way to go. Original 60 p H.264 will be shot. 60 p is an exaggeration? Also have the option to get the AVCHD. Thank you.

  • Questions-help needed please rendering of fonts

Last week, a Google search on Firefox or Chrome (but not Opera) gives me results where the fonts look gappy. Sometimes there are extra points above the letters. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox from scratch in case an add-on was at fault, but even with a clean install, I still see the question. I checked my font settings and do not have any defined minimum font size. I allow pages to choose their own fonts ticked.

I downloaded an image where I can see a few correctly rendered text and text to research Gauthier (not a Google search but a query of Mozilla). It also happens when the comments submitted online sometimes, as you type it will gappy but it will correctly show once. Ideas for a fix would be welcomed warmly and I can provide more examples if it would help. Even though it is not related to Firefox, I restore all default settings in Chrome and it does not solve the issue here either.

I uninstalled the latest Windows Update since the problem is recent, but it changed nothing. I don't know if browsers would still look at my fonts for computers.

Hi Auds77, it's probably caused by kb3013455 of update from microsoft that can cause problems of rendering fonts on vista:

After you have installed the 3013455 security update, you may notice a degradation in quality of text in some scenarios. The problem occurs only on systems running Windows Vista SP2 or Windows Server 2003 SP2. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post more information in this article when the information becomes available.

    Reference: https://support.microsoft.com/kb/3013455

an option may be to tackle this particular update for now until there is a fix from microsoft or you could also look at if there is a graphics driver update available on the Web site of the seller (intel/amd/nvidia) which could also be solved this problem in some cases.

  • Urgent! question on rendering speed.

I don't have the answer for this question, so I download it again! Please answer

How is different speed when I'm making a time Full HD video resolution made through Adobe first Pro CC, between < intel i7 cpu 6700K > and < intel xeon E5 with 2 cpu 2630V3 >?

Is it more efficient (faster) to do the rendering with < intel xeon E5 with 2 cpu 2630V3 >? If you know what order, compared to < intel i7 cpu 6700 K >?

This has been addressed several times in the Hardware Forum.

  • question to allow smart rendering, first cc

    Hello

can I ask a question about enable rendered intelligent?

Well, I get this function to work with some files (codec)

Well, if I want to use made smart with a supported file, I should start a new project with the same resolution of the video I want to change and use rendered intelligent?

    In short, I have

    (1) check if the codec is sopported by first pro smart render

    (2) check the resolution rates & video frame

    (3) open a new project with the same resolution and speed

    4) import in first pro cc

    It is right?

    Thank you

    Windows 8.1 pro 64-bit

You just need the sequence to match your clips, which must then match your export settings. Easy way to create a corresponding sequence is to drop your clip on the icon of a new item (bottom right of the project Panel). Key terms that you want to match is size of the image, frame rate, aspect and field order.

  • Partial Page rendering - newbie question

I am a newbie to ADF and I am trying to the http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18941_01/tutorials/jdtut_11r2_56/jdtut_11r2_56.html 'developing Ajax-Based User interface with ADF Faces Rich Client components' tutorial

I have a question about step 4. I'm not quite sure where to post this question, if this isn't the right forum, forgive me.

In "step 4: partial Page Rendering implementation", there is the following comment
In order to have an update of the product details when you select another row in the Product table, we need to define the behavior of partial rendering. To do this, follow these steps:

Similarly on step 3, step sub 26 declares, «double-click on one of the lines in the table product.» Note that the details pane of the product does not reflect the changes to the selected product. To implement this synchronization, we add features of partial-page rendering. »

Question: before even trying the changes mentioned in step 4, I think that the product details pane displays the information related to the selected product in the collection of panels (in other words it displays detailed information master automatically). What I'm missing here? In line with the training, it is supposed to work only after the implementation of the changes mentioned in step 4. May of you kindly point out if it is a mistake in the documentation or if I have misunderstood the statement?

    Thank you
    A Françoise

    Hello

Chances are that you're on a newer version of Oracle JDeveloper as the author who wrote the tutorial (it seems to be quite old). In your page, select the "Binding" tab at the bottom of the Visual Editor to see the contents of the file PageDef. Select the iterator (under executables) and check if the property 'ChangeEventPolicy' is set to 'ppr '. If this is the case, then you know why it behaves correctly without all these parameters. Note that in some cases you want to set ChangeEventPolicy to "none" to control the update, in which case the tutorial becomes very easy to use

  • Question on choosing a second card GPU to speed up the rendering

    Hi all.

I'm on first Pro CC 7.2.1 (for Windows) and I would like to add a second GPU card in the system, since CC PP supports several cards GPU for rendering.

My question is this: the 2nd GPU must be identical to the 1st? or may be significantly faster (or less) and still the two cards will work well together without problems (i.e. adding a card GTX-780 to a system with a GTX-660 card already installed in it).

Thank you very much in advance guys.

Each complex will have something that is the "bottleneck". For example, if you have two kind of evenly matched highend cards, then the CPU will be your bottleneck. If you have two different cards then the old card may not even useful to have in the system. It really depends on your support and the workflow. If as I do have media HD AVCHD, most of the time I got out DVDS and have a hex core CPU overclocked use usually some effects MPE accelerated, then a second card could repay. I ran a 680 GTX and GTX 660 cards with my new GTX 780. If you are registered on our site PPBM7 you can see my results, currently the fourth result belongs with a GTX 680 and a GTX 780 and one below which is with just a 780 GTX

  • TypeKit questions: arrested fonts rendering in IE 9 and Firefox, etc

    Hello

A few days ago, we have created an edge animation that uses a Typekit, put police in animation on a web page built with Muse and downloaded that creative cloud site. Everything worked perfectly on IE, Firefox and Chrome (although the rendering of Chrome all fonts on this site is a little blurry compared to IE and Firefox.)

Then, yesterday, we noticed that the fonts Typekit has not been made in Firefox; and we noticed that, today, it is renderingin IE. (Always, displays a little blurry, on Chrome).

Is this a known issue? Any tips?

Also: typekit never made the Opera browser fonts (when viewing the hosted site, or when you use overview at the controls of the browser side animate or Muse).

Also the site has never worked in Safari for Windows

    Thank you

  • the page is rendered and loaded questions of list item change

    Hi all

I have 2 questions, I'll try to put it as clear as possible. The link and log in info on the bottom.

    1. in what order is the rendered page fire? In other words, I have a report to Page 2 (Payroll Summary) and in this report, I select and where clause. The where the info from the article comes from a list item. When you view the report it shows nothing, so I guess that because the element is not filled in and yet, this is why the report does not. Not sure... so if someone can clarify that for me, it would be great.

    2. when I change a list item (eg. Payroll between 2010 and 2009 year), how can I refresh the payoll report that uses the year of payroll as a parameter? is it possible to launch the summary report on the Payroll when the year changes? If so, how?

  • Four questions: Intros, Rendering, securities...

I'm almost finished my movie and help here has been great. Thanks to the hunt and Steve Grisetti.

    1) advice on the conduct of a nice intro into elements? I use the font Impact on ambient music, there is a combination of still photos and images. It's a documentary about social change. (2) what is the best format for rendering for youtube, google video and other online video sites? I want the best possible quality.

    (3) I have make the movie into pieces of 2 minutes to save on processing power. Can I go into 7-8 pieces and connect them after? How?

    (4) how to slow a crawling/rolling title. (Elements 3.0) I looked around and saw no speed adjustment.

    * The film will be finished in a few weeks and is free online. I should get around 100,000 views with contacts I have. If anyone here is interested I can put a link to the top, but if it's against your C + T not s then no problem.

    Thanks in advance.

    Peace

Let's see if I can offer a few suggestions:

    (1) advice on the conduct of a nice intro into elements? I use the font Impact on ambient music, there is a combination of still photos and images. It's a documentary about social change. A little something vague, but advice appreciated, this is my first film. I want something simple and classic...

Impact is expected to be a good policy. I use Arial Bold or Arial Black a lot. We want to comminute, if possible, and a good thickness sans serif looks good on video. Serif fonts, while nice in high-resolution print, reflections and begins to break up on the video, even if it is progressive.

I would like to animate my titles, unless it's a copy of body block, where the details of reading is the most important part. I put the period to where I can read the full text of 1.5 times. For my movie, I often Keyframe various aspects and effects. The opacity is one of the first I will use and maybe even a bit of Gaussian blur. With keyframes, I have complete control. With subtitles, I often Keyframe the Motion fixed effect > Position to slide in and then keyframe in the opacity to "bland that one," while the other slips in to another part of the frame. For me, these are usually only 1-2 words or a short sentence at most. I keep the animation down to a few, without Rotations, or towers. I want the public to read the title and not notice the "nice stuff" that I did for her. That is why just a little movement on the screen, and so maybe a slow fade (opacity), with a touch blur closely the work of the end for me.

If I'm interspersing text body copy block titles, I just use Cross-dissolves or Dip - to-black.

    (2) what is the best format for rendering for youtube, google video and other online video sites? I want the best possible quality.

Is it an HD project? For YouTube, many recommend the H.264 CODEC, although some do not like the format/CODEC WMV HD. YouTube changes what they often require. I would check the specifications later. Note that each provider may have different specifications, you need to maybe do a survey of all of your goals and see if there are similarities between them. Maybe it's the best way to go, so you don't have to different formats to export/Share. There is a YouTube FAQ entry, and it should be a good starting point. Also, YouTube and perhaps many others, is re - encode your quote, so there is not a lot we can do to ensure quality - will change by the provider.

    (3) I have make the movie into pieces of 2 minutes to save on processing power. Can I go into 7-8 pieces and connect them after? How?

Yes. What file format/CODEC you use will depend on your project. For sustainable development projects, I recommend that the share of exports to DV - AVI Type II w / 16-bit 48 kHz PCM/WAV Audio, then import them those. There is another CODEC, such as Lagarith Lossless, that I use for the transfer, intermediaries of files. I don't know how it works with HD material. For HD, others will have to offer suggestions, I only do sustainable development projects.

In general, all share/export to the selected format/CODEC and then import that into a new, 'master' project. Assemble, add titles, etc. and then export/final production sharing.

    (4) how to slow a crawling/rolling title. (Elements 3.0) I looked around and saw no speed adjustment.

Is going back to the #1 question. For all of my animations, I use keyframes. In the case of a roll or an analysis, I Keyframe the fixed effect > Motion > Position over time. With keyframes, I have ultimate control and can roll up to a point, hold and then unroll. Even with a crawl - bring, hold him, take him away. You can even adjust the speed of say a roll so that it penetrates slowly, holds, and then disappears more quickly. Keyframing takes a bit of time, but pays dividends with complete control.

Regarding the link - please post here when you're done. Only downside would be to post a link to something like YouTube or Vimeo, and not just any which content provider, which requires a subscription, or you sign up. Also, check out the site Muvipix . There is a nice gallery section.

Good luck and we hope this helps,

    Hunt

  • AE sudden drop, his question and ghost image rendering performance.

Hi, I'm under CC2015 last, AE on a computer 64 bit Windows 10 Pro with the following specifications:

    Proc: Intel Core I7 - 5930K (3, 5 GHz, not overclocked)

    RAM: 32 GB

GPU: AMD over-pants W7100 8 GB of DDR5 RAM memory

    Each driver is up-to-date.

I experienced these problems since yesterday without reason at all (no new updates or new software any newly installed)

It started with a composition Dynamics first sent link (CC2015, later) EI, mixture of several sources (mxf DnxHD, mp4, mp3)

    • The first problem is that whenever I tried to make to my comp in AE, even forcing activation of the sound on the export, the rendered file contains a VOID soundtrack.

It occurred when the default rendering in a NON-DESTRUCTIVE (Animation codec). AVI file.

I tried to normalize my sources in first each of them exporting to DnxHD. The mp3 and the MXF files track into an AIFF file with no effect.

When I switched to a NON-DESTRUCTIVE (codec Animation) . MOV file, the sound was present and functional, but it's just a workaround, not a solution.

    • Second problem is that there was a significant decrease in performance I tested by the rendering on a FullHD 5' computer with a single solid layer in it. The rendering is 5 minutes of erratic progression.
    • The third problem is that no matter what codec or the container used in the render queue I always end up with a file in which whenever it was supposed to show the bottom of the comp, I have an image of 'Phantom' of one of my layers appearing.

Even during the passage of each layer, this image is the display constantly through the comp.

It disappears only when clean the cache, but comes back with each rendition. Even if the layer source of this image is not present in the COMP.

This image is displaying in first when using the model of dynamic links.

Here's what it looks like when I open AE.

Note that the model is empty and yet, there is a ghost image.

    AE.PNG

Cleaning the cache, restart several times, has no effect.

Last thing I will try is to re - install After effects but I have little hope that it will solve anything.

    What should I do now?

EDIT: I have now if she has something to do with the new preview, but when I go to any computer, image is not updated in the comp Panel. (caps lock is off of course)

I have used no third party plugin on this project.

As expected, AE re-installing has not effect.

There is a bug in 13.5.1 AE where it is not sound unless he renders a MOV file (or make you through Adobe Media Encoder instead of the queue of EI). The value is fixed in the update of the following month.

Your ghost image is probably something a bit twisted with your cache. Try to import the project into a new project.

In CC 2015 (version AE 13.5.x), the preview is not displayed during a rendering. In my view, that this feature is back in the update of the following month. See what Adobe post about things not yet present in the new architecture of CC 2015 http://adobe.ly/1cXyVHV

If you are having too many problems with CC 2015, could install CC 2014 next to her and to use that to update the following month. http://blogs.adobe.com/adobecare/2015/06/16/how-to-find-and-install-previous-version-of-ad obe-apps-in-cc-2015 /

  • Question about rendering

Using Premiere Pro CC 2014 and export to Adobe Media Encoder. I need to make the project (main sequence) before exporting it or either make it run automatically (do not have the box 'use previews' ticked) by encoder?

No need to make first of all... they are two totally different things.

Rendering of a sequence... creates an appropriate image barely clips of (usually) a codec of low grade replacement. NOT something that you would use at all unless you were doing a pretty bad quality export. It has been designed to use the resources of the computer bit as long as it is possible to get through a short segment of a sequence which, because of the effects used, slows down the reading.

Export... usually to produce a 'final' result of high quality, using a codec with a greater capacity for delivery.

The only cases where having the box 'use previews' ticked even applies or is useful... is essentially if you use say DPX or any other high range format when editing and said PrPro to use this format for makes. I saw some people insist that it is or should be otherwise... anything... but the reality is it is not appropriate for most users most of the time.

  • The pre-rendered video - workflow question?

I feel like I should know this, but good... I don't have.

I finished the editing of a film to 90 minutes, many effects and layers in the timeline panel. I have to make 3 different export the final video - one with stereo sound, an ac3 and other in 5.1. But the video takes forever to render, some 60hours - and I wish I didn't have to repeat the video renderer for each of the audio versions. Is it possible to render the video quality possible max and then just swap the audio tracks on it without re-rendering video?

I know that I can make my calendar in the first, but if rendered or not - which seems to have no effect on the rate of permanent export... ?

    Thank you

    Matt

You may export to a high-quality intermediate codec to create a 'master' video. Use something like AVID DNxHD or Lagarith Lossless, which are both free. Then, drag the resulting file in the top rail of the existing scenario. Export multiple H.264 it, but with audio files different on each. You can and probably should make COPIES of the sequence for each different output to keep them separate. Using the intermediate video, you will make all the effects, only once. Export in H.264 format from the intermediary will probably take just a couple of hours each then, rather than the 60 hours. According to the preview of the sequence rendering parameters, you cannot use any pre-rendered material because the preview codec might be a lower quality. Go DIRECTLY to the intermediary from the original sources of the timeline.

I assumed that PC - if on a Mac, then export as ProRes 422 HQ for the intermediary.

  • Questions & creating shadows rendered 3D 3D...

It is a question of both parties. The first is when I use 'Extrude & bevel' in AICS6, MUCH of the time it won't draw faces, not hidden, but the visible faces (see image). The second question is someone can direct me to a tutorial on how to create realistic shadows in 3D, as the image objects below. I can't do look right. My only wish seems to be trying to display the same image using the 3D Photoshops features, but I wanted to keep any vector. In the image below, the image of the high compound object is that I started with, then underneath 3D results. As you can see, the left side face of the E and the last T Miss.

Try to adjust the point of view of (1). Which often forces the faces of show.

  • Question about rendering in AE Lossless (PNG not found, can first Pro read this export "Lossless"?)

    Hello

I want to compose short transitions (45 seconds) in the 3D graphics incorporating AE CS6 and also a short introduction (30 seconds) containing extracts videos streaming gathered in a 3d space as well.

My goal will be ulitmately on Blu - Ray and I need of excellent quality. I have zero concern about the amount of time it takes to make; I seek only to the ultimate video quality in my product to be delivered.

My NLE's Premiere Pro CS6. I work with a few nice Canon 5 d images on a MacPro 2008 Tower. Only, I photograph the next day it's raining so I can still get blank photos.

What is the best workflow possible for me, given that my are based on images AE and PrPro and Canon 5 d and .mov files?

Earlier, Rick suggested export to PNG, QT compressed format. But I don't see that in my rendering options, even if the Lossless option at the top seems certainly attractive. Can PrPro read this type of export?

Am I condemned vaguely average quality on Blu - Ray, or - is it possible to have a really nice 'wow' factor with this workflow?

I'll buy a new encoder X.264 when Apple was released this month.

Does make a difference in her post my final results of EI?

If I need to abandon this whole enterprise of 3d motion graphics because AE and PrPro, working together, are only capable of deliverables vaguely average in what concerns the 3D animations, then so be it.

I'd rather cut my losses now.

    What are your candid thoughts?

    Thank you

You talk about making your timeline, right?

In order to accelerate previews on your timeline, Adobe makes sometimes video high-def on the timeline to a slight reduction of the resolution or quality.

This has no effect on your video production, which is based on a combination of your project settings and your selection to publish & share.
