  VCP-IAAS covers 1.5. This is not explicitly mentioned in the master plan except where it notes that vCloud Director 1.5 can be downloaded and evaluated for free.

  Ive been paying 29.99 per month this year for my annual subscription with cloud to adobe.  I'm on an automatic renewal where they renew my contract for another year which is fine and dandy...  My question is, if adobe provides better throughput for $10 cheaper; can I be turned on again at the lower rate?  This will make things more confusing for the future?

  We have no plans for now to change the price.  The renewal price you pay is valid for 12 full months.  After that, we will renew your contract automatically unless you cancel. The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you in advance.
