  As far as I know you it s possible to connect the new Xbox 360 for the Qosmio G20. But I put t see any reasons why it shouldn't t works with F30.

  I have a Qosmio F30-117, windows XP, Norton Internet security.
  When I try to FTP to my site I get FTP connection failed.

  so if I were you I would completely disable the Norton software and make sure that the Windows Firewall is to leave you hollow. If not, you should check if your friend has put in place properly.   I have a Qosmio F30-117 with 2 x 60 GB Toshiba hard drives installed. I want to switch to 2 x 120 GB HARD drive, but my Slot 1 does not recognize the HARD drive as being present. Slot 2 recognizes that a 120 GB HARD drive is present.

  This happens with two 120 GB hard drives installed in the two slots and when inverted as well. I don't use RAID so no mirroring happens.

  Any clues out there?

• Qosmio F30-117: after upgarde to Vista - no sound

  I have improved my Qosmio F30-117 to Windows Vista with a clean install.

  I downloaded all the drivers from Toshiba for Vista website, including audio drivers.

  But I have no sound, everything else works fine. I verify that it is not cut.

  Sound driver details are: Sigma Tel High Definition Audio CODEC - version date 040407: 6.10.5462.0

  Its worked before upgrade.

  Someone knows why? The two PCs have the latest drivers and all the Windows updates available. Both are running Vista Ultimate. If something I expect the scores to be the other way around!

  Then my F30-117 worked well recently until I turned on and had green and blue lines (kind of like scan lines) straddling the fence.
  I tried to install the new drivers from nvidia, but that has not worked, as Vista comes to pick up their as unknown.
