  Replacing the HARD drive is not problematic and, in my opinion, free for guests, so no risk guarantee valid for laptop for you to avoid. Check the user s manuals document. Maybe you will find a description how to do this.

  My personal opinion is that the HARD drive with a faster HARD drive upgrade is not necessary. HARD drive will be a bit faster but, in my experience, faster hard drives produce more heat too so it can happen that the Briefcase for laptop computer where the HARD drive is placed will be a little warmer than before.

The replacement came with new driver software and everything, but since it is the same model that I decided not to install it and use the existing driver installed on computers instead. (Replacement not be come with directions for uninstall, said by the way.)

  The new printer is connected to the wireless network (using touch screen) and is recognized by computers on the network, but I can't get anything to print, since the existing driver HP software does not seem to 'find' the printer. Do I still need to uninstall the driver and reinstall? And what about the other programs installed with HP printer?

  The computers are all Windows 7 64 bit.  I'm not very technical, so it makes me a little nervous.
