  I'm using Labview 2011 and 2014.

  I put windows to start my program when the computer is turned on. The VI is set so that the program runs at the launch. Things have been works well for many ON / OFF sequences of the computer.   Given that it looks like your application simply stopped normally, I would add in an Exec System call to reset your computer.  Is the command that you want to restart the computer

  Without my OK, my computer automatically downloaded Windows 10. I brought my fix it shop to get Windows 7 on. When this was done, I found that none of my sounds play when a program opens or closes except when my email finishes loading and are ready for viewing.   Looks like the CD-ROM drive is a failure. Uninstall and reinstall the disc and check if this solves the problem. If the problem persists, you should replace the disk.

  To uninstall the drive from Device Manager:
  a. Click Start, then type devmgmt.msc in the start search box then press ENTER.
  b. right-click on the CD and click on uninstall.
  c. restart the computer.
