• Windows 8.1 RT Skype app crashes after sending a file

  A friend tried to send me a file. I received a notification on the lockscreen. When I open Skype he went to the window of my friend. I tried to click on the file to receive it, but nothing worked. After a few seconds, Skype has minimized at bottom. I went to my Win 7 and got the file machine. Unfortunately, after that I could not discuss with this firend on my Surface. Whenever I received a msg from him and open Skype I could not answer, and the window is reduced after a few seconds. I ran some tests with another user and it turns out he gets not only minimized, it also loses the Internet connection. I uninstalled the app, restarted the Surface and reinstalled.   My Asus laptop has the common mistake of crash "Explorer restarts. I read through many forums but no help...

  Windows Explorer crashes randomly, so I did the following:

  * re-installed windows 7 and it still crashes

  * crashes in safe mode

  * Run sfc/scannow, it says there are problems that cannot fix? Results in a file, but what do mean?

  * copied explorer.exe in the system32 folder

  * perform a clean boot with only the active microsoft services

  * checked the error log and keep two errors appearing with the red exclamation point. Results:

• Netflix app crashes in Windows 8, no error detected in the convenience store

  I have an Asus laptop with Windows 8 that I received today, and I got the Netflix app for Windows store a few hours ago. The first time I tried to stream a TV show he played very well for about 30 seconds, and then the image froze while the audio continued. • Several CC apps crashing / hanging

  I have a user on Mac Book Pro, which have problems with Photoshop, Illustrator and indesign, InCopy to randomly crash or lock up the systems out there. We gave the user receives a new system with a new image and install cc questions always arrive. They arrive on random files that are on the network as well as on the local hard drive. Sometimes they hang to open a new empty file.

I have dozens of users on the similar system using the same files as the users with these questions. • CC desktop app crash Mid-installation

  Hey,.

  I'm working in a post-production facility and whenever we need to install an update for CC, at least half of our machines experience problems with the application of Office CC - most of the questions have to do with software does not show up as installed (even if they are), and hit "install" again on these machines Removes the user's preferences. The biggest problem is when the desktop application will not launch, or it launches, but then crashes after a few seconds, with either the only way to bring him back.

  Needless to say that these issues are problematic, but given that the internet is flooded of complains I assume that you are already aware of them.

  The biggest problem is this time, one of the machines that took the Desktop App crash, don't launch the application after restarting.

  I tried following the instructions recommended, removed the app with the CC cleaning tool, have changed the name of OOBE OOBE.old folder, rebooted the machine again once and downloaded the latest version of the installer of the CC of the Adobe Web site.

  When you try to reinstall it, Setup reaches the phase 'Installation' and crashes (more like "disappears"), without giving any error massage.

  I would point out that the computer is a mac pro (running OS X 10.9), and, before you run the reinstall, I checked that no processes not related to adobe turned and manually made sure the CC desktop application has been completely removed. I also tried to install different users but get the same results.

  Have you seen this problem before? Is there anything else that I have not tried?

  Or alternatively, somehow download installers for the last update offline? To access installation offline programs would facilitate the way we update process, on us and on our bandwidth (for you connect to different machines and download updated same time and again is not the largest way, particularly when enforcement is so unpredictable and still has major problems).

  For people who might have the same problem - I ended up half - solve this by copying on and replace the entire CC Desktop App folder (under Applications > utilities) from another machine that worked very well.

  The Application is now able to launch, but for some reason, After Effects is stuck at 76% update, which gives an error message which AE should be closed before continuing. Thing is that AE is certainly not running - I took care of that by using the two monitor activity and through the command line and also tried to restart the machine, but still get the same error.

  I only tried to exit the application of CC desktop and launch of AE (which was obviously not updated), that chose "updates" from the inside of the AE. He launched the former adobe application Manager (the machine has also installed CS5) and installed the updates from there, where everything seems to install fine without any problem.

  This is very unusual.  Two thoughts come to mind.

  1. Your storage space is too full?  Check the settings > general > storage & use iCloud > manage storage (in storage).  Make sure you have at least 10% (hopefully more than 15%) of total storage of your iPhone for free.

• Firefox26 crashing randomly in Windows 7

  Firefox26 crashes randomly in Windows7 for about a week. I have tried all the following:
  -People with disabilities all add ons
  -Created a different user profile

  Sync is disabled. It happens on different Web pages.

  How can this be repaired?

  now, I'm curious to know how it happened - prevented accidents?

• Firefox on Windows 8 crashes randomly

  I have the latest version of Mozilla Firefox on my Windows PC. Mozilla crashes randomly and crashed almost 10 to 20 times last night when my mother was checking his email and Facebook. I went to the about: crashes page and here are the IDS of the reports. Any help would be much appreciated.

  I use Windows 8 with an AMD Radeon HD 6XXX/7XXX card and felt the constant system crashes (i.e., Blue Screen of Death) using Firefox 19 before finding this thread. Return to 18.2 Firefox has worked perfectly - thank you very much for providing relief, because I thought that I had to reinstall my OS.
