RunDllEntry

I have a problem with printing from my computer.  The printer is Hp Deskjet 2050 j510a.  I've never had a problem with it until now.  I can copy and scan but not print.  I uninstalled and using the disc that came with the printer I reinstalled it.   I received the following messages RunDllEntry and C:\Program Files\Hp\HpDeskjet2050j510series\bin\HpstatusBL.dll.

I hope that you will be able to help me.

Hi jsteadman,

I'm glad to hear that you can reuse your printer!

  • C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\LXCItime.dll entry: RunDLLEntry

Hi, recently when I start my laptop I get the following pop-up message: lack of C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\LXCItime.dll entry: RunDLLEntry.

The only new program, I installed was a Lexmark printer, contacted Lexmark and with the help of a tech has established that the driver was installed correctly and it says that the pop-up message was a Windows problem.

that declares the message, it's that it can't find the file named: LXCItime.dll

According to the windows registry, which would have been changed and updated by lexmark software, the above file is saved in the registry, but it is not in the physical location on the disk.

my suggestion is to unplug the printer from the pc then uninstall the lexmark software, then restart.

Then, connect the printer to the pc and see if windows can automatically install the driver.  If this isn't the case, then it will ask your lexmark cd or you will need to run the Add/Remove Hardware Control Panel and manually try to install the driver for it.

  • Missing RUNDLLEntry

Whenever Windows 8 opens, I get the following error: C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\W32X86\3\DLCCtime.dll, followed by: MISSING entry: runDLLEntry. How do I remove it?  Any help is sincerely appreciated! Thanks for your time, DonKite_802.  See you soon!  P.S. FYI, I'm on Windows XP Home Edition, with a Dell Dimension E310 desktop computer and a Dell AIO Photo 924 printer.

Uninstall and reinstall your Dell printer.  The file is part of the Dell printer driver for this printer and is used to update online.

I would like to give you specific directions, but I don't know if that worked under XP to Win 7 work in Win 8.  If you have problems of resettlement of the printer, I suggest that you post in forum Windows 8 (rather than here in the Windows XP forum).

What make and model of printer you have?

It could be virus/malware related butI I think this may just be caused by the drivers of your printer,

Make sure your machine is pest free, run a MalwareBytes scan on your computer: http://www.malwarebytes.org/

If the machine comes out clean reinstall your printer drivers.

  • How can I remove the rundllentry error in Windows 98?

    error message rundllentry

Microsoft Windows 98 has not been supported since about 2006, so you're unlikely to get a response from Microsoft outside the upgrade to an operating system, that will almost certainly require the purchase of a new PC.

That out of the way, there are three questions come to mind:

    • What is the exact wording of the error message?
    • If the error still appears, when does it appear?
    • Have you installed or updated applications shortly before the error started appearing?
  • IDT Audio system tray app has encountered a problem - sttray.exe and lack of Windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\DLCJtime.dll entry: RUNDLLEntry at Windows startup.

-IDT Audio system tray app has encountered a problem - sttray.exe and

    -Windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\DLCJtime.dll Missing entry: RUNDLLEntry

I'd rather be able to clear these by using the operating system disk I hope it do not screw the system. Any ideas would be nice.

    Hi Dennis,

DLCJtime.dll part of your Dell printer drivers. If you have or had a Dell printer, then re - install printer drivers / should solve the problem.

    Hello Lscherr,

Thank you for your message.  To clarify, you are able to print out your design program?  You can try to perform a clean boot and printing of your design program.  A clean boot will start your computer without any 3rd party applications, you can then start your design software and test the printing functionality.  If you are able to print, the problem may be caused by another application of part 3.  Click HERE for instructions to boot.
