  This problem causes my computer to run slowly when declaring it & close window. I installed the new software program on my computer and all software installed successfully programe have to restart the computer to run the program. But recently when I installed the new program after I restart my computer the missing program.   You can first try to navigate to the folder C:\Program files and access the application and check that you are able to find the program and you can start from there. Sometimes, the shortcut to the file on the desktop may be corrupted.

  Since we do not know how the program has gone or how it was deleted, I suggest that you try to perform a system restore to the date where you were able to access the program and check to see if that help.

  To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:

  a. Click Start, type system restore in the search box and then in the list click on the system restore program.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

  b. in the System Restore dialog box, click on choose a different restore point and then click Next.

  c. in the list of restore points, click a restore point created before you started having the problem, and then click Next.

  d. click Finish.

  The computer restarts and system files and settings are back to the State they were in when the restore point was created.

  Unplug all external devices.

  Try to start in safe mode. If you can start in safe mode, and then do a system restore to restore the computer to an earlier point in time.

  Change the recovery settings to disable automatic reboot, if you are able to boot up to the desktop computer:

  1.	Right-click my computerand then click Properties.
  2.	Click the Advanced tab.
  3.	Under Startup and recovery, click settings to open the Startup and recovery dialog box.
  4.	Clear the automatically restart check box, and then click OK many times necessary.
  5.	Restart your computer so that the settings take effect.

  Now, when you are going to close and a fatal error occurs, you will see at least and it won't cause an automatic restart.

  Sorry, System Restore does not cancel the major updates, that's why a lot of automatic updates delete all system restore points. The tool that is appropriate in this case would be a restore Image. If you have not created an image before the upgrade, then you are out of luck.
