  Device Manager and choose the IDE (IDE ATA/ATAPI Controller) channel

  I have a Toshiba Satellite A110 - 293 Notebook. There is a problem with the audio for laptop, the sound seems to lack Bass. When I play a music file, the bass is abnormal, there is no bass or bass is not clear.   I have a Satellite A215-S7444 which is 2 years. It came with a 32-bit version of Vista. I just do a custom install of Windows7 64 bit. It seems that after coming out of standby the laptop hangs and I have to do a hard reboot.

  I saw a Satellite A110-225, 2 GB memory and under Vista Home Premium.
