  I know the laptop has begun with the W8 and with 3 partitions (recovery, system & main C drive) and all were in good condition.

  Question: did you create the recovery media (disk or USB flash stick) Toshiba in the past?
  Before you try to remove all partitions on the HARD drive, I highly recommend creating recovery discs!

  After that, you can try to delete these partitions or will it mark the laptop back to factory settings!

  Is the webcam or any device marked with visible yellow exclamation point in Device Manager?
