I used to scan on my printer wirelesly A909g, we went on vacation for two weeks and now when I open the solution center he said design disconnected, I tried to reinstall the printer, ran the hppsdr.exe, the ojp8500va909full14exe, ran the fix and nothing seems to fix, I can print wirelessly, but not scann, please help.

After you turn off the firewall and antivirus, try to scan. You can also uninstall and reinstall it is disable.

After "2nd suggestion", you can try just to scan immediately.

Finally, I managed to connect after I restarted my laptop and enjoyed every 10 minutes without internet connectivity before wireless problem network come fall and now does not appear in my list of networks once again, even if the wireless light is still on.

What is the wireless settings you have set up on your router (SSID, channel and security mode)?

Connect to your router configuration page and click on the Wireless tab and click on the "Advance Wireless Settings" sub-tab and under change 75 beacon interval, change the Fragmentation threshold to 2304, change the RTS threshold to 2304 and click on save settings...

  • S10 - 3T wireless problem

My rig to receive yesterday and fought wireless problems.  Thought, he was my network for some time and found if I close the 3 t of the network works fine.

The 3 t at this point works well on the network but sometimes slow.  However any TIME that I try to download a file, it works as usual for a while then just dies.

Stop downloading and it is surfing.  It seems also to kill or slow down the network to a crawl at the same time.

I tried to update the drivers in Device Manager and it says they are the best already.

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you for your understanding.

The ends of the ongoing saga I think.

I went to Burger King this morning and connected to their hot spot and the thing that worked great - downloaded a large file on site.

Lenovo, I called and they told me to uninstall the software Lenovo 5 ready.  I did and rebooted and it worked fine and still seems to work very well ;-)  They said that it causes conflicts.

Worked on my unit anyway.  This happens on a platform of Asus here one year, their uninstalled software and it worked fine.

  • OfficeJet Pro 8500 a909g wireless connection problem

I have a printer wireless OfficeJet Pro 8500 a909g.  My PC is Windows 7 (64-bit).  Recently, the printer wasn't working reliably and we took to reboot our router frequently at the same time.  Router problems seem to be solved because my PC at home and the work laptop are well connected and running.  However, the printer would not work last night when I really needed.  The documents would appear in the queue, but never reach the printer.  Today, I uninstalled all the software of HP using the CD of origin and reinstalled all the latest software and drivers from hp.com.  Of course, I rebooted the printer several times during this process.  Using the Network Wizard wireless via the screen of the printer, I am able to locate my SSID and enter the WPA key.  The printer confirms that it is connected to the network.

If my computer and printer are both connected to the same network why can't the HP software locate the printer?  Whenever I try to run the installation/Setup program it tells me that there is no HP printer on the network.  As I said, this printer has worked on this wireless network in the past.  I also downloaded and run the scan HP and difficulty of the program to see if she could solve the problem without success.

    Any other suggestions?

Well, what I'm going to make you, it's just a basic uninstall and reinstall the printer. I'll describe the steps and you are right, we can use the USB > wireless Assistant. You can access that by running the software after the installation of the USB. Here are my steps...

First of all, if you use a USB cable, be sure to remove it. Do not plug it in again until the software instructs you. Through devices and printers, programs and features and issues Device Manager and make sure that all copies, files, and programs related to the printer are removed. As indicated, and then restart the computer.

The START menu type "%temp%" and press on ENTER. Here, I want you to press Ctrl+A and press on REMOVE. Some files you cannot delete them, ignore these files and delete the majority that allows it to.

Follow this link to download full feature software and drivers of the printer:

  • 8600 Communication HP OfficeJet Pro wireless problem

When I try to print or scan, I get a message that the printer/scanner cannot communicate with the network.  The antenna network icon shows that I am connected to the network.  With the print and scan of doctor utility, I checked that there is at least a connection to the wireless network.  Address and logon credentials are correct.

The utility shows that there are 2 network connections - that I am connected to watch a 60% signal strength and the other that I'm not connected, a signal strength of the 68%.

I'm normally able to scan and print normally once every two sessions that require this functionality.

The HP 8600 has automatically been setup using the thah software supplied with the printer without any problems.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

    Hi Gemini02!

I had the opportunity to try the fix several times and every time I managed.  It looks like a good solution.

  • Cause first of the wireless problem?

I've had my laptop repaired a week ago, as the wireless card was more is detected. I bought a dv6258se in Feb ' 07, he was really running hot, the GPU ran above 80 ° C, 55 ° C CPU all idling. I installed F.3D as soon as it was released in Nov ' 07 and there really the time down, and a year later, the wireless gave out. The motherboard was originally a 30B 7 Quanta, and it's still a 30B 7 Quanta, flashed with the version of BIOS F.40 even if my the driver model page shows later as F.3D.

So, what's the problem? I can probably keep it on the downlow time if it was caused by excessive heat. If I got was a band-aid to keep me more of the extended warranty, while HP does not solve the problem for free once again, then they did a very good job of it. I have not enough income available Clipboard $ 1100.

  • ZBook 14 wireless problem solved!

For a few months now, my ZBook 14 (still under warranty) drivers wireless (Intel Wireless - N 7260 BN) were not loading at startup about 50% of the time.  Pilots would almost always successfully load if I restarted, but it was aggravating circumstances somehow.  I called HP Elite ZBook Technical Support and they walked me through several stages, including the uninstall and re - install the latest drivers, but nothing helped.  They arranged for a HP field Support Technician (FST) to install a new wireless card.  Personally, I thought it was a hardware problem, but that seemed to be their next step.

So, today, their TSP arrived and quickly installed my new wireless card.  Well, it does not solve my problem, so she put the old card in and then began to make inquiries.  What she found is that even though my computer reported that he had the latest version of the BIOS installed, there is NO!  06/02/15, I allowed my computer to update to the latest version of the BIOS, which then was 01.30 (release date 09/12/14).  However, she discovered that a subsequent update of the BIOS (01.30 A) had been released only a week after the patch (dated 12/15/14) 01.30 in the desription of the BIOS update he said that it was precisely to add support for my card Intel Wireless-N 7260 BN

Big CONGRATULATIONS to the girl TSPS for gap identification and the new installation of the BIOS update solved my wireless card problems!  I apparently never thought that because my computer reported that he had the latest version of the BIOS installed, and which does not recognize my "HP Support Assistant" software it was a newer BIOS available, either!

Just for an update, even after my ZBook is update to the latest version of the BIOS (01.30 A), my "HP Support Assistant" software always reports that my version of BIOS is 01.30.  It of like the software recognizes numeric characters, but can not see the Alpha "A" character.  Just thought that info may help someone.  Proof that you can't ALWAYS trust your HP Support Assistant software...

One of the photos shows the network cards and it seems that your Tecra supports processors Intel 2200 802.11 B/G WLan card

Go to Device Manager and check if the WLan Intel 2200 card is recognized.

If it s not, install the driver WLan Intel (Intel PRO/Wireless 2200/2915) which can be found here:
    http://APS.toshiba-tro.de/WLAN/?page=downloads

the first photo shows only Intel ProSet is just and only the tool for configuring Intel Wlan driver and NOT so possibly the driver WLan is missing.
