OfficeJet 8500 a909g Wireless will print yet all the lights show that everything is OK.

HP Officejet Pro 8500 A909g wireless.  Windows 7. None of the buttons on the printer works.  I unplug the printer and plug it in again.  After the printer through its controls, I can print.  Leave it for a few minutes and try printing again and everything I do is fill in the print queue.  Given that I can run through the following steps, which is not a good solution for me.  I don't know if the hardware is the problem or the software.  I've dealt with this for weeks and I hope that all you talented people out there can help me.  Should I throw this printer and get a new one?  Thank you

    I just got the Officejet Pro 8600 as a gift and burden of implementing software and it on my wireless network.  When I try to print an e-mail or a coupon, the command changes to the printer and indicates in the queue. Then after a few seconds, the print queue (work) disappears without printing the document.  This command goes to the HP ePrint feature or the Officejet Pro 8600 network?  It shows the HP ePrint as being on USB.

    I have run all the Diagnostics, downloaded all the new software, software packages and updates.  I spend several hours trying to get to the printer.

  • HP Deskjet 6988 seems dead. Mid-page printing order, all the lights are off except the power cord light

    He won't return.  Push buttons does not help, or not pulling on the power cord to the printer, standby, restart the router & printers.  I have also connected by ethernet cable but I do not think that the connection is the problem because the printer is connected to power but will not produce lights or sounds.  It does not appear on the list of printers, and utility HP cannot detect it.   Windows Vista 32-bit, in my opinion, bought in 2007.  Is it gone forever?

    The all-in-one printer is only a month after the warranty and has suddenly stopped working. It can print but when trying to now the scanner displays a message warning saying that it cannot scan copies or faxes. Can anyone help? I don't want to pay the amount of $25 per phone call to hp asking them to help in case they cannot correct by phone.

  • I installed sccm agent on all computers. Once someone deleted compture discovery and all have console disapper. I activated the discovery now all the computer show this agent are not installed

    We used AD discovery to discover all the computer in AD and automatic installation. We are able to deploy the agent to computers.

    I was on leave we I come back, I discovered that there us no computer system. An abducted person discovery method. I managed to re-create AD discovery of computers, but now all the computer shows that there is no agent installed.

  • HP Officejet 4620: Printer is in"error" and will not print, even though the computer says that it is "connected".

    My printer recently started telling me it was in a State of 'error' and could not print my documents.  Sometimes I could turn off the printer market and all that was trying to print would then print, if documents or Quicken checks.  Now I can't print from the computer at all, or it will print checks from Quicken even if I turn the printer power off and power on.  The HP Web site indicates that it is connected.  It is the second computer from HP Officejet 4620 of the original that I bought.  The first has a problem that has been covered by the warranty, and this one doesn't seem to be much better.

    Sometimes when I print a document that contains multiple pages, pops up an error. During the print job, the printer stops work on the intermediate page (for example - second page), spits out the rest of the blank page and all the lights flashing. The printer does not any action, only a hard reset (disconnect battery). After that, he will normally for a same day behavior, and suddenly many, same error. Printer is mainly used through Bluetooth, but the same error occurs also in the cable.

    I checked almost everything I could, there is no paper jam, cartridges are placed correctly, battery is fully charged, also this page http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02643100, nothing helped.     1. the first thing to do is to make sure that the computer is completely virus/malware-free. Googling around this error produced quite a few links where the posters were or had been infected with Spyware Protect 2009 rogue.

    Please post on the forum. All the lights on the points to a failure in one of the panels of the system, if you press the button continue, you should get a secondary sequence of lights to so you get a closer outcome of the question. You can compare the lights using the guide of the user at support.Dell.com. In most cases it will be better to replace the unit than to try to fix it.
