Several facts with some non-compliant sizes

Hi, in our data mart, I have multiple fact tables. The fact of JOBS table includes the dimensions of time, employee, org and employment.

Other fact tables include these 4 dimensions consistent basis, more specific dimensions to the fact. For example, BENEFITS includes a dimension 'plan type', etc.

When reporting, I want counts of the fact table basic JOBS will appear always - even if other data in the report contains the dimensions of "non-compliant". For example, I would like a report listing periods of time, used account (as the result of EMPLOYMENT) and joined County employee (as a result of the BENEFITS), something like this:

Month advantage Plan registered EMP EMP
Jan 2009 health insurance 10 000 8 000
Jan 2009 401 k Plan 10 000 4 000
Jan 2009 AD & D 10 000 1 000

When I try to produce this report, because the "benefit plan" is not a dimension linked to the JOBS data, the column of EMP comes out blank. Yes, I can add a total row to the bottm show... but I really want the 10,000 is displayed on each line (also because I want to calculate a % of the people listed on the total population).

What is the best way to achieve this? Also, as I have 4 or 5 other tables of facts, and each of them have their own 'personal' dimensions in addition to those in line.

What I was referring to was on the measure itself, not the LTS it is mapped to the content tab.

    Is it possible that I should be able to report against the two columns of the dimension tables (DIMA and EDIN) to FACT1 and FACT2 measures... Even if I did not join between EDIN and FACT2.

    Go to the LTS level - content of the fact that not having the join with the Dimension and put on a Total of this Dimension and level total Column (Measure also) (Double click - levels) (Dim hierarchy assume is already configured)

    Shoot everything (D1, D2, F1, F2) you will see results.

    Also, I suggest you try changing the hardware acceleration, here are the steps to change the hardware acceleration.

    1. Select start > Control Panel

    3. click on personalization > display settings, and then click Advanced settings.
    4. go in the Troubleshooting tab, and then click on change settings.
    Note: The settings will be disabled if the graphics card driver does not support disabling hardware acceleration.
    5. move the hardware acceleration slider until it is one notch to the right of None. It is the basis of acceleration.

    There has been a lot of posts on this issue, I've read a lot about this, but still can not get this to work. We are looking for a basic marketing operation where we can follow the links that were clicked in email marketing that have been sent. What I have is two fact tables, with a dimension in line with each other and one of the facts with a dimension not compliant:

    Fact 1 Sun - related links
    Fact 2 Sun - related links. Dim - Email name;

    In fact, I've defined a measure that counts the number of links clicked 1
    In fact 2, I defined a measure that counts the number of links

    So I can't take fields of Sun - Email name and fact 2 this properly will show me the number of links in this e-mail. I can add in the name of the Sun link - links to give me the details of the links in the email. However, when I then add the number of links clicked of the fact 2, it is shown as zero. Withdrawal of the name Email will cause the number of clicks to display correctly for each link.

I created hierarchies, set the LTS of fact 1 retail for Dim - links and the LTS in fact 2 detail for Dim - Dim - Email name and links. It does not work. I then put the LTS in fact 1 total for Dim - Email name. It does not work. I then put the LTS to the dimension tables to be detail in every case, and this does not work either. My business issue is quite simple: for each email list links and the number of times the link has been clicked.

    I started from scratch, I seek only to these 4 logical tables, I've got to the stage where I'm BI reboot after each change, but I still don't see the problem. Can someone give me some advice please?

    Just a small change more...

    / * The single fact table now columns as two, one a separate count on linkid, and the other a number on the clicksid * /.

    Given that clicksid is a source is 1 that has no mapping to Dim Email, for this column value mapping contained level Email Total.
    That is to say, double-click your count (clicksid)--> go to the tab levels--> set Email name Dim at the Total level. Note to all levels of rest must be left untouched (unselected).

  • Several problems with my Satellite A200-1QZ

    I'm sorry to open a new thread, but I already looked around for awhile and has failed to find the answers I need.

    Since I have several different problems, some of which are probably unique, I thought I might as well start a new thread.

    So lets start with the less important bits and get more important issues to light:

    1)

    I have some problems with my FN keys. While it seems that I can use some of them (FN + ESC, F1, F3, F6, F7, F10, F11, F12) there are also some that I can't use FN + F2, F4, F5, F8, F9, basically.

    How is it that some work and some do not, and what I need to do to get them all to work again?

    2)

    There are times, when the my screen goes black suddenly while I work, play or surf.
    This does not appear to be linked to specific programs or something, it happens completely at random.
    Sometimes it doesn't happen for weeks, sometimes, it happens two times a day.

    Normally this does not really pose problems, since all I had to do was turn the idle mode (power-led flashes orange), log in again and everything worked fine.
    But unfortunately 3 problem, so it no longer works.

    3)

    When I click on the power button - or even chose standby mode via the menu stop - the laptop won't "idle" mode, but the screen goes all black.
    As soon as I move the mouse or do something else, I wonder you connect again, so instead of the idle mode the laptop seems to go in sleeping mode.

    The main problem is that this sleep mode is not sufficient to treat the problem 2, so ultimately, my screen goes black and all I can do is to close completely by holding the button power for 5 seconds.

    For me it looks like you might have a motherboard problem. Formatting removes the chance that it is a software problem. Try taking 1 stick of RAM and test with it. If she continues to crash, remove that stick and try it. If she does it with the two RAM then those who are ok. HARD drive is not the culprit, so now he could either be processor or MB. Find a program to measure the heat from the laptop and run some heavy programs do overheat. If the temperature goes up and then it crashes, it could just be overheating.     In general, you should have 1 structure of the event in your VI.  In your state machine, the structure of the event should be in "pending" status  So you will probably start in the State of the initialization and then spend idling.  Then, the user presses the present button.  If your state machine should then, go to the current state and then return to Idle.

    Since June, I've had several accidents with the blue screen noting CRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (Yes, CRQL, no IRQL level), and they are producing at closer intervals. I also notice some changes of office and some sounds to open files that are not have happened before. I run antivirus and malware and found nothing. I did a disk cleanup and defragmentation.

    I also tried to install via Windows updates and everything seems to date. I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, and it found no errors. I ran Windows Startup Repair and got the following note:

    Root Cause found.

    Unknown bug control: one error checking.

    Parameters = 0 x 0, 0x817dc32c, 0x820e8114, 0 x 0.

    After the last crash, I got a message saying that Windows is aware of the problem and trying to fix it. Any ideas?

    Uninstall Faultwire and look for the codes manually as needed. The link to troubleshooting blue screen
    page will show you how to get them.

    How old is the system? A real computer store (not the leeks and glances at a Best Buy or other large surfaces)

    Well - I thought I had all this worked and fixed, but I met the download error 'Why do we have several files with the same name' once again.  (I downloaded all the files several times today in order to 1) works the way it worked the last time and 2) get an OAM file that is not loading for some reason any load again and the download takes about an hour to transfer all the files manually.

    To recap:

    (1) an option "Upload only modified files" returns the 'Muse has encountered an error and closes.  Why do we have several files with the same name? "error just as before.

    (2) a full download will work but takes forever and is NOT a substitution for work changed files option.

    Please advise with possible solutions!

    Is it possible to have two .oam different files in different folders on your computer where the .oam files have the same name? I'm theorizing that there may be a bug in the treatment to ensure the folder created for a .oam placed on the server receives a unique name, particularly in the case of a partial update of the site on the server.

    Unfortunately, you can only batch with commands in the option "treat multiple files" of the editor or the 'Export' one in the Organizer. Action would be able to combine several orders for a single file, but do not use the command given on a lot. You would need a script for this.

    The two new orders to 14 elements (haze removal and shake reduction) can be very effective, but they can also produce strange artifacts... Their use in the batch may be undesirable.

    I recommend the following solution to improve lots of files needing to increase the local contrast:

    If you work with raw files, open a small batch of files from the Organizer in the ACR module. Use the cursor to 'clarity' to all files in the batch and add some sharpness.

    If you work with JPEG files, use the editor and choose "open in camera raw" option for your batch chosen files from the file.

    Who should provide a good improvement to most of your files. You can use two new orders than in the pictures with the specific defects:

    -shake (common with telephoto lenses) removal

    -mist removal (not only haze, but images softened with "flare")

    You can use eSign service, where you can send the document for signatures of several signatories, but the document will be sent to the following signatory after the earlier signed & it is not possible for him to make the changes.
