• How can smartphones blackBerry we separate phone and e-mail messages?

  I'm new to the blackberry and do not see a way to separate my phone messages from e-mail.  There is an icon for my email inbox (marked my email address) but these messages also appear on the "messages" icon mixed between the activity of my phone.  What I want is to have only phone messages/activity (missed calls, etc.) under an icon and my email under another icon.

  Is there a way to stop the e-mail of projection under the icon of 'messages '?  Can someone explain how to do this please?

  Hmmm, seems that I just give you the necessary instructions for this. ALL your e-mail will come to the electronic record.

  All your phone call logs appear in the call log display and not in the messages folder.

  I have a Blackberry Storm 9530.  When I call my voicemail or get a phone call, I do not see the keypad, so I'm not able to delete phone messages.  Also when I call an automated service of routing/answer to I am unable to press numbers to get routed to the appropriate service.  Very annoying!  It has been like this for more than a week.  I took the battery and put it again, I went through all the options and preferences, any keyboard by default, I select, I can't work.  Help, please.  It started to happen when I upgraded the software to v4.7.0.114 (Platform 4.0.0.143).  Thank you.

  Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums

  If you talk about the device password then simply change SIM card will not disable the device password a user defined here device. But if we enter too bad password (default is 10) then our device will begin a wipe removing all user data of this unit and must start all over again.

  But if it's BlackBerry ID password, then it will be different! If we go in too bad password for our BlackBerry ID then it locks us, first for 15 minutes and so on. In this situation, must reset the BlackBerry ID password, but it will never be allowed to wipe our BlackBerry, refer to this Article:

  The chat history is stored permanently on the map of support IF you have enabled this feature in the options.

  On your sd card, are all these images located under the blackberry\pictures folder?

  I think that when you go to the photos app on your phone, it's default location, to what it's tip.

If I want to create a new fair record some of the apps I downloaded for example; the Superstore Crackberry launcher and some other launchers for sites to buy apps, do I need to format this new folder somehow for downloads or I'll be okay to just choose to simply create new folder, name the folder and move what I want out there in this folder? Also my Youtube and Vuclip video players/launcherd ended in the download folder. It would affect anything if I moved these 2 files/player/pitchers in my media folder, or I'll be ok to do this?   Now if I move these downloads in a plain unformatted record created, will be those ascended downloads hens or they won't work as it should?

  They will stay there and can be opened and used until change you your operating system or wipe and reload your phone.

  I think you can try two things: the soft reboot, and if it does not, the hard reboot. Don't worry, you can not lose data with these two reboots.

  Soft reboot:
  1) struck the following three keys at the same time:
  -Alt
  -Right shift
  -Remove
  (2) wait 2 minutes for the Blackberry to wake up.

  Hard reboot:
  (1) your BlackBerry smart phone is on
  (2) remove the battery and wait a minute
  (3) replace the battery
  (4) wait 5 minutes for the device to wake up.
