  Hello!

  I ordered the Bold 9780 but I'm afraid, I had another model delivered instead (most likely the 9700). As they are almost identical in design, I have a very specific question on these 'key - separator lines' (don't no how else to call). I mean these horizontal lines between the rows of keys.

  One of the differences in the design seems to be that the 9700 separators has MONEY. They are much darker on the 9780, and certainly NO money--and that's what I ordered actually.

  After much research (photos and videos), I believe these silver separators are a feature of the 9700. If someone here can confirm this? Or are there opportunities to get an official statement on this subject of BlackBerry itself?

It displays the Date at the top and the days (M T w...) but it does not show the time or all of the entries below, just a blank screen of white.   The colors of battery OEM Rim are as follows: 8830 is green clear, 8330 is blue dark, 8130 is orange.  You cannot mix these batteries, they are not interchangeable.

  Each time a random strange behavior or slowness comes, the first thing to try is a proper reboot:

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.

  See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  If this isn't the case, then I recommend that you try to start safe mode:
