  • Help BlackBerry Smartphones blackBerry - App Error 200

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

Given your situation, I recommend first this method... from a PC, you can install any bundle of BONES to a BB via this procedure:

Note that although written for "reload", it can be used to upgrade, downgrade, or recharge - it depends on the OS package you download and install on your PC. You can even use a different OS package carriers simply insert, between steps 1 and 2, the deletion, on your PC, a file named PROVIDER. XML. remember that you remove from your PC, no matter what other packages devices OS BB as having more than one installed on the PC can cause conflicts with this procedure.

If you are on a MAC, you are limited to only your sanctioned carriers OS packages... but can still use any level they currently have to sanction. See this procedure:

  • Smartphones blackBerry 507 error

Hi, I'm new on this blackberry thing, and my bb 9800 torch, it says "error 507, software reload. For more information, please visit www.blackberry.com/507. »

I went on the website and I did everything it told me to do. I have the latest version of the desktop software, but somewhere he is not always let me update my software, I would through the phone but im stuck with the "Error 507" screen, so I can't do it through my phone. IM really really frustrated and you want to find a way to do this, as I said I tried to update, it ut always tells me I have the internet connection problem which causes the don't finish not download, but my internet works perfectly fine, so I reallt don't know what is the big problem? can anyone help please?

Hello and welcome to the community!

A 507 error means that there is no OS on your device... so you can do nothing about it, since there is no OS to run it. But, it can be retrieved. The easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):

    (1) make sure that you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find the instructions at the link in my auto-sig below.

    2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

    (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

    (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

    • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

    5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

    • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
    • C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

Now go forward with the use of these tips (if all you ask to use a site update, replace it please the Desktop software installed on it):

Good luck and let us know!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BlackBerry Storm2 - error of Japanese text input

    Hi all

I have to answer emails on a regular in Japanese and on my Storm2, I get an error when the input languages. I get "entry system error. "System is restarted." and then I do not have a keyboard for a few minutes. I can pull the battery, but the next time I change, the error is back. 1. On the BlackBerry smartphone, go to Options > language.
    2. Below the input Style setting, click Show the text entry Options
    3. Deselect the checkbox for predictive.

Now, try to change your input language and see what happens?

    I cross my fingers.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry Podcasts - error after having reinstalled 'Podcasts service does not support your carrier on this unit.

I uninstalled Blackberry Podcasts a few days ago, and then re-installed. After that, I am now presented with this error message at the launch of the app: "Podcasts service does not support your carrier on this device" I tried several times to uninstall/reinstall. • Smartphones blackBerry synchronization error code 0 x 83860028

Need sync help - during the synchronization of hard wire for Office Outlook, I am now receiving Intellisync error code 0 x 83860028 (which has never happened before), and he abandoned the synchronization.  Impossible to find mention of this anywhere code and do not know what is the origin (it stops after reviewing all records in Outlook contacts).  The error occurs on two separate BB with different contact lists.

Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thank you!

I received the same error message.  It's because I had created a new Outlook.pst file to my system of MS Outlook and deleted the old.  The fix was to go to the Blackberry Desktop Software, go in the Organizer, click Reset, and then click on settings.  Check the appropriate boxes, and then do a synchronization.  This process rewrites the data Outlook on the Blackberry

  • Smartphones blackBerry app error 200 - fixes don't work, need help

    Hello

My Blackberry "BOLD" is stuck in a continuous loop of "App Error 200, reset.

I tried both solutions listed here (connect to downloader and reload the software), but the buttons 'clear all' are grayed out.

I tried with and without the battery, always had the same problem, so I thought I would delete applications I could and see what would happen (mostly games and docs on things go - couldn't do anything with the email app and didn't see the main application).

After the removal of those who, it goes right in a loop without end of error app 200 and the application loader is unable to connect to the device more.  So it seems I have a brick on my hands.  How do I reset this thing so I can get past this problem?  The instructions say to make disappear your blackberry until the completed application loader, but it was 20 minutes, try to connect now and nothing has changed...

For what it's worth, when I have quand j' ai essaye tried battery approach towards the downloader app, the PIN has not come through, it was zero either unknown, or simply.

Any help would be most appreciated!  If there is a way to do a hard reset, that would be great, maybe then I can make it work.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones blackberry application error

I was update my apllication 2.1.2.15 blackberry and it is was'nt opened and my mobile is go crazy.i get a warning "eception exception: apllication net_rim_bb_appworld (790)" does not. process is complete... plz help cause me I need it immediately... and thx

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way:

With the BlackBerry powereddevice, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this way is prescirbed for most the gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

Now, try once more the AppWorld.

If you have already done this, do it again.

I recently had to restore an old image of windows (to correct a bad driver file).  After that, the synchronization with Outlook from my Blackberry has stopped working.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop software.  I tried to reset the settings and tried to restore to a date before the problem.  However, whenever I try to sync between the Blackberry (Bold 9780) a copy of my PC from Microsoft Outlook, I get a pop up window that says "Intellisync - reported of unknown error."

I would suggest following an own uninstaller for BlackBerry Desktop software since you shouldn't be quick to the MSI file.

    Perform all operations.

  • Smartphones blackBerry 507 error (help please before go me crazy)

    Hi guys,.

This morning I tried to update my Curve 8310 on the latest operating system, using BB Manager.

He kept coming up with an error... "Application cannot connect to your device" I clicked retry again and again but nothing. So I click on cancel, and now I have no OS on my BlackBerry.

Sometimes just with a logo of the application with 507 under him on the screen.

I downloaded the latest OS and tried again, but it won't work.

I tried an older operating system and it will not work.

I tried to restore a backup, but it won't work.

IM completely lost on what to do... I need this work on Monday

    Please can someone help me,

    Thank you!

    1. connect your USB cable to your PC in the BACK port, or another to the back of your PC, not a hub or the front USB port.

2 here is a link to the latest OS released for the 8310. Use it.

507 number only means that the Desktop Manager does not see any OS loaded into the device. Log on to the PC again and run Loader.exe again and it should load the operating system on the device.
