  Hello and please accept my apologies for the display of a third question today!  First of all, it is so big that Muse can help establish a Tablet and phone the site version, but I found a few problems to the links button works correctly.  Everything works fine except the links of social media, which work perfectly from the desktop, but cease to work in versions of the Tablet and phone.  All non-social links media work differently in all 3 versions of the site.  Indices can I hurt?  Thank you very much!

  Tested with iPad, iPhone, android and Google Nexus phones with different browsers.

  Please note that if you are not logged in to Facebbok and Twitter in the same browser then it may ask you to sign in first without showing the exact page.

  Try the suggestion and it is always the same question, I would like to know the details of the browser and the details of device you are testing.

  The hotfix allows the pop up in the General settings of the iPhone.  Minor correction - great results.

  Have you done a recent software or hardware changes to the system?

  This problem occurs because the Messenger service is disabled. The Messenger service must run on the destination computer to activate the NET SEND command.

  Because the service is already started, and you must restart the service, you can try to stop the service, change the startup type to automatic and start the service. Check if it helps.

  Initially, I created an application multi-folio DPS App Builder (Social sharing enabled according to the instructions), but I forgot to activate the Web Viewer on my account.

  I have activated since the Web Viewer, republished my Folio AND generated by my app, and the share button Social in the application displays the URL of Publication and not the Viewer Web URL.

  I did a V23, Multifolio Viewer with iTunes subscription.

  Folio articles are all unprotected

  Social sharing via Twitter and active E-mail

  Link is displayed in the email, but then the browser page remains empty

  Link I receive in email is the following:

  I forgot everything first allow the Web content viewer in my Office Admin DPS / account management. Stupid...

  

• HP LaserJet M252dw: Airprint works only not on HP LaserJet M252dw

  We have a HP Color Laserjet M252DW in our business that we intend to use Airprint for printing from our Mac machines, but we cannot make it work.

  We use a Cisco wireless with a 2500 WLC. We have configured mDNS and are able to see other printers, but not the M232DW.

  What we have tried so far:

  > Search for the firmware updated (not available)

  > Reset the printer and reconfigure

  > Use the static and DHCP IP addresses

  > Restart the printer, WLC and Mac devices

  The printer is connected to the same network wireless as users. As I said, Airprint works on other printers, it works just not on this one.

  Any ideas of what I may be missing or what I can try?

  I got to work. But only after I reset the default printer and it reconfigured.

  I needed to configure mDNS on Cisco WLC, then after I reset and reconfigure the printer, it took a little time to see the recording on the WLC and for Apple devices pick up (about 5-10 minutes).

  It took that long only for this particular model because the other HP printers have been detected immediately, but those are wired, however.

• Audio & CD/DVD drive not working only not with Vista

  I have a laptop HP V6500 Pressario, with Vista Home Basic installed recently. I have two problems with my laptop:

  1 > there is no sound, and I see the error "no audio device is installed" with a red cross on the "speaker" icon.
  2 > drive CD/DVD is not visible in 'my computer '.

  These two problems are persistent, but begin to work from time to time, say once 20 times when I turn on the laptop, I see the CD drive and also audio works, but these work only for about 10 minutes...

  I tried the Dr.Fixit and it did not help and have also installed the latest drivers for my notebook to the hp site:

  Try these steps and check the result.
  Step 1: Delete the invalid registry keys

  I've been looking around in the forums, but I couldn't find solutions to my problem.

  I have a satellite A130 and I am running a windows VISTA family Basic. I have a problem with my fn functions.
  I can only use flash on the top of my screen cards, just by dragging my mouse upwards on the top of my screen.

  The key works only when I start my computer, at startup, but when the computer is running, there is no other "fn", I could use but my mouse to show my flash cards and use them.

  Is there something else I could do?

  I have same situation, remove the starting windows for the form Flash cards and you have no pictures at the top of the desctop, but keys will work.

  Maybe it's the navigation inside the Muse links have links without the "/" so:

  the navigation links, to: http://www.myexpressprinter.com/contact.html turns into http://www.myexpressprinter.com/mpexpress-blog/calendar/2015/12/contact.html

  For a quick fix, please change your navigation links in the Muse of: "whatever.html" to "/whatever.html".

• Screen Mode shortcut not working only not with the recent update

  Since the update to the latest version of the CC a few days ago, my shortcut to toggle mode screen (F) does not at all. I tried to reset my preferences and I checked my preferences of shortcuts - but nothing seems to fix the problem.

  Any ideas?

  Well, I finally got it working - but not quite how. A combination to reset the preferences, parameters of deleting and re-installing Photoshop. Although I had to reinstall twice before, it made a difference.

  In any case, fixed now fortunately! I appreciate the help.

  I have included social sharing in our multifolio app however when an item is shared, the URL of the application is displayed instead of the URL of app Viewer showing the actual article.  I activated in the administration area web viewer. What I am doing wrong?

  You unprotect one of your articles and republish? Unless remove you the items they cannot be shared, and they are protected by default.

  I just bought an Inspiron laptop a few days ago. I have problems to set up my wireless network. When I change my open router for WEP connection works fine on my laptop, but when it is about shared WEP an error message saying that it was unable to connect. The thing is that I have other wireless devices on my network that only work with WEP shared. Is there anyway that I can get my laptop to support this connection? I have an Inspiron laptop with equipped with a Wireless N card.

  
  

• Function keys not working only not with screen sharing

  Sierra running on all machines. Until the update, I would use on iMac 2014 screen sharing to access a Mac Mini 2011. Everything worked very well. However, after update, function keys no longer work through screen sharing. I confirmed the screen sharing is the problem, as functions correctly with Mini bluetooth keyboard, and also logging since MacBook Air gives the same problem from the iMac. It wasn't a problem during execution of El Capitan or even when I used Sierra Beta on iMac.

  Anyone has any suggestions or has met this themselves?
